Went in kinda late...probably 30mins before closing and they were all still very helpful and patient. We ended up having to keep them there a little later than their normal hours and they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Marshall, our mobile expert, was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Got things done quickly and efficiently. Definitely my go to T-mobile store from here on out. Thank you T-mobile at the outlets at orange location!P.S. google maps will take you to some other location in the outlet, so if you’re looking for it just know it’s across from the Levi’s store!

Wow. I had a awful expierience at almost every other carrier and they treated me with such decency and respect it was really incredible. I ported 2 lines of service, got 2 iphone 11s and only spent $20 more per month then what I was at with verizon prepaid. Was in and out within an hour. Staff was super patient with me and wife and was extremely thorough. Probably the most refreshing expierience I have had in a while. Will definitely be back.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION! READ VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! They charged me for somthing I never received and made the payments so small it was easy to miss. I was charged for a GPS tracker at $3 a month. Never got the product but was charged for it. This is fraud! When I went into the store to solve the issue and even though they could see the product was never activated they did not check cameras or anything else. They did not reprimand the employee who did this!
Great service. Store closed at 10pm, I walked in after a long day of work at 9:45pm. Stayed open past closing time to finish my requests. Hiram C the gentlemen working that night, guided the process of switching carriers, it went very smoothly. Saved me a few bucks, and honored a special deal which was amazing, and also rewarded me $200.00 in special offers for switching. Located in a busy mall, so expect traffic outside, and inside the store.

Well this was an amazing trip coming to this store I was trying to buy an accessories for my phone when I stopped by to Anthony one of the lead sales associate there! I would give this place zero stars but I cant. This place has the worse service and they are a bunch of liars. They trick you into thinking you are getting something when you arent. Do not come here for phone services. The trick you into contracts you never agreed on. Now in suck with line I never wanted as well as phones.Instead go to tmobile or at&t. They are better then sprint and much more helpful and they care for their customers.

Worse place to ever come to the rep Anthony was very misleading they rip you off! Manager was also very rude! They tell you one thing and then charge you another! I had gave them my card and they told me they would charge me the next day and thrn ended up charging me a 35$ fee for an unknown charge. Will never go to sprint ever again. Never told me about a 14day return policy and now my credit is going to get messed up. They wont even let me return my phones keep telling the manager. I barley had them for a month! Never come to this location!
We were tricked into joining sprint at this location!! I loved T-Mobile should of stayed can’t wait to go back to them when lease is over. We were told so many things and our bill 25% higher then sold. They said we would get $100 rebate per line and got 2 of 5. Recently I walked in with a question and was basically shut down by a rude employee. Told me call sprint and I called and again the worst service. The worst experience ever! Lesson learned .

I only wanted the phone and dont understand why I was charged more than expected. I had later compared the price difference between in store and online store and have seen that I was cheated with these extra add on charges that are really accessory sales. They are crooks.

Manager is super rude and if you look vulnerable she will take advantage of you, she will not help you out and will charge you for fees and then be of no help. Never in my life have I ever came to a sprint after being a member for 10 years to this experience. Looking at reviews she’s been a problem don’t know why they don’t get rid of this woman, sprint you are loosing customers because or her, loose her instead!!And to the person replying on me calling them, Oh i called... I was put on mute for 15 minutes without being told and then just hung up on. Tried calling again and no answer!! So to the community that is how you will get your problems resolved!!Do not bother coming in here..

If I could give this place -stars. O.M.G never been mentally, financially eff over by a phone company. Why did switch to sprint. And oh come to find out they never paid my remaining balance from T-Mobile. I just recently found out cuz I was checking my credit. This bill from T-Mobile of September 2016 was suppose to be paid off and it went to the credit collection in December. February comes and there hurting my credit. Amazing that I never got the phone I wanted they lied and lied to then come to find out the person that had helped me doesnt work there anymore. So from September till today I have been paying for the phone I didnt want, and guess what I was never informed that i can pay monthly to own the phone not just lease it. Please if you want a bad costumer service a 3G network and ending up to file FCC complaints for multiple false advertisement go ahead stay with sprint and switch to sprint but if especially you want a real 4G network go elsewhere. And trust me I been on the phone with every department that sprint can give me and they only want me to either spend more money now and or wait to still spend money to get the phone I want with the same lie of 4G network that really is 3G network. I get 3G on my iPhone 6s Plus service all the time when I have a 4G plan and a 4G phone. Now I am waiting to actually speak with the executive department who handles your dispute, but somehow they forgot to call me too last Friday when I had attempt to call them twice two days before Friday and they were too busy. Do you see how much hassle in 6 months I have to deal with. Gosh a lawsuit for mental breakdowns every time they speak to me would be a good idea but such waste of energy and time with sprint that I can no longer be part of. I am only wanting to let the people know what I been going through with sprint so please be sure what you are getting yourself when you go to sprint.
I went there to check out the new deal for new lines with unlimited data. David was very helpful from the moment I walked in. He gave me a rough estimate I felt good about. They didnt have the phone I wanted but figured ordering the new Samsung S10+ would be faster than waiting months for a store to have in stock.Vincent took over in opening a new account. He was very courteous and thorough. He even helped other customers while helping me but it didnt feel like it delayed my process at all. For a customer with a difficult problem, he politely sent them to another associate which showed me his decision making and prioritizing what is more important at hand are excellent and prime example of how employees should be anywhere. He even answered every question I had regarding the account, payment, and process while setting everything up. He even welcomed the questions and on top of everything, he brought me and my mom a glass of water without even us asking.Im very happy with the decision to come here and buy my phone. Im expecting it by mail around mid to late April.As far as customer service goes, my experience was better than I expected and highly recommend this place. I came on Tues afternoon when it was kind of slow so I didnt have to wait at all.
I Would not recommend sprint to anyone our monthly bill went from $170 to $370 and the employee cannot answer why they just keep saying that our plan expired and when we purchased our phones the sales employee told me and my wife our plans wouldnt change
Lies, Lies, Lies!!!! Went here in January to switch 1 phone and Syde suckered me into getting 2 phones and a hot-spot. He was super nice and even gave me his personal phone number just in case something went wrong. He showed me a price that I am going to pay and that the first bill is always a little more so I wont see the true price per month until the second month. Well, after 6 months I have been getting a bill that is $80 over what he said and Customer service on the phone cannot change my bill. Oh by the way, what happened to Syde? who knows, he did return my texts couple of times but then his phone got disconnected. Now if I want to get out of Sprint I will have to pay over $2000, yes over two thousand dollars. I dont know whos worse the salesperson or the company that will not do anything.Just be careful when you talk to the sales people here and make sure you get everything on paper (I mean the print out from their computer)Hope this helps someone

They are commissioned based and will lie and give you over the top customer service just to screw you down the line. I was given a free tablet i just got off the phine with the REAL SPRINT and they told me im leasing it! They will smile to your face and tell you its free (no money now) while you get billed. If your on autopay, becarful as the payments are always taken without a bill since tgey created everything even an email to where the electronic bill will be sent. I am asked for a pin everytime i call. I never created a pin! I now have to file a complaint with the California Attorney General and the Consumer and Fiance Protection Bureau because all the comments on here say the same. Mislead so that they can get paid off commission. They have to speak with the sprint sales service center to correct all the wrongs they have done! Not just to me but to Everyone! These people should not be in business as they are stealing and hidding behind the name of Sprint but they are a THIRD PARTY!

Yes they do lure you in with deals and screw you over by leasing. But this is why we should do our jobs in reading our contracts also the service is bad metro is better and faster but we switched phones and is working fine so far lol they dont really explain much unless you ask lets see how this goes.They made me get a temporary number for 24 hrs and I would get my number back there days went by and three guys including the manager claimed they couldnt get it back. Finally Hiram and Neph helped. Neph helped over the phone and hiram helped my husband in person. Them two really go outta rhe way way to help ppl unlike the others. That just wanna make deals.

First of all their service is terrible.The sales reps and Management are so unprofessional and sell nothing but lies. They don’t care about their customers. They just try to make money however they can. I was on an 18 months lease with them and the whole time it was just a really bad experince. Don’t recommend specially this store. 👎🏻 Go to T-mobile or AT&T.
ONE STAR cause I have to....walked out to an agreement to monthly pay 210 got my first bill at 270 was told it was insurance just for the first three months come to find out that was the monthly agreement and I had no insurance at all on my 800$ galaxy s9.. wouldnt trust them there !!!

T-Mobile workers r awesome & helpful but the only main problem I found in this company is....their internet services. I purchased the 4G speed net but I mostly use the EDGE speed. Which is soooo slow. U need to stay outside the shops or the malls so u can have the good speed. Otherwise ull stuck with EDGE.

I already went three times to ask the status and they told me that I will received it in a few weeks. I call Sprint an told them my issue. Bad Customer Service and false advertisements. They lure you in with deals then surprise you when you get your bill.They also have too many hidden fees. Jay, the rep that attended my husband and I cheated us twice. He messed us on our deal and when we called him to see if he could help us and fix it he refused and denied us the help.
