Great store! Orthotics arent just for grandma any more. These shoes are so cute and stylish, no one has any idea. I get compliments on my shoes all the time and people are so surprised that theyre orthotics. Staff was very helpful. I walked out happy.

I had a pair of Taos sandals that simply broke while still quite new, and store manager Dean made it right! I sent him the broken shoe (required so he can get reimbursement from Taos) and he quickly sent me a replacement pair.Thanks, Dean!

I was looking for Uggs and decided to stop in, the selection they had was great. I had seen the same exact type in the mall for at least $40 more. The staff were amazing and helped me right away. John was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. The previous stores I went to I had to go ask for help if I was even able to find someone, definitely not here. They are not overbearing but right there when you need them. I would recommend this store 100%.

I had an unfortunate experience today and will never return to Hawley Lane shoes for business, and would recommend that others avoid it as well. My husband got me a $50 pair of shoes for Christmas and I drove 30 mins to the store to exchange them today as they didn’t fit right. I was told they were final sale so I could not return them or even exchange them for a different size. The saleswoman was very dismissive and short with me about the matter as well, making my frustration even more about the store as opposed to its sale policy.

Went to eat at the Indian Restaurant across from Hawley and happened to see Hawley`s when we were about to leave, out of curiosity went in. Very friendly staff. Jacob helped me, a wonderful young man. The insoles he sold me after testing my pressure points on the machine has been excellent so far. I can only tell you my experience i dont have the pain in my knees since Monday when i started wearing them.I live in Queens, N.Y. so dont expect to go back soon but would be willing to stop there anytime Im in the area.

Awesome people who work there! Ive had orthopedic issues for 2 years now ... broken left foot in 3 places and slightly torn meniscus in left knee, in pain alot with my current sneakers and shoes ... this place measured my feet and recommended sneakers and shoes for me due to my condition. Sneakers and shoes here are amazing!! This is the best my feet have felt in 2 years!! Thank you Hawley Lane Shoes!!

My first time visiting the store trying to find the right shoes for my 12 year disabled son that is bonded to a wheelchair and use braces, they young man that was helping us was very nice and helpful answering our questions, the fact I gave it a 3 star is because while the young men was helping us I believe it was the mgr that comes up to him and tells him basically hurry up we all taking care of multiple people at the same time, so now the employee is trying to rush, it was very unprofessional from that mgr especially when you see hes dealing with a special need person.

I have been shopping at Hawley Lane since 2015. I broke my leg and ankle and have 9 screws and a plate in my ankle. Ever since this accident it has been so difficult to find shoes because my right foot is bigger than my left. Every time I come here to buy shoes everyone in this store goes above and beyond in adjusting the shoes to make them fit right for me. Most recently, my inside sole to one of my snowboots came off, Dean offered for me to bring this in and fixed it for free. I appreciate everyones service. It really makes a difference! THANK YOU!

So they had one of those feet scanner things, and I tried it out of curiosity, right? Well some older man told me to be careful in a not so friendly way. But I was supposed to put my feet on the machine, so whats the fuss about? Never going in there again. :(

This place is the best for people that have to get shoes with 4width.VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF PEOPLE!

I was referred by two friends to go here. Unfortunately they always go to Shelton and I made the mistake of going to the one on the Boston Post Road. I walked around the store for 10 min no one asked if I need help. They when I found the shoe I wanted she said they dont really have any ballet flats on stock, yet there were a bunch in display.

Staff were excellent

Just left the store with since none of the 5 people working the store could greet me or ask me what I needed help with. Poor service
