I bought this 2022 on Indianapolis. Got my 600 miles getting back home to Pembroke Pines Florida. Call these guys, made an appointment, John in services was kind enough to get me in and out super quick. I’m so glad I stoped by, the guys in service performed a inspection and notice that I had a nail in my rear tire. They surly took care of me and gave me a brand new tire and in no time I was ready to travel again. They were nice and courteous, I highly recommended them.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I’ve never purchased a motorcycle before and after going to a few other dealerships and experiencing a great deal difficulty and frustration simply getting the price of the bike and being told that $2500 in fees on a $5000 bike was normal, I came here. Craig was my sales representative and treated me professionally and with respect. There was no haggling, no bargaining, no sketchy behavior - I asked how much the bike was and he told me. Completely reasonable fees, far below any other dealer. Asked if I wanted to go on a test ride - no other dealership would allow that. Craig said “I want to make sure you understand and love what you’re getting and going for a ride is the best way. Ride till you’re satisfied”. Awesome. All the dealings were honest and direct, so surprise fees, no last minute add ons, everything was fast, efficient, and respectful. Marcel the sales manager was a pleasure to work with. The owners came out and introduced themselves. Not one thing that sucks about dealing with a “dealership” was present here. They even lent me a helmet so I could ride while I wait for mine to come in. Just a wonderful experience and they now have a customer for like . PS: Alex in the parts department was helpful and friendly and got me the best prices on everything I needed. This place is amazing and is truly how buyers should be treated. 10/10 will be back.
The best dealership ever. From buying my bike from Craig and Marcello, to servicing with the awesome techs, and John representing service, hands down top notch, parts guys are awesome guys too, sorry Im bad with names. Shout out to Kyle as well Im not sure Ive met him personally but the people working here are an excellent.
Highly recommend this dealership. They have a great team that actually works together to give you a great experience in not only purchasing but parts and service as well. Being 3 and a half hours away I will happily drive the extra distance knowing these guys are on the ball and really know their stuff. Communication from my sales guy Craig Jenkins was very helpful in my entire buying process. Props to Kyle from the parts department who was very helpful in getting the proper parts installed, setting up my apt and getting my bike in and out same day. I am looking forward to purchasing my next bike here. This is by far the best buying experience Ive had with motorcycles.
Excellent experience from start to finish, had my eyes on a bike, they had the exact model in stock and ready to go. Eric led me on a test ride and guided me through the process all the way. Great folks, looking forward to enjoying my new bike, and keeping it in tip top shape with this dealership, and service department. Appreciate you guys!
Very capable and knowledgeable staff. I WILL buy from them even so I live 900 miles away.
Im from Boca Raton FL i was looking for the Ducati Multistrada 2022 i call Craig Sales Associate answer the phone comfir for me that the bike was available we drive the same day smooth and easy process Marcelo the General sales manager help us with all the paperworks they helped me load the bike into the truck high recommendation
Great dealership and people! I drove from Ocala to look at, and test ride, a pre-owned 2019 Ducati Monster 1200 S. Craig Jenkins helped me and took me on a nice test ride. I bought the bike and I love it! I highly recommend this dealership.
Good selection, no wiggle room whatsoever on price. Basically everything is non-negotiable and if you dont like paying full price for a bike, you should look elsewhere. Getting 3 stars because they do let you test ride, and were friendly enough.
I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale to see a 2013 Suzuki V-Strom they had. They let me test drive it first which not a lot of places to do anymore. Customer service was excellence. We ended up buying the V-Strom for my father-in-law drove the bike from Jacksonville to Fort Lauderdale with no issues and my father-in-law loves the bike definitely will be back to buy something else from them in the near future
Had my first service for my Royal Enfield. Staff were punctual and very helpful in letting me know what I needed.
This is my worst experience visiting a motorcycle dealership. I wanted to buy an R1800 motorcycle and do a test drive, the price of a motorcycle is $ 22k and of course you have to do a test drive before buying. I was refused because I did not agree to buy it today. I will have to go to Orlando to buy this motorcycle. I am not satisfied with the quality of service. the seller was extremely unprofessional. of course people who can buy a motorcycle for 22k without a test drive can buy from this dealer and I will find a better dealer.
Dennis in parts is most helpful.
Bought a nice 2017 R1200GS here in February 2020. Craig in sales made this a very enjoyable experience from intro, to test ride, and to the final deal. Great staff in sales, parts, and service. Top notch customer service.
Bought my S1000RR from them back in 2015. I had very little credit history, but they worked hard to get me financed. Got a great rate and no payments for 90 days. I use their service department every since. Always had great service and never had to wait long to be back on the road.
Awesome dealership. Craig in sales is awesome. No pressure to buy anything just straight knowledge. Helped me out with a new purchase and gave me a fair deal on trade in. Craig walked me through each bike and how each has its benefits. If your looking for a new bike give these guys first dibs.
Excellent product line, good people, excellent sales service. Marcello runs a fine group of people that are responsive, and can you believe, actually return phone calls.
Excellent experience with Eric and Craig both in the sales department. Very honest about trade about the type of bike to buy and very knowledgeable about this BMW and a coyote. I highly recommend either of them to any of my friends and love my new R 1200.
I purchased a new bike at BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville on 31 December. After bringing the bike home I noticed the front tire was losing 10 pounds of air pressure each day. The next week I went back to the dealer and spoke with Craig, the salesman, about how this new bike’s front tire was losing air each day. Craig said that is not right and immediately took me back to Gene the service manager. Gene instantly took action and put my bike to the top of the list for his technician. The mechanic determined there was a leak between the tire and rim. Knowing the service department was extremely busy, I said we could add some air to the tire to get me home and I could bring it back later. Gene said no, it was not safe and they were going to fix it. The mechanic removed the wheel and tire and discovered a defect in the tire’s bead. Gene brought the tire out to show me and then got a new tire from stock (the exact tire put on by the factory). Soon the new tire was mounted and they had me ready to roll. Total time was 2 hours!! Everything covered under warranty. I impressed by the immediate service and thankful how everyone bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. I was especially overwhelmed by their concern for my personal safety. This is a great crew BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville. Thanks!!
Quick and painless. That is how I would describe my recent purchase of a part for my BMW motorcycle through the BMW Jax web site.
Very pleased to have this BMW dealer for our northeast Florida area. If you ever purchase a BMW motorcycle you will not be disappointed with its quality and performance, they are the best motorcycles on the market if you ask me. And BMW Jax has the service and parts depart operating Top Notch compared to other BMW dealers. Highly recommended
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Craig and Marcello made my first purchase with confidence. They really take time and answer all your questions helping you make a good decision. I highly recommend a visit.
I need an adjuster for my 2013 RT mirror. Every other site quoted 2 business weeks for part. It’s been a couple of days, and my part is already on its way. Thanks!
This place has the best parts department in the whole state. I have spoken with David and Travis they provide me with the best costumer service. Thank you guys keep up the hard work.
Gene and his crew in the service dept did a fantastic job of getting my 2013 Diavel running perfectly. I didnt want to stop riding after I picked it up today. Will try no one else in Northern FL to do the job that these guys do.
I tried to purchase 2 Waverunners last month and didnt receive a call back until 8 days later saying they were just sold. I called 3 times in those 8 days leaving messages. Horrible customer service!
Always had great service at BMW MC Jax! From the sales floor to the parts department to the service folks, everyone is very knowledgeable and happy to help. Travis and Jon have been super helpful getting both myself and my bike properly outfitted for whatever adventures are in store.
My wife and I went to this dealership after a couple of positive experiences at their BMW and Ducati demo rides. We had finally narrowed our new bike choices to the GSA and Triumph Tiger. We went back here for a final look, hoping to make a decision that very day. But we had such a negative experience with one of their salesmen (a large weight-lifter-looking gentleman who didn’t bother to tell us his name) that we promptly bought the Tiger. No regrets, particularly as we have several BMWs at home already. We’re hoping that the lack of customer service we experienced is limited to that one (poor) employee, and not reflective of this dealership as a whole. As we’re in the market for a new Ducati now, I guess we will find out soon enough.
Best MC dealership Ive been too. Had a Ducati that wasnt starting and they took care of me. Everyone was extremely down to earth and not a bunch of BSers. Service with Craig and techs were great. Parts with Craig was great. I even had my Jeep battery die in the parking lot and they jumped me! Awesome place.
Some misunderstanding in regards to the appointment I made to change the rear tire of my Ducati, the price of the tire I received over the phone and the cost of labor for the installation.I spent one hour within the service and parts department. At the end I was treated professionally and with courtesy. Both managers (Service and Parts) understood the situation and they took care of the problem. I highly recommend this business.
Great gear and bike selection. If they dont have what you want in stock they will order it . Friendly staff and good maintenance shop. The maintenance shop changed my rear tire and tightened/ lubed my chain in less than 40 minutes.
Well I just joined the family and Im loving it, my wonderful wife and riding partner gave me the go ahead. Now all i dream of doing is riding with her everywhere. The guys there made the rest happen. Thanks Jax BMW motorcycles
Great Service amazing staff! Ive bought 2 bikes working in my 3rd 😎👍
I have bought several bikes at this dealership, had them do a lot of service on my bikes, bought gear, helmets exc. and always experienced exceptional service and reasonable prices. From the owner on down they are really good people to deal with.
Very Nice People! was there 2 buy a Bike very Knowledgeable&Kind Gr8 Experience!!
I really enjoyed my experience here, i got a good deal and was treated very fairly. I will definitely be doing business here in the future.
This dealership should be your last stop. They will have my business for many years to come. Chuck and the service staff are phenomenal. Never have I felt that a service department was truly looking out for my needs and ensure my experience is always positive. If youre in the market for a BMW or Ducati this is the ONLY place to go.
I worked with them on a parts order, where I ended up having a few additional questions. Travis, the manager of the parts department, was absolutely fantastic and professional to work with. Looking forward to working with again!
Just got off the phone with Scott in the Parts Department and the service was excellent. He got me exactly what I needed for my 2002 Monster 620 shipped to my home and the phone call took less than 10 minutes. Thanks a lot Scott, you deserve a raise!
Great experience with initial service on my 2019 Ducati. Easy to schedule, fair pricing, etc.
Top line dealer with excellent service and parts departments. Large supply of new and used motorcycles available, I recommend them to anyone who owns or is interested in a BMW or Ducati motorcycle.C.A.
Highly recommend! Craig and the entire staff, including parts are extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It doesnt matter who you deal with, they are all super accommodating and always take time to speak, even if I just pop in. Im a repeat buyer this year alone and they have always guided me to get what I want, rather than pressure me into something. A lot of other shops dont care if they get my business, BMW Ducati of Jacksonville does.Regarding the bikes, I have had all great new BMWs. Just picked up the new G 310 R today and it could be the most fun on two wheels available today. This bike is a BMW in every sense of the way.
Very helpful staff, salesman Craig Jenkins got me into the bike I wanted, and was happy to tell me everything I wanted to know about it.
Had a good sales person who was very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions.
First visit to this dealer for a Ducati service and all went exceptionally well. Craig the service manager took great care of me as did John in parts. Nice showroom and I liked all the Klim gear. Great start to a new dealer relationship. They also gave me a good deal on new lights. Revzilla has some competition.
Friendly sales and service teams. Parts manager knows his stuff and maintains a great selection of riding gear. Great selection of bikes too.
Fantastic dealer! Super helpful and great patient people
I have a Ducati and besides it being my favorite of approx 15 bikes over 47 years and 650,000 miles, the staff at this dealer have been enjoyable to work with and visit, always making me feel Im important to them. My bike comes out of servicing or troubleshooting like its new.
Service was great! Eric really helped me out from the test drive to the purchase.
Shout out to this place!!! They saved my ass recently and I could not be more thankful. Definitely a great place to visit and buy a bike from.
Dont buy the BMW. The motorcycles are quick to rust. Mine was rusting within 2 months, and within a year every steel part of the bike was covered in rust. BMW says their 1 year warranty doesnt cover our environmental conditions in Florida. So use the dealer, but dont buy a BMW, they sell some really nice other bikes.
Always great. Best staffed dealership Ive ever visited and done business with
This shop took me in as a walk in. On a cross Continental ride I found myself needing an evaluation of a frount wheel problem and some normal scheduled maintenanceThe technician that did the work on my machine was young but very very knowledgeable... I was not pushed by the service department in any kind of an upsellI recommend this shop for service. the sales department seem to be quite friendly and machine specific knowledgeable although I didnt nothing other than visit with them while I was waiting for my service to be completed
150.00 for the privilege to consignment bike, then a 1200.00 consignment fee or 15% fee, then a 900.00 plus charge to meet their standard sell the bike repairs! Talk about double dipping! This will be the last BMW I OWN! They think think think this a Ferra%! Maintenance is more than a Ducati! Fees are BSC! GET A Japanese bike!
Ordering parts online is awesome. Process is smooth and easy.
Long story short, Never again!. The owners seem like they care. Spoke to the wife about my issues and while she lent a ear to the turmoil, she did nothing about it. Marcelo is a new hire (per management) so I’m not certain he should take the full brunt of the issues, however… When you spend $15K on a used bike, you should expect it to be clean, and not lied to “the detail guy is new”. When you add dealer installed farkles, they should not be the wrong parts! When they complete the temporary registration, it should not be incorrect, creating a $$$ fine from the LAW!Add insult to injury, they have no idea how out of state registration works. They rely on a vendor and have a REQUIREMENT THAT YOU PAY FOR IT!, and when they mess up, its not their fault…. Short Story: purchase elsewhere. The epitome of a “Steeler”
I ordered an external gear shift assembly for my G310R a little over 3 weeks ago. I finally received a part in the mail that I didn’t order. I’ve been waiting a month to finally ride my bike and they send me the wrong part.
Large selection of BMW & Ducati bikes. Good prices and great service. Fantastic people
Honestly, this is a great group of guys and gals. They take the time to get to know their customers and remember them by name whenever you stop by for a service or something of the like, The showroom floor always has updated models shortly after they are released and they also have a rather large apparel section for both BMW and Ducati. The service department, while always very busy, still tries to get people in and out a quickly as possible. Because it is a BMW and Ducati dealership, services can get quite pricey, but it is what it is. My wife and I both purchased our GSs there and well keep them in mind for future purchases if we ever get around to that again.
Amazing experience!!!!! I went to their Ducati DemoRide day based on a neighbors recommendation. As soon as I arrived, they were very professional guided me through the demo ride sign up process. The lady who did my signup mentioned that my bike of choice may be too tall for me. There was a nice gentlemen standing next to me, Don, who took care of me as soon as he saw my undecided face. He asked several questions about my Ducati preference, explained to me the differences between my choices and had me sit on them to ensure they were the right fit. After a while, I then told him that i had been looking at the BMW adventure bikes which he then showed me and explain the different models on the floor. Again he had me sit on them to verify they were the right size and fit for me. Don was very calm and at no given time i felt like he was pressuring me to do anything. He just wanted to make sure i had the right motorcycle for my demo ride. I sat on the 750 GS and i knew right away that was the bike, the right fit, right size, right everything. I wasnt sure if i was able to get it for a demo since it was a Ducati Ride day, not BMW. Once i told Don that bike was it, he then called Craig and had him take the bike out so i could go on the next demo ride. Don was working with me like i was family, no rush, only ensuring that I had the right bike for my demo. I felt super comfortable and enjoyed the professional and family treatment i was receiving. Craig and another gentlemen got the bike ready and made sure i knew the basic controls of the bike before going on my demo. Upon my return I spoke to Craig and expressed how fascinated I was with the bike. So much that i decided to talk trade in. Craig immediately took me to Marcelo who from there on was incredibly helpful, super professional and amazingly knowledgeable. While waiting for the paperwork, i asked Marcelo about gear, he then connected me with Travis. Again another professional, friendly, knowledgeable individual who helped me get the perfect gear for my ride. As I was finishing my paperwork, Don stopped by to see how everything went and told him i had an amazing ride and decided to purchase the bike. While I was finishing up my paperwork with Marcelo, Travis was setting up my hemet, Craig setting up with bike and Don checking up on me. My experience with this team has been nothing but amazing, professional, friendly, no pressure and extremely efficient. As i was telling my story to Marcelo, he states that Don is the owner. I would have never guessed it by the way he treated me, professional, very humble, friendly and super helpful. I can certainly see why this dealership provides such an amazing experience, it all starts from the top. Treat others as you would want to be treated, and they live by this. Highly recommend then for whatever your needs are, even if its just for advice, They have an amazing staff and super knowledgeable. Thank you BMW of Jacksonville, I look forward to our continued business. Military Personnel get $500 discount!!!! cant beat that. Love it!!
So I purchased my s1000rr about a year ago. Marcelo, was ok. He just wants to make his sale and get out of there. Eric, amazing guy. Will go above and beyond. Craig service heard of him, heard he’s great. But this new name came up recently, Jean, service manager. To make everything short, guy has a nasty attitude. I needed a full exhaust system installed. First he tried selling me all these things I don’t need, and tries to make you feel stupid. Also couldn’t get me in till July 3rd. I called BMW of Daytona and with great customer service told me to bring the bike right in and they’ll take car if it. Gladly brought the bike down to Daytona got my exhaust system and called it day. I’d honestly invest on the drive down there than to deal with that guy in BMW of Jax.
Great place to buy a Motorcycle.
Took a chance getting a rear tire replaced without an appointment, but they were very accommodating and had me in and out in no time. During the tire swap, they discovered my rear brake pads were worn and replaced those as well. I highly recommend this dealer for any of your BMW motorrad needs.
Needed some brake parts fast and Travis came through for me. The bike is back on the road now, thanks to his special efforts!
Fast shipping and parts were exactly what I needed. I’ll shop here again!
A little slow, but arrived in great condition! Great packaging.
Great dealership. Everyone was upfront, honest, and out for my best interest.
Very friendly, helpful and supportive.
Very good Dealership. I brought a gently used Ducati from them and they provide great service.
Travis at the parts dept was very helpful, he got me what I needed and helped make sure it was a correct fit. Thanks!
Very nice Dealership. Clean with kind folks to help you.
I dealt with a salesman named craig. He was very nice and jim dandy until I didnt just jump through the paperwork hoop he put in front of me. When I questioned some numbers he got passive aggressive rude with me and insinuated that I was poor. I walked and was glad I did.
GREAT GROUP OF GUYS IN THE HOUSE 👍😎👍
All the staff was exceptional, sales, finance, and manager at parts- understood my interest and accommodated the million questions I asked. A few of the local riders were hanging out, additionally service has 2 mechanics at level 2 for Ducati.
Great selection of parts for my old bike. 2002 R1150RT
Very trustworthy BMW dealerGreat experience servicing my bike
I just like seeing all the BMWs and Ducatis. Everyone was friendly.
Eric was very knowledgeable and friendly...awesome place
Chuck and his team took great care of me and had me back on the road in less than a hour after I road in from Savannah to have a inop turn signal looked at / replaced. I was a walk in and was treated like I had made a appointment months ago. Chuck worked his magic and came up with the control cluster after some searching.Other things I liked about the shop:1. Great leather couches to chill in after being on the road all morning.2. Good selection of swag in the store up front.3. And the service entrance is covered which sounds like a small detail but think of standing there in the FL sun with you gear on trying to explain a bike problem.4. Right off the JAX I-295 loop.I did not get to try the coffee as I was in and out so quick :)Thanks for a job well done BMW Motorrad of JAX!!
Brought my 2011 1000RR in for a start/kill switch recall. The appointment was for 1030, but got there at 0930 from Gainesville;Florida on a trailer. They took me right in had it replaced in less than 20 minutes, They road tested it, and were very professional about the whole thing. They helped me load my bike up as well. You can be well assured that I will recommend these guys, rather than Daytona BMW who sold the bike to me, and never contacted me about any recalls. This is a great and well trained BMW as well as a Ducati Dealership in North Florida. It has a well laid out assortment of motorcycles, from touring bikes to rocket ships. It has a clean service area, and parts area, with Jackets ..shirts..etc.I could hear salespersons speaking to people with varying degrees of riding experience with the same amount of respect.A good place to buy a bike for the rest of your life.Bravo!
I would strongly recommend not wasting your time wit this dealer. They are a total Joke and they will scam you with a bike that has lots of issues. I bought a 2014 BMW S1000r red from this dealer back in September 2015 road 2 hours to get the bike. The initial sale was a good experience but thats where it stopped. On the way home I noticed the bike had a lot of vibrations in bars and the motor was a little noisy. I contacted the dealer and was told thats all normal, all s1000rs do that. I continued to ride the bike and the noise and vibrations just kept getting worse. I started to call around and ask other dealers if this was normal, they all said no, but jacksonville says its normal and a warranted bike so dont worry about it. I road two other s1000rs and both had none of the issues as mine. They did not make any noise and had very little vibrations. The bike I bought sounds like a bucket of bolts. There was so much noise from the motor around 4000 RPM its incredibly unnerving. Especially when other bikes do not make the sound. After complaining to BMW Jacksonville they agreed to take the bike back but they kept $2000 of my money. What ever I was happy to have the bike gone as it will likely blow up shortly. They dont want to admit there is a problem when I bought it back. Wouldnt even listen to it running. Here comes the issue as to why Im posting this review today. They BMW Jacksonville still have the bike 5 months later for sale at the same price. They also had the bike for several months before I purchased it. There has been several test ride because about 300 miles was added to the bike since I took it back. So that tells me other people have road the bike and found the same issues I discovered with the bike and didnt want to buy it. The motor sounds like a bucket of bolts rattling around and there is a large amount of vibrations. This dealer doesnt want to fix the issue they just want to pass it on. They already got $2,000 extra on this bike but still want to charge $13,750 for a bike that clearly has issues. And by not selling it 5 months later its a large admission it has issues.Dont make the same mistake I did by purchasing a bike from this dealer. It will cost you in the end. I would like my money back but at least I dont have a bike that sounds like a bucket of bolts.
Really nice and helpful staff
Great service, nice people, can find good deals
Great motorcycles. Everyone here is always very professional and friendly.
Absolutely recommend, Bought my new BMW S100RR here and everyone was great and helpful. They made me a customer for life
Sales people were very friendly and helpful
