Gregory is the consummate sales person - making sure that he provides all information to assist the customer in making the right purchase. I would wholeheartedly recommend going to him when you are searching for your next mattress. He is kind and patient - rare qualities that you will appreciate.

Gregory was amazing to work with! My husband and I walked into OC Mattress needing a bed that day. Gregory was attentive but gave us space to look around. He was extremely helpful in our search for a mattress to our liking. Once we were ready to buy one we loved, he called for availablity in front of us and made us feel important and understood our desire to have a mattress as fast as possible. Great experience with Paul. This salesman knows exactly what we needed. The one thing that stood out was he knew our price range and what we thought the bed that we initially went in wanting to buy ended up selling us exactly what we needed. He took his time and knew his stuff. The great part was he gave us honest answers and we ended up walking out of there with a great price and a new bed that I can’t wait to sleep in!

The salesman gets 5 starts but the person who is working at the store Monday and Tuesday this week gets ZERO stars. Following up from the installation Ed is a very rude person he should not be a sales man or selling anything to the public. He is not very courteous and NOT helpful to resolve any issue on the phone, he should be fired. He says to call customer service and customer service says to call the store, run around. He is not helpful at all, very short and grumpy corp mgr Ed. He is a manager? I purchases a $5700 mattress and this is how you treat your customer. This is poor customer service for someone who spent this kind of money for a matress.

We received excellent service today, from walking in the door, getting a great deal and free box springs, all the way to having our two new beds for our kids delivered the same day, within a couple of hours of our purchase.

The worst purchase I ever made!!!I spent $3745 on a KingKoil CalKing mattress and the adjustable base. The sales man Mr. Ed Duran kinda forced me to buy a protector for $100 or the warranty would be affected. The protector is a cheap plastic which keeps the bed hot like hell. The mattress sag and I feel I am sinking which gives me low back pain and a terrible leg cramp.I tried to return it but they give me the option of one exchange with the same price or higher+$420 extra!!!!!!! Also, I asked and left messages with the customer service office twice to talk to the owner and they never returned my call. Needless to say that I talked to the store manager and sales people several times. They recommended that I get a mattress topper which I purchased for $150 and didn’t resolve the problem!!
