Last year during the pandemic, we had a great experience and service. We called and gave our lot number for our home, had our paint mixed and ready for us for curbside pickup. Today, when we went in, we had a completely different experience. For one reason or another, the rep would not work with me. Said they didnt service our home/neighborhood, even though they had our info before. I even had the exact paint number and they still wouldnt work with me. I picked up on the fact that it didnt matter what I did or how much info I have, the guy behind the counter wouldnt work with me for one reason or another (cant say it had anything to do with my age, race, or gender but I personally felt it was because I was a woman.) Im not a feminist but as a woman, I know when a man is talking down to me or belittling me. I just walked out the door in this instance. Ended up going to a different SW store and had amazing service...by a woman.

Been to this location a couple of times now. Everytime I enter Im welcomed and assisted fairly quick.Place is small but clean. Some of their products are pricey compared to big box stores (paint brushes, paint sprayers especially, etc.).Paint quality is top notch and worth every penny! Brought some sample colors from another brand and they matched them exactly.Masks are required but if you forget they dont kick you out.

Pro results and great staff. We stripped doors four times, then cleaned and prepped doors. Then stained, and clear coating with 3 coats Helmsman Spar Urethane.

Asked them to hold 2 cans of paint just yesterday, came in to pick it up today, and we were told its gone. Kaitlyn took our calls yesterday. Calvin told us it is gone🤔. If that is not insulting and a waste of our time, I dont know what it is. Wont shop here again.

Worst costumer service experience with this autobody shop!

I recently went to this SW store in O.P. to have a color match for a paint color Ive used on trim and shutters for the past 20 years. I met Adrian. Told him that my painter couldnt match the color. Also that another major paint company couldnt match it. I left a section of cedar trim with the color I wanted and Adrian call me back and said he thinks he nailed it............ I was skeptical but hopeful. He absolutely nailed it. I couldnt tell the difference from the old to the new. A+++++

I was there to get some touch up paint originally from another company. Sales rep really knew her stuff. Perfect match. Great service.

Ive been dealing with Brian in there on my first visit what a pleasure what a professional person help me out got all what I needed he even put his lunch on the side to help me which he didnt have to do very dedicated employee I do recommend this store and recommend Brian thank you for reading

This particular Sherwin Williams location will always be my go to store. The manager Aaron and the assistant manager Adrian with all their fellow employees run one of the most smoothest operations from all of the other stores Ive seen. Im a painting contractor and from day one since we first opened shop they have always treated us like we were their most important customer. Everything is always on time and no delays, the system that their team has integrated into their day to day operations is astounding! I always recommend that my potential clients visit this Sherwin when debating their color schemes and choices just because how helpful the staff is. Our sales rep Grey is also a great asset to their team, any and all questions I have for him are generally resolved immediately and when it comes to Sherwins products or anything paint related hes the go to guy! Overall if youre a contractor or a homeowner looking to do some painting I would drive the extra mile or ten when looking for the right Sherwin Williams store to do business

Get everything you need for painting here. The staff are experienced painters with good advice and suggestions. As a diy painter thats very helpful to me :-)

Like the idea of keeping your paint color information on file for 10 years. Also, Sherwin-Williams staff are very helpful at letting you know well in advance as to whether your choice of color and paint is the right choice for the project that you are planning for. They do NOT point a customer to the most expensive choices and even offer multiple alternatives if you do chose a more expensive paint product.

The guy that waited on my husband and I would not talk to me cause I was a woman even after my husband picked up on it and tried to force him to do it. Terrible sales person. Too bad our HOA required that paint or wed never go back.

Staff are courteous, knowledgable & helpful. There is a large selection of products/colors to choose from, their system keeps all of my paint purchases on hand so I dont have to wonder what color I painted the living room etc. I genuinely look forward to going to my local Sherwin Williams
