Coming into their store, I didn’t know what to expect. They made sure that everything can be done affordable which was awesome because I had a budget coming in. I wanted to have a touch screen radio and back up camera and they did a bomb job on it. These are great guys who knows what they are doing with cars. I would recommend. They installed this into my 2007 A4 Audi

This place is a rip off. They are not an authorized dealer of any brand. They buy their merchandise from other dealers and mark it up 100%. If you want good products and good customer service go to speaker works on main st. Between collins and struck nextdoor to public storage

Steer clear of this place! We had Dream Audio install a stereo and speakers in our car and now we wish we had never walked into their shop. Their products and pricing seem decent, but the quality of service is despicable. The very first issue was apparent, after the installation the remote locks/alarm stopped working. The second issue was that the fader (balance from front to back) did not work. Lastly, the wire connections were not correct as the speakers fade in and out constantly accompanied by a crackling sound.When we took the car back, they insisted that they had nothing to do with the locks/alarm issue and they stated that because of the type of stereo we purchased they could not engage the fader (all the speakers had to be on the same connection).The car is a BMW so they thought that maybe the lock/alarm issue was due to the original stereo. They reinstalled it but the locks/alarm still did not work. We decided at that point that we did not want them to do anything else to the car in fear that they may mess something else up. It has been a month and we have not had time to search out an alternate place to take the car yet. Yesterday, the stereo, which apparently was not mounted properly, worked its way back into the dash out of the bracket that it was supposed to be attached to.We have scheduled a consultation with an audio place that was recommended to us by a friend. Needless to say we will never go near Dream Audio again and will be submitting a complaint to the BBB.

Just got home from having a new subwoofer installed. Awesome and honest customer service! Nice selection of products to fit your budget. Fast and clean installation. Shop is very clean and most importantly they are always open! Before finding this place I went to 4 other car audio stores that showed on google search as being open, but were actually closed. Im happy to find a dependable and awesome car audio shop. I highly recommend Dreams Audio. Will definitely return for future purchases and installations.

THIS PLACE HOOKED ME UP AND MY SYSTEM SOUNDS REMARKABLE, IDK ABOUT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS MAYBE THEY WERE HAVING A BAD DAY OR SOMETHING, I WENT IN ON A THURSDAY AND BY FRIDAY MORNING THEY HAD MY CAR IN THE BACK WORKING IN IT. HOWEVER I WILL BE HONEST IN SAYING THAT EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SYSTEM IS WONDERFUL I HAD 2 COMPLAINTS#1 IS THAT I ASKED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND WAS TOLD 5 HOURS I TOOK MY CAR AT 10AM AND THEY DID NOT CALL TILL 7PM = 9 HOURS#2 THE INSIDE OF MY CAR SMELLED LIKE CIGGARETTES WHICH I DONT SMOKE BUT USED TO SO I DIDNT REALLY MIND.EXPECT THESE 2 THINGS IF YOU GO HERE, I WOULD PUT UP WITH IT AGAIN SINCE IT IS A DECENT BUSINESS.

We have never had any problems with the installations and they are typically prompt with scheduling the installs. I recommend these guys for installations and we will keep coming back in the future.

Audio Dreams is a class act. I will never go anywhere else to purchase audio equipment for my vehicle. I have gone to these guys to have installation of 2 different stereo systems in 2 different cars and have been very please with the outstanding customer service I have received. I recently purchased a new vehicle and went back there and had them put in a new system for me. I drove around to 2 other stereo install locations and found Audio Dreams to be the best in customers service as well as pricing. The whole team was extremely helpful and eager figure out my demands. I had a slight problem with audio buzz and they fixed it right away with no extra expense. They even customized a car charger for me at no expense . I highly recommend them.

I shopped the area pretty hard for a radio with installation. Having worked at a place like this in the past I knew right off the bat good from bad.Tommy the installer did a flawless job.I had to go back with questions another day and they were great again.I have already recommended this place to my friends and family and plan on keeping it that way!Thanks guys!

I was so worried to go here after reading all of these awful reviews but I had no problems at all. I called at first to get a quote for a car alarm and the guy who answered was very nice and helpful. I was charged the quoted price and my car was worked on as soon as I got there. The main guy and the guy working on my car were both very courteous to me and answered all of my many questions that I had. My experience in the store was great and my alarm seems to be working just fine.

I had great service with Audio Dreams. Car stereo price was best I found and install went smoothly. Later when I had a problem with the stereo while it was still under warranty, they quickly replaced it with a new one. Dont believe the bad reviews.

Be careful here. I had such excellent customer service the first time that I went back again to inquire about having a new stereo installed in my husband’s car as well. His car had an auxiliary jack that was between the seats in the glove box, but I assumed that it did not work. I asked if they had an auxiliary cable that I could just check. So he told the other worker to get an auxiliary cable to come out with me and check. Oddly, I was sitting in the car but the guy didn’t come out for a while; I saw him inside the store talking with the manager that was helping me. It wasn’t until later that I figured out they were probably conspiring. When he got to the car, he plugged in the cable and I plugged in my phone and pushed the AUX button. It did not work. I asked him how much it would cost if I just replaced the AUX input part instead of the cost of buying a new stereo. He said it would be hundreds of dollars more because they would have to pull out the entire glove box in the middle of the seats just to replace the part. I said, “well the number one rule when electronics don’t work is to check the connections.” So I started to reach into the glove box but his hand was already on the cable connector and he was wiggling it from side to side. Anyone knows that you do not wiggle the joint from side to side because it will loosen the hole so it does not make a good connection anymore. I believe he was trying to break it. I told him to “stop that” and then I took the cable and pushed it in and it clicked. He never pushed the cable all the way into the joint! He wanted me to believe it was broken. After I pushed it all the way in, it played perfectly! I was shocked. Not only that, but a few months later the AUX Jack did break because it was loose inside and would no longer make a connection (not blaming the guy for wiggling the cable piece from side to side), but I bought a new piece online for $10, watched a YouTube video, and fixed it myself! It took me five minutes. There was no pulling any glove box out! It was super simple! So if you know car stereos and know what you are doing, then these guys are great. But beware of being lied to!

Just got my car back, I got a tint a new head unit and my sub installed as well as a few extras for my 2010 Subaru WRX! This is my review from the over all service I got from mark who was very happy to help me get done exactly what i wanted, and the pricing is really the best for getting custom work done, their audio guy jimmy did a super clean install as well, im very happy and would recommend others to get work done at this shop. I will be referring people for sure! There was a bit of goo left over from the tint, it would have been nice to make sure that was cleaned up but not a big deal at all, they also have a lifetime warranty on the tint and 1 year on the stereo work.

This place has great deals. Junior hooked me up with a great deal to put a Bluetooth stereo system and new speakers in the car. Best costumer service Ive had at a stereo place. I went to 3 other places before and they were slow and had horrible service. Junior was fast, got me in quick and now my car has a fresh new stereo system. I have all my friends coming here now and would recommend to anyone looking for great quality service.

Audio dreams took care of me, Jr hooked it up on checking my amp wires and bass. Pricing are good got myself a bass knob, I was happy with it. Definitely would go back for more audio stuff.

I called in to see if they can fit me in and jr said yes come on down, I showed up and he was able to install my head unit and speakers within an hour. This was a huge help due to the fact it was for my work truck and only had an hour in a half. On top of it all he gave me the best price out the door then any other audio place in the area. I was having issues with my car starting and a mechanic told me it was the remote start alarm interfereing with the ignition switch so I brought it to Audio Dreams be cause Z Audio Sound who originally installed it wouldnt help me. Mark and his crew took my car back right away. It ended up being a bad battery even though autozone said the battery was fine. Mark had me go get a battery and installed it for me. Problem fixed and all FREE of charge. Thats going way above and beyond which our world lacks. Very helpful, friendly and honest people who also dont rip you off with high prices.

Excellent work. Mark and all the staff are very friendly, and have great prices and great selection in the show room. I just bought a fully loaded 2015 Nissan Altima SL and wanted just a little bit more bass, and they hooked up a Rockford Fosgate 12 self powered amp and the car sounds great!

Had some difficulty with the Kenwood system that they sold me and installed. Took it back. They listened to the issues and fixed it without a problem! To me thats great customer service.! No arguments from them at all. It just got fixed!

These guys are so unprofessional. They installed my new alarm system without taking out the old one. So now when my old alarm goes off I have to disconnect the battery. Called them and they said they dont know how to take out the old system.Told me to go to the dealership. I disconnected myself in 30 minutes.

Somehow my review from last year disappeared so hopefully this review wont mysteriously disappear. I came in 1 morning to have them install an alarm that I had already purchased from another establishment. When I came back a few weeks later to have them do some adjustments, I was told if I got there first thing in the morning it would be the first vehicle they would start on. When I went back a couple hours later they didnt even start and was told they would be starting in a few minutes however an hour later they still hadnt started so I took my keys and left and never went back. They never had any intentions on doing the adjustments that they had promised when they initially installed the alarm.

While I was waiting they tried to charge another customer $500 for a subwoofer. I promptly got up and left after I over heard that. Thats an insane mark up.

Jr hooked me up with a nice Kenwood Blu tooth and 2 new speakers at a great price. Ill be back to get the other 2 speakers soon.

Dont go here. Go anywhere else and save your gas. I have attempted to use them 3 separate times and each time they lie to get me there and try to sell me on something else. This last time I asked if they did dynamating (like the whole car, the carpet padding hood etc) I get a pleasant polite guy on the phone telling yes but it would be expensive explain in detail what it would take, but ultimately agreeing to having me come down so they could order the correct amount of material and set up the install day. I get there and Im greeted by 2 incredibly rude guys who basically laugh in my face like I cant afford it and then tell me no they never do more then the trunk lid. The one who came out to my car walked away mid conversation and that finally brought me to writing a review. The first time it was involving a car alarm on my old car and a screen install on my current. Both of those times they also told me they could do it till I get there and some rude guy tries to sell on something else then I came in for.

AUDIO NIGHTMARE! I had these guys install alarms in 5 different trucks over the past 10 years. The last one was an Alarm install from hell. Unit never worked right, returned 5 times, never fixed. They just didnt understand how to make the alarm work. Finally went to another install company, fixed in 30 minutes + $60 to fix audio nightmares mistakes.

I went into this place to spend some money today and thank god they were too sniffing, complaining to each other,wondering aimlessy in search of customer keys! Total fiasco. Stay AWAY!!!!
