Amazing Mechanic and Person. They removed the gas tank and entire front section of my bike so that I could get a DMV inspection. Then continued to perform excellent service on the bike. They are fabricating a new back rest for my wife and will Flash my ECU. These people are simply the best and I am so lucky that I found them and they helped me through the Horrific CA DMV process. Would recommend 100%
After taking my bikes to several dealers and some other top recommended shops. This is hands down the best place Ive taken any of my vehicles.Detail, feedback, attention to detail, reasonable price...As long as these guys are in business, this is where I am taking my bikes, without question. Bit off my way to drop off and pick up, but 100% worth the trip.If you talk to Todd, the owner, you can tell this guy knows these bikes inside and out. Hands down my new go-to shop.
Todd and his crew is THE place for your Guzzi. My wife and I brought our V7III Racer and Stone S in for service and had the ECU reflashed - which was noticeably different/better. Todd was very sincere, thorough and helpful, which is why hes so well-known in the MG world in SoCal.
Incredible crew here from the owner down to the tech! First class operation and no one will ever touch my beloved Stelvio but GuzziTech. Honest, quality and safety are key factors to me when getting one of my vehicles serviced, especially when it comes to our 2 wheeled ones.Ive read all the reviews and the lone 2 that had something lame AF to say were quickly rebutted by the owner which shows he cares.I was actually in the shop having my bike worked on when one of the reviewers below started haggling the price of fluids and parts. Laughable that this simpleton thinks he could get a better deal at a dealership. GuzziTechs services are far cheaper with better overall attention to detail than what 99% of the dealerships out there can offer. I would like a qualify that comment by stating having been in the industry for many years (former GM of Rizoma) I think I know how dealerships operate!I guess people expect stuff for free or next to nothing so places like GTM dont stay in business, I guess overhead of lights and techs get paid in McDonalds gift certificates. eye roll...Im no pot stirrer but when I see an injustice or blatant ignorance I feel compelled to act. So I am acting and not rescuing because GuzziTech needs no rescuing the stuff that is coming from that shop is second to none. You wont be disappointed and on the rare occasion you think you over paid think about this: would you rather pay a truly passionate Dr. of all things Moto Guzzi to handle your bikes affairs, or take it to a dealership where all they want to do are quick fixes and leave your bike in a state of needing more work down the road. The choice is yours, but I know where I am taking mine! Thank YOU GuzziTech keep on rocking...
Great, quick service
Best shop around for repairs and customer service! Ive been to Todds shop several times for work on my 2014 California Touring. They corrected the mess from another shops mistake of overfilling the oil, performed a tune up, and most recently, fixed a front brake issue thats been nagging me since I first purchased the bike. Two franchised (no longer) dealers tried but never corrected the problem. To his credit, Todd corrected the problem and took the time out to explain everything they checked to address the issue. Todd is very meticulous and does great work; check out his custom Guzzis.
This is the only place I take my Guzzi. The parts have been stellar and my bike has only gotten better in their hands. I have the 2:1 exhaust and the sound and craftsmanship are like no other. Its a head turner and completely opened the bike to new levels.
Great Folks !
Had my first service done and installed new mufflers on my v7. They did a great job on my bike and recommended and did things to improve the ride quality that would not have been offered by the dealer. They are true experts and Todd the owner is very patient and has a true passion for moto guzzi motorcycles. Great mechanic, great products and great service!!
I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been taking my Guzzi’s to Todd for years and I’ve never had a problem of any kind. I’ve always just given Todd my bikes and he gives me back monsters. After I saw what Todd does with these custom bikes lately, I had to have one. I gave him my Griso and he gave me back my dream bike. This beast isn’t just one of the fastest bikes on the track, but it’s the most beautiful. They have some true artists customizing these bikes.
Todd Eagan and GuzziTech are Moto Guzzi experts and passionate in their pursuits. They installed the GT-RX full exhaust system + fuel mapping and tuning on my 2016 Eldorado. Dialed it in to perfection. Furthermore, an odd electrical problem occurred as I was dropping the bike off. They helped diagnose the unexpected problem and then recommended a nearby dealer so warranty would cover that fix. Absolute professionals who operate with the utmost integrity. I live 146 miles from this shop. Despite that, for any future work they will remain my go-to.
T-E has been the only person to work on my Guzzi, a few years ago before I met Todd I was ready to sell it and a friend of my with a Norge told me I had to take it to GT. That was a few years ago and after having the full Monty done to it the bike is absolutely awesome. Its a 2012 stelvio with the solid lifters so I just had him change it out last week with the roller kit and rode it back home to the Central California Valley. As always great job, oh and he has also done work on my KTM SMT which had factory fueling issues that needed to be fixed.
First and foremost, there are no walk-ins; everything is by appointment-only (see their site). You, your bike, the mechanic (if youre lucky- the owner) and what you want done. Nothing more simple than this. If it can be reasonably done wed do it ourselves, when something special needs to be done on your Guzzi: thats what GuzziTech is for.Ive had nothing but a great experience with GuzziTech and its owner. Needless to say, my time with GuzziTech was a long time coming (delays on my end) and Im glad that I was able to finally utilize their service. They were helpful, prompt with their responses, clear and concise about the work that needed to be done and I was never out of the loop in regards to what was happening with my bike and how things were shaping up. I have always valued communication, brevity, and honest work- GuzziTech is an impressive manifestation of these tenants. They are no-nonsense, very energetic, fun to talk with, and were extremely clear and informative on things I did not have a handle on; I was never with a doubt, here. Do yourself a favor for you and your Guzzi: schedule time with GuzziTech and introduce yourself to their Service(s)!I highly recommend GuzziTech!
Todd and crew just installed new headers pipes and Ecu and my bike is improved greatly. Super friendly and they have great knowledge about all motoguzzi bikes .thanks guys im extremely happy with all the work you did for me. Best guzzi shop around bar none
Unlike others, my experience was not so positive. I got lured in based on positive reviews but much like a stealership, they find ways to blow up the initial manufacturer required (and capped) service charge by 160% by using the all fluids are extra fine print. $135 is way too much for 3 quarts of oil and 1/3 quart of transmission fluid/gear oil. I was told they did some additional work the dealer would not have. Additional work that I wasnt told about beforehand nor agreed too! After 4-5 emails back and forth (because he was conveniently unable to talk on the phone) and 45+ minutes later, I was able to negotiate the price to a much more reasonable figure and rescue my bike. It felt like ransom negotiation since they wont release the bike until you pay off whatever eBill you will receive. Very shady business method.Insult to the injury:Couple rides after the required service, the bike started running like a dog. I emailed him just to find out what it could be or see if something needed to be reset since the service needed - wrench icon was flashing and they were the ones who just serviced it. No reply to my initial email. Couple of days later, I forward the same message to see if he got it. His response was (verbatim) Normally this would be a question I could be of help with, however I do not help people that do not pay their invoices or anyone who devalues my time. See your dealer for all future needs. After figuring out how to reset the service reminder the issue went away. Yes, something the shop should have reset it but failed to do so. Question is, deliberately or by mistake? He has web sites he is running under different names to lure in more business and sell other parts. From all the reviews, it seemed like a very cool business and reasonably priced too but I, for one, will not be bringing any more business to him.YMMV
Todd was gracious as always, and tried to charge me less than the job was worth.
Can’t say enough about what a great experience I’ve had with GTM.
Great service at this shop!!
Everything Guzzi!
