On our way home to Florida, pets in the van and midway through a long day of driving, we notice brake noise as we were approaching Orangeburg SC. We are not from the area so we looked up google reviews and found these great people who were able to get us back on the road in no time and charged us less than weever expected. I can’ t say enough about the kind and knowledgeable people. C&M Auto is a clean and efficient repair shop with a comfortable waiting room. Shopping and dining options within walking distance.

C&M Auto was very helpful diagnosing our car problem & the staff were very friendly. Being from out of town, many are concerned about how we would be treated with resonable repair costs. We were very comfortable with the staff & very fair fees.Great job to all for our repairs!

To the few people with the negative reviews about this shop I disagree. Ive taken several cars here for oil changes and different things. As for Daniel if you think this shop is high your nuts. Show me a cheaper shop and honest workers clownary I will awesome you purchased a used car you get what you pay for. The owner and staff are the coolest you will meet and straight forward. Go to jiffy lube or Monroe than complain. After leaving jiffy lube hope your car still work 😂

I have been dealing with Mr.Chris since my junior year of college, each time something went wrong he was able to fix it, with no problems. Prices are affordable, very cool laid back, and gets the job done.

Asked them to repair or replace a steering column for me... which they did, and everything was fine. At least until my ignition switch went bad. So I took it to a locksmith and they told me that the bolt that held the steering wheel in place had the wrong bolt on it and that the thread looked like it was forced on and therefore the locksmith was unable to remove the steering wheel to fix the ignition switch. They told me that I would have to replace the steering column in which I already paid C&M well over $500 and would now have to spend even more now for another one. They didn’t even tell me that this was a problem when I initially had them repair it. When the locksmith told me this, I felt cheated, lied to and deceived. I will never darken their doors again...

They did a fast tune up on my car and within days it started having problems. I took it to the dealership and they informed me they didn’t tighten bolts or replace a part that was broken while doing the tune up which caused symptoms of a throttle body issue that the dealership fixed with the small part that they broke! A $10 issue cost me $220! Never going back!

Got what I needed done. 3 stars due to service being quite slow. Was not impressed with the miscommunication between auto techs and front desk. Car was finished and no one was aware. Waited around much longer than I needed too.
