They are super helpful and are easy to work with. Their installation people are first rate. We have used them several times in the past including last week and will always use them in the future.

These guys saved my life! On a Saturday morning, I needed 2 pcs of stair molding so my installer could finish the job. The place I originally purchased the flooring no longer carried what I needed (and didnt bother to tell me I could pick these up at Shaws warehouse in Cypress if they called it in). While 2 other local stores tried to take advantage of my desperation, Bixby Knolls came through with an honest, reasonable quote, $60-$150 less than the others. Even though it was a minor sale for a flooring business, the owner also took the time and trouble to contact Shaws headquarters to make sure my order got released to me that morning without a hitch. Thats great customer service!!! They renewed my faith in mankind.
