Ordered the small size with Arroz con Leche and Chocolate Abuelita. Was a good amount for $3. Great ice cream, clean place. They also have nachos, paletas, and other snacks. Nice dessert to have after tacos or Colombian food next door.

Best paletas ever!!! We upgraded our Sandia paleta with fruit and made it a Sandia Loca, I love this place!

Love this place, they have such a variety of ice creams its hard to pick just one.. but my go to ice creams are abuelitas chocolate and fresas de leche (strawberries).. whats so delicious about there ice cream is that there not as sweet as most other types out there... if ur lactose intolerant they also carry frozen pops made with water😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍

I like this place but a lot of their flavors are too artificial. Theyre mint chip is disgusting. Theyre other Mexican flavors are better. But even theyre Limon is way too green. Not natural like other locations. Theyre other stuff like tostilocos are delicious which is why I have then 4 starts. Theyre portions are great. And they keep theyre toppings refrigerated which taste refreshing when u eat them.

Ive read through the other reviews to see if anyone else commented on the rude, snobby girl with an attitude problem that works here. Wasnt surprised to find Im not the only one. Apparently it is the owners daughter.You need to have a serious talk with your daughter, or let her go from working at your stores, because Im certainly not the only one she rubs the wrong way. I assure you, youre losing business because of the insufferable customer service she has.

I love this place! So much history & a great atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and attentive, even though its usually packed when we stop by! We love to take a seat, take everything in and order some ice cream! Today I ordered bubble gum! I really liked it! Im excited to try new flavors and come back again soon. I like their selection of ice cream a good variety. Ive tried them all and of course everyone has their favorite to the least favorite. Mine is the Horchata, I can only get it in palleta form. 3 sizes of ice cream single, double and triple scoop in cup or choice of cone. Options to order ice cream by pint, quart, half gallon or gallon of ice cream of your choice. They sell other Mexican snacks and Goodies, elotes, fruit smoothies, and other items. The owners and staff are friendly I never had a problem during my visits. This is a Clean place inside. This is Michocana ice cream, not like the other immitation shops you see around, I like to call them the primas cousins version. 😊

If I love this place in Mexico, I can say that is the same and has great ice cream and Mexican snacks. They have me with the Gansito ice cream!!!

Great assortment of ice cream. They would benefit from having more staff attend the customers during the busy times. It doesnt seem feasible to have a long line of customers and only one worker serving AND also ringing up each customer (while 2 employees are in the back cutting fruit.) They have a $10 minimum for debit cards. This makes it hard for a person that may not have cash accessible at the moment, who may want a single scoop. They should consider a .50 cent fee to be added on a $10 or less charge, or something to that effect. The store itself is super clean & the staff are nice.

This ice cream shop is simply amazing because it has so much more choices of ice creams and everything is so delicious along with snacks. The place is really clean along with the bathrooms this is my new favorite ice cream price to go on weekends with my family and enjoy the beautiful great ice creams. This store has great friendly quality services with staff I recommend everybody to go here its so good and amazing!

First time here and it was like ice cream heaven for me. My husband was kinda embarrassed because I was like a little kid in a candy store hahaha They had great customer service and we were helped immediately. The girls were really nice. I would definitely go back!

This place is fabulous. I love the atmosphere and they have so many flavors of ice cream. Personally, I love the Cajeta one. The cheese flavor is also really good and have real cheese. Ive seen the fruit dish they serve in the watermelon and it looks fantastic. Its just appeling to the eyes. The staff is really nice and always willing to help with a smile. Im happy we have a place like this in the neighborhood. Next time I want to try one of the million lollipop flavors Ive seen too. Dont think twice to visit!!! You wont regret it and bring the whole family too.

The owners daughter was so rude in front of all the customers... she told my mother in law that she didnt like the way she asked for her drink... she said it really loud for all the customers to hear... We wont be coming back... I was there earlier today... I was there today around 5... its funny how they try to make it sound Iike I wasnt even there... Only three people are working today that I saw, that was the owner,the daughter and one guy...what else do you have to saw??? My Spanish isnt to well but I did ask my mother in law and she told me what the girl told her!!!!

Very clean environment and wonderful selections of snacks and treats to enjoy. I just had a agua fresca from them but my sister tried their ice cream sundae and it was delectable. Will come here again. Staff are friendly.

I love their ice cream! My favorites are pistachio and Ferrero Rocher. This location only has two ice cream size options and this was a bit of a surprise considering other locations have three size options. Regardless, the portions are generous, this facility keeps their floors and tables clean, and the staff member that helped was friendly. Ill gladly return next time Im in the area.

My boyfriend loves brownies, so I bought him a few baked goods as a nice happy at the end of a long week. He said all of the brownies were delicious, but his favorite was the traditional brownie. The bottom was fudge-like, which he enjoyed. He ranked them as 1) classic, 2) peanut butter, 3) Nutella tartine (not technically a brownie but looked delicious and was an all chocolate baked good so close enough for me). Hes not a big fan of Nutella, but he said he could see this being a hit with Nutella lovers. 4 stars because its not exactly cheap.

La Michoacana is less than 5 minutes from my work place. I like coming here to get a refreshing snack with my coworkers during lunchtime. They have a wide variety of ice cream, popsicles and other snacks. My go-to is the paleta de pepino con chile (cucumber and chili popsicle). Its delicious and refreshing. The popsicle has large chunks of cucumber.I highly recommend it.

Very bad experience I really liked coming to this place because of the snows but from today we will not return anymore.Apart from being upset the young woman xk was asked to wash her hands because she was cleaning and wanting to serve the snows like that. in size like mini snow. If you are not being asked for anything as a gift, the owner of the place is an excellent person but they are making you look bad by giving BAD SERVICE and without following the cleaning rules every time you are going to serve the snow, wash your hands, at least smile than when It is not the customers fault that they are in a bad mood.
