It appears there is only 1 person who works here, answers the phone, and does all mechanical work. I have worked on my personal cars for over 20 years. BMW is what I eat, sleep, and breath. My Nephew is driving my 535 and it started leaking coolant from what looked to be the turbo coolant lines. I just started a new job and don’t have the time to troubleshoot/fix the issue further. This shop is 4 miles from my house so it made sense to bring it to them. When I had the vehicle towed I left a note indicating where I thought the leak was coming from but without a lift it’s hard to narrow down 100%. It took 15 days for this shop to confirm exactly what I advised it probably was. The time while crazy is what it is. The issue is we would call daily, and I actually stopped by one day to inquire and every time the answer was the same. I will call you back and let you know what I find. That call never actually happened. To make matters worse after explaining the leak, and how the rate was more because he had to take 14 screws out of the undercarriage to look at the leak. He then explains how to fix the leak stating the engine has to be fully removed from The car. Of course he didn’t realize I pay for all data.com to time out jobs to see if it’s worth fixing my self or to have someone else do it. According to the site and Tom Bush BMW it’s 3.9 hours to do this job. So we clarified with him to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was mistaken. Nope he stood by his decision. There are literally videos of guys on YouTube doing this same repair on and off lifts and none pull the engine out of the car. Really long story short I don’t know what’s going on with this shop! Really wish it could have been my repair hole for years to come but they should close their doors and apologize to the customers that they have serviced because chances are they have over charged and took unnecessary steps costing ALOT more money then was not needed to be paid! Do your self a favor and shop around before going here.

The best of the best, quality performance. Worked on my girlfriends Saab 9-3 Linear and haven’t really checked anywhere else as they won’t work on these cars anymore in certain shops. Mozart was quick to say bring it in!

My daughter had several issues with her Mercedes. She paid for a part and It wasnt fixed. She ended up spending almost $2000 and still had the same problems. Nice people, but not able to take care of complex problems. Be aware of any issues that are not just the basics. Once they charge you for the parts and labor

2008 Honda Civic had been sitting in my garage for about 6 months and wouldnt start. Mr. Mozart diagnosed the problem with the engine and repaired it for a very fair price. Also, I had a damaged bumper that he repaired, and painted for me. Excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommended!

I took my car to a “tire center” with a tire issue and they were not able to help me out. Mozart’s was able to get it done in 20 min!!! I brought my car back to have them check out a few more things and they handled them just as swiftly. Mozart is a very nice guy, just wish his business ethic was the same. Kept my car for over three weeks because he couldnt find the part (which I was aware itd be difficult to find). The problem was that he could never give me a straight answer. Every time I called I was told my car would be ready in one or two days, and this went on for three weeks. When I finally decided to go get my car back, he charged me $150 basically for taking apart the piece and putting it back without fixing anything. And to make it even worse they forgot to put back an air duct, so I had to drive back there next day just to get the part that they took off back. If you need a serious mechanic and dont want to play games Id suggest you go somewhere else!

I swung by and we worked out a deal on a mini Cooper i believe they treated me fairly on the deal im very happy with me experience

I had to make an emergency visit to this shop to flush my brake fluid and check my master cylinder. I was only in Jacksonville one day from Tampa and had to leave that same afternoon. Mozart and his team provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready on time and most importantly safe to drive back. Worst mechanic! He had my car for four weeks and still didnt fix it. He tried to quote me ridiculously high prices for parts when auto zone prices were less than a third of what he tried to charge. He is a rip off and will keep your car as long as he can, and wont even work on it...but will keep your bill running up! Beware!!! There is a reason why there are so many broke down cars on his lot!!!!! I had to have my towed off his lot after a month of being given the run around. He tried calling the police on me, and the officer even said the man is shady and that I should warn others online. So that is what Im doing. Buyer beware! This man is crooked and I would never trust him to even look at another car of mine.

Mozart fixed my AC on my Suburban when another auto shop advised it only needed to be recharged and had a small leak. He found the source of the problem to be a major leak. My car was fixed in a timely manner and he even gave me a ride home. Very hard to find an honest mechanic. Definitely recommend!

Do not for any reason take your car do this repair shop its run by a guy it will rip you off and if you use a credit card will finance or charge you for labor cost and charge you tax on that as well. He specializes in Mercedes and BMWs Jaguars most foreign brands hes a native of Haiti and he is wearing the American way the really rip people off be prepared for a terribly large bill that he really doesnt prepare you for hell tell you one figure and the final figure Ill be much much different and is repair quite frankly suck. I paid this man over $5,000 to repair my BMW, and it still had problems most of which were the same that I brought in originally. Allegan advise you is buyer beware this man is not in business to help you at all hes a business to line his pockets and give you the worst service youve ever had in your life. All I can say is if you read this never tell anybody that you didnt know!

I have been taking my Volkswagen and Mercedes to Mozart for a while and just realize how shady he is. Every time I called him for a price for repairs he always have to call me back but never does unless he is telling me something else he found that needs fixing. This time I took my car to have the battery replaced. Asked him how much it would cost he could not give me a price but did call back to tell me I needed a air filter and spark plugs. This time I told him I was coming to get the car he told me it was going to cost 350.00 for a battery and a 15.00 air filter. NEVER AGAIN!!! Beware!!

I am a veteran and I work hard for my money. I took my car to Mozart told him that the car was shaking. He supposedly replaced my left and right control arms. Went to pick the car up paid him cash and the car was still doing the same exact thing. I took it back to him and he stated that it was because of my tires. Cmon man! People work too hard to have to deal with a shady mechanic. This is ridiculous!

Im a long time customer with my z4 thats in mint condition I always have a problem when he says the cars going to be ready from 2 grand in shocks to over 2 on a top motor in which he broke my me center console and tried to glue it just to get my car out of there I didnt say anything I purchased a new one and made arraignment to have my car up there to have the new one I had to purchase installed in which I paid 300. For something he broke so I had my car up there the morning we both agreed on and he said my car will be ready in a couple of hrs for a half hr job I was quoted from my insurance company well it wasnt ready till 3 the next day then to add insult to injury he charged me 50 Dollars think twice be careful check your car though out when you pick it up
