All of the items but we went there to purchase were out of stock. They had empty boxes on display but didnt have the item in store and when we inquired the items couldnt be ordered online either. Very disappointed.

Gamestop will always be home to me ... The best thing about the gamestop in orangeburg is kindness and helpfulness of the workers... Ive been going to gamestop since I was in middle school and everytime I go its always nice to be recognized and talked to by the workers

We had a great time. The line for check out was long but the staff took care of everyone quite quickly.

The female store manager that they have in that store right now they NEED to keep. She is awesome friendly as well as knowledgeable, she can also sell ur butt off and you buy. Shes never pushy but she knows what shes doing, that store is 10 times better thanks to her.

If you go in there enough they will know you on a frist name base. And great customer service. Friendly people that lnow their stuff.

The workers are very knowledgeable about any type of game or game console you have questions about. Once the doors are locked and they are closed for the night you better not knock on that door because they are not opening, make sure you didnt leave anything behind because they will ignore you. They will act like they dont hear you knocking on the door, very rude... but I understand because you cant open the door late at night because people are crazy but when youre innocent you feel like its very rude especially when you just left there; the workers could at least come to the door and see what it is you want and they will see that, thats the person who just left. Smh....

Every time I visit never have any problems and the employees are very friendly and helpful

The customer service at this location is great. My only annoyance is the bombardment of questions everytime I make a purchase. Im asked about pre-orders and warranties and power up rewards cards. Its just too much I realize this is how they make their money but I appreciate a business that is more relational with their customers instead of transactional.

They usually have pretty decent prices for pre-owned games, not great, decent. The deals are pretty nice too.

Bought a “brand new” as the man said ag6 and came with no mic the man just wanted it gone?

They never ever answer the damn phones. Whats the use of having a contact number for the store itself, no one ever answers. That rubs me the wrong way already and I have never even be there before. Answering the phone or phones are apart of every employees job description. I will be attending Gamestop in Columbia or North Charleston. Orangeburg needs to offer so much more as far as the need for stores and not just one option. I guess itll be 2030 before they catch up with the times.
