Called to ask a question about their services.Extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I have used Lincare for 14 years for my oxygen needs. I want to say that I was shocked to see that they only have 3 stars. They have been awesome to me. They have always handled my travel needs always having oxygen tanks and concentrator delivered to where ever I was going to be . Their staff are polite and very happy to help out their patients. Thank you for making my disease a little easier to deal with.

Terrible: I paid $150 for a rental concentrator last August so I could book a flight. It arrived late, missed the flight and it was the wrong unit. Was told I would get a refund. Promises, Promises, Promises told to be patient. Its now 6 mos later still no refund. I am filing suit and a complaint with the DA and Medicare. They took my money and I didnt get anything in return. I switched to another company and have a concentrator full time and very happy. Avoid Lincare

Terrible communication, they never respond and always pass calls to someone else. Still waiting for a call back!!!
