I wrote a review earlier this morning came in at 9am its now been 3hrs and I still havent gotten my car serviced they arent busy and all I got was Im sorry we placed your car where the new car are therefore we lost it for a bit....WTH!!! They dont care about the customer here, Im sitting in the service office and all these guys are talking about is Sell, Sell, Sell God forbid I was a Woman in a skirt because I would of been out of here in 20 minutes B.S. dealer
It’s really worst service, just for oil change and smog check we had more than 6 hours waiting.... Because the mechanic was delayed doing another job, as if it was the fault, he asks the staff to know how much longer they are going to delay and they make a face like that they do not care and give no detail and laugh to see how one is upset, is a terrible service and staff, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They told me 4 hours and nothing ended. I talked to him manager and not at all that he gave a solution. Its disappointing....
KIA of Orange is Amazing!! I was referred by my mother who had purchased a vehicle and had told me about how great their service was. Going in I was a bit uncertain because I had been shopping for vehicles at other dealerships in the area and constantly felt they were not being honest or looking out for my best interest when getting into a vehicle and loan. When I decided to take my moms advice and go to KIA of Orange. I was greeted by John (who by the way was is awesome!) and it wasn’t long before I was put in a car that I couldn’t be more satisfied with. Their finance department is great as well, I have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships pulling bait and switch tactics and there was none of that here. Everyone at this dealership is warm and welcoming and will do everything they can to cater your needs. (Which is quite refreshing to be honest, especially in comparison to other dealers out there.) I went back to the dealer to purchase a second car and was treated with the same level of customer service, so with that being said I will defiantly going back when it is time for a new car again! If you get a chance to go in make sure to ask for John! A+++++

Just bought a car from Danny. Let me tell you, this was the best, most painless car buying experience ever. Danny and Armin were fantastic to work with the whole way through. On the way home, after buying the car, my husband noticed that there was a small crack starting on the windshield. We called Danny the following day and he will be sending someone to our house to fix it. Stupendous customer service. From now on, we wont go anywhere else.
The service center staff were very friendly, and did a great job getting my back hatch fixed. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs, and it showed in the great service they provided. I drove out of my way to go there (had a very bad experience at a closer dealership) and would do it again if I ever need service. Excellent experience!!!
I went to get my new car from Kia. Everything went by smoothly. I was able to purchase my car with no problem. The process was fast. The staff was nice. I got helped from John. He was able to answer my questions! I liked that he went over the monthly payment plan for me and he was polite. Overall the experience was great. I got to take home my new car and I was treated well as a customer. Go See John!
The dealership is currently closed. The service department is open. I went for an oil change. The guy there was very nice. However, they werent very honest. They recommended that I change my cabin filter and that I needed to replace my right front blinker light. I said no. I can take care of it. I went to check my light today and it turns out my light is ok. I had just replaced my cabin filter in December so I know it wasnt that bad. Regardless its something so simple that I can do it myself for much less. I just feel that they were trying to squeeze money out of me any way they could. Thats too bad. I have now lost confidence in that location.
John was on time with our appointment, which was impressive considering Id only made the appointment the same morning. He presented me with an estimate that was a bit higher above my budget than I was expecting compared to online prices. John took the time to explain in detail why the prices vary based on what actually comes with the car. That being said John was willing to work with me to make sure I can meet my budgeted monthly payments. It worked out actually better than I planned. I recommend KIA of Orange. Ask for John when you arrive!

They have a good selection of cars, but an outdated car buying experience. It started off with a nice discussion, and a couple test drives, and then we started talking numbers. They started using all the cliche tactics of car sales people. The sales staff would not honor the TrueCar offer they sent me online by telling me that I didnt qualify for those discounts. They also tried to pressure me into using their financing, even though I was getting 0% APR through my credit union.
Thanks to service manager Steven... very helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. When I was stranded with a flat tire & no spare, he was the only one out of 4 dealerships that offered a total solution.
Nancy Quintero was super helpful when I called in to get some information about my KIA Soul.. she also congratulated me for my purchase and made sure everything went right.. My vehicle didn’t have the back floor mats so she arranged an appointment so I can come in and get those mats! Ask for her when you call on she’ll definitely help you out.
I purchased my Kia At this location a few days ago I was helped out by Ricky who was super professional and even picked me up in the car I purchased later that day since I didn’t have a car. The whole process was as fast as possible and we were assisted by Mike when it came down to make the numbers work how we needed them so shoutout to Mike also great guy who was very professional. This was a great buy and would definitely come back to buy another car in a few years.
Ive just purchased my 1st new car and have to say that the customer service could be improved upon greatly! Very pore communication that caused Many trips back to the dealer only to deal with employees that had no empathy our true advocacy to make buying a new car FUN and clearly explain the process. It took several complaints to finally get one employee that took the time to listen, apologize sincerely, follow up with me repeatedly and then get the issues resolved.Honest communication and more pleasant customer service is what would make this new dealership a place that Id be happy to give a few more stars.

After we purchased the car, he took the time to show my wife all the features of the vehicle. We received a good price and a reasonable trade-in for our used vehicle. Sale man was good at his job but was not happy with the condition of the car had scratches and they just said that is how it is and that they couldnt do anything about it . Also did not have a variety of one to choice from. Also I was sent an email later Friday evening stating that they would give me an additional $1000.00 but they only give me $500.00 on my trade in. The manager has contact me about the scratches but I have to take time out of my schedule to go all the way over there to have them try to buff it out.

John Is the man to go to at KIA of Orange. He helped me get into a new lease. I explained him my credit situation and he did his best to get me a good deal. In addition to that he didnt try to sell me the first car he saw, he actually took the time to show me the different cars that fit my budget. The dealership staff was friendly and they arent pushy at all. I highly recommend it and it also helps if you explain your situation, budget and the type of car you want. I literally planned to get the cheapest model which was a Rio or a Soul but I got a great deal on the 2019 Forte. Ask for John when you go to KIA of Orange for sure!!

My sales person was not very experienced and wasted our time. Two months later I am still having to deal with things they should have taken care of. Now I need to take time out of my busy life to help them do their job. I love my car, but buy it somewhere else.

Everyone was so very helpful with my needs of understanding exactly how my car’s features function. Bluetooth and Apple play devices are all set up now. I love my car!!! I also am very grateful to the men that patiently explained, step by step how to work it!!
I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible! Shady. Horrible sales team. Hounded us and threatened law suits after we signed on agreed price if we didn’t pay more ... it was ridiculous. We do love our sorento but highly recommend avoiding this dealership. (Although to be honest heard similar stories from other dealerships as well so maybe worth looking at the highlander and pilot or other competitors instead!)
My husband bought a car from Ricky P at Kia of Orange. We were happy with the price. 1 week later, we took the car in as the headrest in the rear seat was not adjusting right. We went back to Ricky and he quickly got a service technician to look at the seat and quickly fixed the problem under warranty.The people here are nice. It looks like a small dealership but they have great stock for all cars. You can tell they are a busy dealership because there were people in finance lined up on a Tuesday at 11:30am.

Weve purchased three vehicles from the Kia Depot and continue to have all 3 serviced at this dealership. I guess that pretty much says it all but the bottom line is I trust their service. Had new tires put on my 2012 Optima today and the final bill was 20% lower than the estimate provided. Whens the last time you were able to say that about a car dealership? Hence, my first but long overdue review after many years of great service.
Stopped by kia of orange with my wife just to look around we were approached by Ricky and we were impressed he didnt try to pressure us into anything like your typical car salesman. Will definitely come see Ricky when were ready to buy.
Update at the bottom:The salesperson told me they dont play games, but they tried to sell us a new 2017 car thats now 2 years old for $6000 more than sticker price. They are trying to rip you off. Dont go to this dealership. Stay away. Go to Cerrios or Huntington Beach. This was the worst experience of buying a car in my 20 years of buying cars. Dont buy it here. They give car sales a bad name.Update: Ricky and Jason saved the day. After some more issues, Jason and Ricky worked out a deal for us and I am only changing it to a 3 star because of them. And dont allow any dealership to run your credit without authorization.

I took my wife to the Kia Depot to lease a new 2016 Kia Soul EV. Jean greeted us with enthusiasm and provided us with a great service experience. He overcame issues like having to jump start the car so we could test drive it. The negotiation process with the manager was no pressure, and the wait time for our request was quite short. We ended up with a very good contract that we are very happy with. Jean offered us water and snacks while we waited for financing to get our paperwork ready. Jean also installed the navigation, demonstrated the use of the cars voice command system, connected the car via bluetooth to my wifes iPhone, and showed her how to charge her new EV. We would purchase here again.
Was there this past Saturday to buy a new car. My boyfriend and I ended up with a great deal on a Kia Optima Ex courtesy of the manager Tim M. and the sales personnel Sam H. Upon arrival Sam introduced himself and asked what we were looking for in a car. He was very helpfully in testing driving the car we wanted and looking at other cars for comparison. I would definitely come back to this Kia dealership to buy another car, and/or to refer a family or friend for the best deal in town.
Over all bad services on Diagnosis on my Kia. Took it to a different Kia dealership and well they told me exactly what was wrong with it from the beginning.Well instead, Kia of Orange pointed fingers that it was someone elses problem. Then Kia of Orange didnt want to take the time to figure out what was wrong with it car. They wanted to charge us 4000 to 5000 to repair it and that wasnt even the problem with it.I would be very careful if you ever want to repair car here. They will rob you and that wasnt the problem from the beginning.Dont bother to explain your self Kia managers on this post, you have a pattern of doing that and theres no excuses for your actions.....
They are the worst service I have EVER dealt with. They have had my car for 2 months now. Never even try to keep me updated on progress. Love the car but cant see buying another Kia with this kind of service

Once you have agreed to a price and you spend a half hour driving to the dealership, they sit you down and explain why they are charging you an extra $2000 for a mandatory leather repair and dent removal package that you dont have any interest in. It should be illegal to require purchase of additional options after they lure you out with what was originally a fair price and it very well may be illegal under false advertisement laws. Save yourself some time and stay away.UPDATE: No Im not interested in spending more of my time to call your dealership or entertain an opportunity for you to save face. You can see from other reviews that this has been a standard practice of yours and that up until this point in time you still have no interest in changing it.
They lured me into the dealership with an Internet quote. Even though I had emailed the saleswoman, Lexi, eight times, she did not remember me. They only offered me the sticker price with no incentives, no discounts. Other Kia dealers has discounted the same car as much as $2500 why this dealer did not make the deal, I do not know. I do not think they care. Go to another dealer if you want a KIA, this dealer is not worth the time for the trip and their showroom is tacky and run down. Not a good sign. Then the next day I receive an email from Kia Depot about what great year end deals they have, while, they did not offer me any deal, it was only sticker price - no incentives at all, GG Kia did offer me a substantial discount on virtually the exact same model, same year and more. If you want to spend your time in an aesthetic dump, go here, or you can choose to get a better deal, better treatment and a better ambiance at another dealer.
A very pathetic and unethical dealership. The manager thinks of himself as a man above the rest of the world who will not talk to you directly but only through one of his salesmen. Makes me sit there for 6 hours promising to get the deal trough boasting how he has experience of over 15 years. Makes me return my rental car only to tell me later that he cant do the deal and won;t pay for getting me a rental till the next day. Such thugs and unethical dealership.The so-called experienced manager, could not even manage to get a response from his so called good relationship bank. Gets me the worst rate I have ever heard, perhaps 9% higher than the highest I ever got from other dealerships.Useless fellow, doesnt even have the courtesy to call back despite repeated requests. These good-for-nothing people waste everyones time, money and energy. Such behavior is least expected from a franchise dealer. In either case, their prices are higher.
Terrible customer service with a terrible car company they are selling. Wont honor my warranty and are rude about it. My warranty is valid though and Im not the only one whos had this problem if you check them out inline. One star because thats what they deserve.

My husband and I were driving around looking for a used truck. Happened by this Kia Depot and saw the truck that we would like to have. Everything went fine. We got the truck, traded in our old car and went home. However, during the financing part, we specifically asked if our credit was going to be pulled more than once and the loan processor, Lori, said no we only pull your credit once and the banks we shop your loan to use the credit report we provide. That was a flat out LIE! Every bank they shopped our loan to pulled their own credit report. I have received denial letters from over half the banks they shopped our loan to because of all the inquiries. If you are planning on refinancing anything do it before you go to this dealership. December 8th 2014 was that day we dealt with this company. Since then my trade has NOT BEEN PAID OFF!!!! I now have two car payments and only one car to show for those loans. They do not call you back to try to correct the problem and then when you do finally speak to someone they basically blow you off by saying this happens. I have since contacted a lawyer to try to get help to rectify this problem not only with the loans and car issue but also with our credit report. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!! Be very careful if you decide you want to deal with them anyway.
At first everything seemed fine until I got s call from them about 2 weeks after I bought the car saying that I would need a co-signer then once I got into the dealership they basically told me I wouldn’t be able to buy a car from them so I had to give back the car immediately. When they did the inspection of the car there was a small crack in the right front bumper and Miguel, one of their salesman was very rude through out the whole process. He made sarcastic smirks and comments under his breathe about the whole situation. After he said it would take a little while I’ve been sitting here in the front for nearly and hour and no one has updated me at all about what’s going on.

Terrible Customer Service - I used their website service schedule request feature to request an appointment to service my vehicle. I set my contact preference to be contacted by email. Someone from the sales dept called me and asked about my interest in buying a car. I told them no, Im trying to schedule service. Ok, Ill let someone know. No one contacted me. Finally, 3 more days, I called their service department. No answer. Left voicemail for manager of service department, asking him to call me back. No one called, still, 3 days later.
Ricky is amazing, every time I go back to get my car service or have a question, he takes care of my car and answers my questions.
I was recommended to this dealer. But it was the worst experience. an AA man all he wants is run my credit before test drive the can... not even open to see the interior... too much pressure. I didnt feel comfy at all.Bad attitude. I bought a Kia Optima somewhere else
Cant wait to see the results of their building up the site, the current service dept is pretty cramped. Hopefully this improves the customer service experience too!

After wasting 5 hours of our time, going back and forth on prices because you wanted us to pay 8 GRAND over listing price, we FINALLY got to go home in our new Kia. Not only did just one of you waste our time, but the one guy got embarrassed and had someone else continue trying to haggle more money out of us! And THEN the man we went over the final contract with was NOTHING BUT PUSHY AND RUDE!!!! After HOURS of haggling youre dang right we were about to read every bit of the final contract. Only to be sent a letter not even a week later that Kia is breaking our contract. I will NOT make the mistake of buying our second car here. You shouldnt either.

Horrible people work here. The general manager is shallow and superficial.I checked them on Yelp and Better Business Bureau sites and it appears that the managers have continuously lied to customers. Not a good pattern at all.The people who work there namely the salespeople and the receptionist appear frigid and unhappy.Shop there with caution.

Im going to keep this review simple as can be.After dealing with Kia of Cerritos for 3 days and 15 hours I became upset with the constant haggle. Enter Tim Manzano of The Kia Depot in Santa Ana.Tim asked me what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. I told him and he said he could do it. I realized what I was trying to get may have been pushing the envelope a bit in regards to price and term, but I also knew they were in a position where they needed to move cars.I was a little concerned with Kia Depots ability to come through on what they promised, but when I showed up I was assigned Jay as my sales person. He told me the car was out front for a quick test drive. After the test drive he turned everything in to financing and everything came out the exact way Tim promised.My wife drove her new car out of there in less than 2 and a half hours.Thank you for keeping your word Kia Depot!Ramon

Applied & never got a call back. I called several times to get an answer and never got a return call after talking to 3 different people. Very rude and unprofessional & the waiting area is terrible. Dirty. Terrible. They need to put some of that car sales money to a better cleany area for their customers.

I bought a car from Kia of Orange in August 2018. Got a quote from Ricky P. online. The quote much lower than the MSRP so I was happy with that.Ricky also made sure that the dealership will honor the pricing he quoted. There was very little negotiation happened because they honored the price. I was in and out of there in 3 hours - the shortest Ive ever been in a dealership.Ricky P is awesome, nice and honest. Nacho, who assisted Ricky, also was very accomodating and nice.
I was really happy with the service I got at Kia/Suzuki Depot. Robert and Wilson made this as painless as can be!! I was able to do most of the negotiation via email since my work schedule is crazy and I DIDNT HAVE A CAR! :)) That really meant a lot to me and in the end made it possible for me to get the car of my dreams! I been to other dealerships left and right but I never had any luck finding what I was looking for...... until recently through my mom....... We had decided to go to Kia of Orange & that’s where we met with Ricky who has been more then helpful since we met him, he has went out and above to help my mom get into a Kia Forte. There are a lot of salesman that would try and force people into something that they don’t like but no Ricky had helped my mom find a car that suits her there was no hassle or anything. I am definitely going to go straight to Ricky when I am ready to get me a car!
