Recieved a call dealing with winning a raffle for the adidas yeezy boost v2 saying that i won my size 9.5 in the red and black color. It was a missed call so i called back to confirm and was told the cut off time was 12pm. I drove from Columbia,sc...left work early and got there 5 mins after the cutoff time to be told that they already sold the shoe and that my name was not on the list. Spoke with the manager Stacy and was told that the person that called me back was not the person working the launch. As a consumer how am i supposed to know that. Inwasn not offered any resolution whatsoever and when asked the number to the corporate office I was told that they wouldnt be able to do anythi g and that the cutoff time was 10am for the raffle...how when the store opens at 9am? I believe they are either holding the shoes or resaling them for their own personal profit.
