I asked for no white chocolate and to substitute it for peanuts. But they still added the white chocolate. Reason why I don’t ask for white chocolate is because it share it with someone that can’t have it!

Love coldstone ice cream anything and this is the best one Ive been to in 4 different states. They make the ice cream the way you want the first time. Basically the right ratio of toppings to ice cream. So I retract my earlier 5 star review. I had my first bad experience here last night 2/12/19 for my sons birthday we ordered the $16 tub of ice cream to take home and was shorted an inch or more of ice cream and the new trainee girl wore a face that says we were interrupting her from some other duties. Disappointing to say the least. Most employees here have been excellent but her attitude was offputting. I attached the pic of what we received...

Theyre all delicious and really indulgent. On our last stay, I explored all over the city and enjoyed an amazing and very tasty ice-cream.

Proper waffle cones, flavours of interest, real tasty proper ice cream, generous servings, super friendly service. Could. Perfection. A must-visit spot! Highly advised!!

Favorite place to eat ice cream with my girlfriend!

I had mentioned to my friend I wanted to stop for ice cream and this was the first place we saw. I was so thrilled with the selection of flavors.... It was not hard choose because I knew they all would be good but I was craving cheesecake. The girls that were working did it just right. Graham cracker, Butterfinger, and Reeses in perfects portions mixed evenly through out. Best part was having so much left over. I am enjoying it so much I had to call and let them know how pleased I am with the quality service and product they gave provided. I will be back!

Have so many memories coming here as a kid pre-Up the movie era. So its kinda weird to review it now.They have 2 lines here, one for dining in and one for take out ice cream. Their food menu has your usual diner items like salad, sandwiches, burgers. I havent had the food recently so this review will be for their ice cream.Cold Stone Creamery.

I love going to this Cold Stone Creamery! The flavors -- OH MY -- are fantastic (think FUDGE TRUFFLE) and the mix-ins give so many choices its hard to decide which one (or two or three or more!) to choose! The crew are so nice, a few of them even know which flavors and mix-ins we like, but also that -- OK, this is going to sound a little weird to non-dog-lovers -- we always buy a small bowl of Sweet Cream for our pup, who prefers Cold Stone to 31 Flavors and just about any other ice cream companys product! It doesnt hurt that were able to purchase cards at Costco!

A small ice cream parlor, smaller than most cold stones. The same great quality ice cream Ive come to expect from all cold stones. Service is usually fast, and the people there are very kind. If youre looking for some cold treats and are in the area, you cant go wrong here.

Horrible. I understand some people have bad days but she was extremely rude...to me and my son. She gave me and my son a cup (not a big deal) when we asked for a cone. When I asked her for the cone AGAIN, she rolled her eyes. When we were leaving I thanked her. Nothing! My son thanked her. Nothing! The customer before us was treated poorly as well. What shouldve been an excuse me was a WHAT? No smile, no hello and no thank you from her. I hope her day gets better.

Not bad ice cream. My wifes and kids loved it but its pricey. For 3 orders it was about $16. For $16 I could buy a lot of things.

Gotta love this place. Can never get enough. They custmize your icecream. So, it has all the wonderful flavor you want. I want to go know it is so good! Clean and friendly stsff.

The ice cream is good but they gave me this donut mix once, where they just pounded a unglazed donut into ice cream. It tasted horrible, there other mixes are good like the berry and hot fudge.

I love cold stone but dont go there very often. Disappointed today cause I went a there got a classic ice cream. Yet the lady working there went backt to fill up the cup and gave me a scoop of plain ice cream instead of mixing it together

This has been one of the worst service I’ve ever received. I waited over 15 mins and still didn’t get my ice cream. The girl was busy at first making waffle bowls and said she’d be right with us a few minutes later the phone rang and she went to the back after 5 mins and kept talking on the phone and never came back to the front. There wasn’t anybody in the store besides us. Highly disappointed as cold stone is my favorite place to get ice cream.

The icecream is great, workers at this particular cold stone were rude. The male employee that helped me me left as substantial amount of icecream on the counter, as pricey as it is that bothered me.The female employee that helped the group before me seemed annoyed when they asked for a second order of icecream. Overall the negative attitudes of the employees make me not want to return to this location.

I came tonight 11-2-16 to grab some late night ice cream and Google says they are open tell 10 pm but they most have changed their hours we got there at 9:30 excited to get some ice cream to see the counting out there drawer with the door locked😠 I was very P.O. because I was so excited after a bad day. Please update your information on Google if you change your hours!

Usually good, but time the boy did not get my order completely right. Fruit was almost whole and skimped on the other additives.

HOW THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN OUT OF COOKIE DOUGH FOR MONTHS???I went today for the third time in 4 months and been dissappointed for the last time. All I want are the basics. Vanilla ice cream, Reese peanut butter cup and cookie dough. Never had a problem at any other coldstone but this one keeps telling me that they are out and will get more soon. Atleast this time the ppl working (Although had a pour personality and people skills as usual) told me that they have been out for months and not sure when/if they will get more in. Its like going to 31 flavors and they dont have atleast the basic icecreams. Whoever owns this franchise needs to sell and move on if u cant hire proper staff and atleast put a sign up saying you will not have certain items. Corporate office needs to step in when there are this many bad reviews. Its making the entire franchise look bad and I will no longer go to this or any of these establishments again.
