Ham Sandwich is good. The menu says flaky croissant however the texture was more like a bun. The honey mustard they use is really good. Paired with the honey ham gives it a nice mellow sweetness with a little tang. Potato salad is creamy and has a good flavor.

Good sandwiches. Have them hold the strange mayo. Nice folks.

I just want to say Emily and Miss Pam at the orange park location are the sweetest! It was my first time at a Honey baked ham and they made sure to explain the process to me. I felt so welcomed at this location and will definitely be come back. If youre every there ask for them or the kind gentleman whos name I forgot to get!!

This was our first time purchasing from Honey Baked Ham Company and the food was awesome I will definitely be buying from here again!!The Mothers Day Dinner was delicious. I look forward to doing more holiday dinners through them.We ordered the Spiral Ham Dinner.

Good was pretty good. Staff was not too nice since we ordered 7 sandwiches. They asked us to call in our order next time.

All I have to say is that I would have rather went to the Honey Baked @ in the Regency Area. No Hospitality ! No Customer Service ! My Sandwich could have been better !I definitely wont be going back there again !!

Service was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the ham, is not worth the markup. For 80 bucks you would expect a wonderfully moist and flavored ham. The h we make at home is much much better and costs 1/4 of the price. 3 stars is for their staff, but otherwise, its a 2 star ham. Sorry.

Just had one of the best experiences..Charlie went above and beyond to answer my questions. Great service and really good food. I highly recommend this location. Charlie and Pam treat you like they want you to dine with them and not just another customer.

Picture this; day before Thanksgiving, I had placed an online order on Monday for a quarter in bone ham, and a smoked turkey breast. So imagine my disappoint when after standing in line for 20 minutes, they told me they were sold out. How does that happen when you place an order ahead of time. Ok, I decide to just get the oven roasted turkey breast and quarter ham. They opened the package, to show me before purchase, but I did not realize, the glaze was like a sheet of glass over both meats. Now the only reason anyone goes to honey baked is for the topping on the ham, so we were very disappointed when we didnt have access to it, I dont know if they were rushing or what the case was, but Ill think twice before patronizing next year.

We just had their catering for 50 sandwiches today. We LOVED IT!!!! Emily and Charlie treated us like we were their only catering today. AWESOME!!!! We will be calling you again soon. Thanks 😃😃😃

Pre-ordered a turkey for thanksgiving over a week in advance, paid online, waited on a line to pick it up for over a half hour to be told at the door they were sold out of the turkey. The turkey I already paid for, and received an email that it was ready for pick up less than an hour ago. Now I have to find a turkey on the night before thanksgiving. This is some of the WORST business I’ve ever seen in my life. OH, but how convenient that they have something double the cost of what I bought. I’ll N E V E R use this company again. I wish you nothing but the worst.

Will NEVER order from here again, and will ensure I tell everyone I know the same. Had a order placed for pickup 2 weeks in advance, pre-paid, with specific pick up time, to get told they are out of did and not honoring pre paid orders, at 630 the night before Thanksgiving. Was told I could stand in a line of 50 and hope to get one of the 38 hams they have left. So much for planning ahead. Great way to treat your customers, take their money and not give them what they ordered. And all waiting on refund!!

We ordered 400 sandwich boxes for our employees. AWESOME! They made our sandwiches on short notice. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Excellent experience. We are impressed, and will definitely order again for our employees. Are employees really enjoyed these box lunches.

NEVER AGAIN! Apparently a reservation/pre order means nothing to these people. We ordered our ham over a week in advance, still waited nearly an hour in line only to be told theyre out of ham.Where is the ham I reserved?Their response: Were outBut you sent me an email to pick this upTheir response... Were outThats why they got security sitting out front because theyre taking peoples money and not tracking inventory.This is highly frustrating as people are making holiday plans and Honeybaked Ham Company cares more about getting your money and as many people in the front door as possible.Even people that ordered their turkey was turned away with not a care from these people. Shameful!

If I could rate this store with no stars I would. Came to the store at 6:30 online says that they close at 8:00. The manager and a security guard is standing at the front of the store with the Open sign turned off. They ran out of hams even with my reservation that I made four days ago. What a horrible experience!!!’ This has ruined our Thanksgiving for 2020

My husband just went to pick up a pre-paid order with a time selected for pick up. He gets there after waiting in line and they are sold out!!! How do you sell out something that pre-ordered and pre-paid for. We were getting our entire dinner from them.

I placed an on line order for a quarter bone in ham and a 1-1.5lb sliced turkey breast. I go to pick up my anticipated $65-$74.00 order, to be told, We sold everything you ordered. WHAT, I have an on line order. The employee goes, I just work here, everyone is upset about this, but online orders are NOT guaranteed. We have sold out all quarter hams and all smaller packages slice turkey. All we have left comes to $101.00 . NO DISCOUNT FOR INCONVENIENCE. DONT CARE. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. I have purchased here 7-8 years in a row. II will NEVER go back here. NEVER !

Ordered Turkey, paid, went to get it and they said there was a glitch in the system and they don’t have it. I’m 33 weeks pregnant searching for Turkey night before Thanksgiving.

Long line in the week before Christmas but it moves quickly and they offered free samples while waiting. Efficient, friendly fast moving staff. Affordable options added like sandwiches and 1lb packages of just slices, if you dont want to buy a whole ham.

I have gotten my ham from this same store every year and was a little disappointed as it wasnt as good this year. Upon further review, I could see that it did not have the honey glaze. So, I stood in line for an hour and spent $41.00 for a bland-no taste ham from the Honey Baked Ham Company that had NO honey glaze at all - not even a drop. I called to let them know and the response was it happens. From now on, it will be a ham from Publix and I will apply the honey glaze.

Don’t make an online reservation and pay for something and expect these guys to actually honor it. When something is paid for and a time slot is chosen to pick the item up, you would expect that they have it ready to go for you....but they give it away to walk-ups. I paid for something that they gave away to someone else. How much sense does that make??

Never thought about having lunch here but I had a gift card left over from the holidays. Wow...just had probably the best sandwich ever, the tavern club. It was delicious and overly filling.

I called them before I came and told them I had a $50 gift card and wanted to use it on $50 worth of ham. They said no problem just come on in were here til 8. When I got there, they said they couldnt give me what I asked for because it had to be reservation only. They left that little tidbit out so I ended up paying almost $20 more for ham I didnt need

Their boxed lunches leave a lot to be desired. If you like a big bun and lots of bread with a tiny bit of meat this is your meal. There were 3 tiny pieces of dry turkey on the bottom of the bun, a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato which was the end piece with the stem part cut out in a big circle. I can honestly say it was pretty much one of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten.
