I have been to this location twice. The first time I got a full set of hybrid extensions done by a newer technician. This was my first time receiving eyelash extensions. She was not very informative nor personable. I had some of the extensions falling off within an hour of leaving. I called Lash Lounge right away and explained to them the situation, and eventually was able to come back in for my eyelash extensions to be fixed/filled by a more experienced technician. My second visit I believed the extensions looked much better and the technician seemed to know what she was doing. I have since been allowing the extension fall off on their own and I am seeing that most of my natural lashes have completely broken off and I am left with nothing but short stubs for eyelashes. I did not pull off or improperly remove the extensions. When lash extensions are placed improperly or are not the correct size for your natural lashes it can severely damage your natural lashes and cause them to break off. I would have never in a million years gotten extensions had I known I would end up with my natural lashes breaking off and looking as terrible as they do now. If you are going to take the chance and go to the Lash Lounge for extensions then I very highly recommend proceeding with caution and asking for only the most experienced technicians.

This place is amazing! I came here for lash extension removal when another place messed them up, and Yui was so kind during the process and told me what went wrong. So I came back to give lashes a try again and Kelly was amazing! She explained everything in detail and everything was very comfortable. I’ll be back here for sure! :)

I’ve been going to the Lash Lounge since they opened and have always had the best service. They take care and make sure the lash extensions don’t hurt your natural lashes. I’d tell you my favorite stylist but then she’d be booked up too much so I will selfishly keep her name to myself!

I love The Lash Lounge! I was hesitant to return due to COVID but they are super clean and wear face guards and masks while requiring all clients to wear masks, too. Plus, there was only one other client in another separate area. Kelly is wonderful and my lashes lasts long time.

STAY AWAY. I went in to get my lashes done for my wedding day. I wanted a dramatic cat eye and I let her know that before we started..I ended up with tiny lashes that looked like they were bought at the dollar store.. I let them know immediately I was unhappy only for the girl who did my lashes to come to the front and proceed to be incredibly rude and condescending to me as well as other staff and my fiancé..The nice lady at the front really tried to help the situation but I will never be back.Definitely dont take the risk.. or waste your money here..**** UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE THEY DID NOT AGAIN --DID NOT-- have another stylist fix them. They all fell out THE NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING DAY *******

MARTA! She is so sweet and did such an amazing job. If you can get in with her, definitely try! I really can’t emphasize enough how sweet and talented she is. Also, I love lash lounge for being the best in quality and value. Sign up for membership to get two hybrid fills. You won’t be disappointed

I had my eyebrows done, she seemed worried and nervous had a tool she didnt know how to use, I left with all my hair and not only did she make me waste my time because I had to pluck them out my self. I made sure they had been aware of my dissatisfaction but decided to charge me for a service I had made an appointment for. What in their right mind gives them the right to charge my card if I was an unhappy customer. Awfully place their rookies

Love this place. They are always very accommodating and Natasha always does an amazing job with my lashes. I’ve received so many compliments on them and how “natural” the look even when I get volume lashes. They know how to make the lashes work for you and the look you’re trying to achieve. The ladies as the front are also very warm and helpful and always willing to help you out with whatever you need.

I really love my new lashes! I have had them about a month now and I am getting so many complements! The lounge is so clean and comfortable. Denise is so sweet and good at what she does. I am so relaxed that I usually get a nap. My lashes are very affordable and I love having the extra time in the morning and no raccoon eyes at night because I don’t use mascara anymore. I really recommend this lounge.

I LOVE this place! All of the Staff is Welcoming and Friendly they always offer me drinks when I come in and even have a welcome sign with my name on it! Ive tried out almost all of their stylists and Ive never had an issue they always make my lashes just like I want them. I also know more about lashes now more than ever because they even educate you on how it all works and how to take care of them after. I will NEVER go anywhere else! They have promotions to try them out and even a membership which I highly recommend getting its worth every penny!

Nicole has been doing my lashes & always does a fabulous job! Lash lounge is beautiful & the staff are all friendly. They have the most comfortable bed & I just I love getting my “lash nap!” I highly recommend this place. They have great lash friendly products too!

It was my first time coming here and the lash stylist I had was DENISE. She is amazing! She went through the process with me, explaining the different kinds of lashes and services they offer. I have been going to the Lash Lounge for a while and the Orange Location is so modern and chic! I love the atmosphere and all of the employees are so kind and welcoming. Nikki did my lashes last and she did such a great job I am very excited to back and get another fill from her!

I was referred to the Lash Lounge by a friend of mine and I am so glad I took her up on it. The front receptionist staff is really friendly and the ambiance is chic and professional. My stylist, Nikki, was AMAZING! really knowledgeable and patient. She walked through every step with me and made sure I had time to ask her questions. I am super happy with my volume lashes as they look exactly as I expected. Bought a membership and will be going there from now on.

The BEST all around! The Lash Lounge in Orange excels in many things. I cannot say enough great things about them! They have a super professional & very organized staff at the front counter (they personally text me appointment reminders and ask about my experience, as well as are quick responding regarding any questions that I have), create an amazing atmosphere (always asking upon arrival each time if I would like anything to drink, and even had a welcome sign with my name on it last time I went), use the best quality products, AND have amazing stylists who really know what they’re doing!
