I had my vinyl plank installed back in May. There are a couple of places that needs attention. One in which the plank is starting to split because there is something under it. I have been waiting 5 months and still no word to when it will be repaired. I have another room I am going to have planks put down but will be trying someone else. They were all very nice and helpful for the purchase and installation but no help with the installation problem.
