Staff is polite and helpful. Adam Habibi, the audiologist, has a depth of experience and a clear concern for getting his clients the best custom “fit to needs”. He definitely knows what he’s doing!

Adam Habibi is simply wonderful! He is very attentive, polite and very professional. He definitely knows what he is doing and is patient. He takes his time and does not rush the process from intake, to audiology test, to fitting the hearing aid. He got my old and malfunctioning hearing aid fixed, and directly dealt with the manufacturer. I will be coming back soon to purchase a new set of hearing aids from Life hearing Inc., as the customer service is superior and I only trust Adam to properly fit me with the best hearing aids. I have always received excellent service at Life Hearing. Adam sees me promptly, and makes sure the hearing aids are working fine. When I do have an issue with the hearing aids, I am able to get an appointment very quickly, and the problem is quickly resolved.

Adam Habibi by any measure is exceptional. I started using Life Hearing services over 5 years ago. A surgery for an Acoustic Neuroma tumor damaged 85% of the hearing in my right ear. I was told at the time I would not hear out of that ear again and that a hearing aid would only amplify, but I would not be able to discriminate sounds. Adam was able to fit a hearing aid that recovered most of the hearing for that ear and I can now hear and understand what is being said. I live in Florida and have family in CA that I visit. I wasnt sure how this would work, but it works great, especially due to great support of his office manager Mary!

Knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate, service oriented. My dad got his first hearing aid, a sleek ReSound behind the ear device whose settings could be controlled by his Apple iPhone, from Life Hearing in Oct 2016 after extensive research on my part. Adam Habibi has always been remarkably available, efficient, timely, professional — and most of all, caring and non-judgemental. For example, it turns out my father was often only wearing only one of his 2 hearing aids, not realizing this can lead to cognitive decline in the opposite side of the brain that is not receiving regular stimulus from sounds being picked up. Adam was able to easily explain the downsides of that choice clearly to my English-as-a-second-language father. This motivated him to change, without feeling bad.When dad lost one of his hearing aids and it was out of its three-year warranty, Adam kindly provided a loaner pair of Starkey’s Livio 2400 for 2 weeks. This was at 4pm on December 30, when after closing at 5pm Adam invested an extra 30 minutes to set up the programming on the spot – an unplanned extension to what was scheduled to be a shorter consultation. My father ran out of the office to his next appointment while I stayed behind to schedule his return visit – and then I see Adam come to the reception desk and he gives me a free pack of batteries from the rack they sell from! He was thinking ahead, just in case the batteries needed to be replaced ... so that my father would not be without the ability to hear during the holidays. Adam really goes the extra mile.Mary at the front desk is also very knowledgeable, kind hearted and accommodating – she tries hard to fit you in when you need it, and she understands the ins and outs of warranties. They do everything they can to make sure you get good value from the manufacturer’s policies. I feel like they’re on our side; they truly care about patient satisfaction.The only thing to be aware of is Adam splits his time between the Orange office and one in Lake Forest (I think), so if you’re not willing to drive to Lake Forest you need to be available on Mondays and Thursdays, which are Adam’s days at the Orange location.
