It’s a nice place and the self service is great options for everyone to learn because the employees there are busy and it’s always one worker

The last two times I’ve went the policies on copying and printing were changed and the staff was very rude. Not sure they should be open with the lack of customer service they give.

Went to officemax to get a leptop charger. I looked and could not find one so I asked a sales person and she took me right to them. And it was on sale.

Great service. I created my own invitation and poster and had OfficeMax to print them. They came out perfectly. Fast, efficient, and quality printing. I will be going there again.

My experience in OfficeMax is always great. I went in to pick up ink for my printer, was able to use my discount for savings which was excellent. I found extra items that I needed a pack of ball point pens, couple of storage bins and 3 binders.

Store was very neat and clean. Items I needed were easily found. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my questions. Plus, got a heck of a deal on a desk chair to sit my big a$$ in!

Everytime I go there, their color printer doesnt work. The employees at the printer counter act like they dont care and they dont make it easy to do business with them. I rather go to the UPS store and pay for the reliable and friendly service.

Not very friendly or helpful cashier today. Also, these reward points that you get often expire before you have time to use them. Its not worth the effort. Ill be buying my ink from elsewhere from now on.

A good resource for the town but always seem to have some issues when I go in. Computers were down for printing last time went. Good for school supplies.

Courteous sales people. The store manager was on the floor greeting customers and answering questions. When I could not return an ink cartridges because it had been several months since I bought it they gladly exchanged it.

I ordered cards; however, the clerk didnt tell me the store didnt have the matching envelopes. I would have ordered a different size if I was given more information. Also, I was told they would call when the cards were ready. That didnt happen. I stopped by six(6) hours later. The guy was working alone in the department. I was customer number five(5) for at least ten (10) minutes. The other workers didnt offer assistance as I tried to find matching envelopes for the cards. Usually, when I dont need help its offered. This was not a good experience.

I literally stood there for 2 hours and didn’t get any service. Their printing machine was not functioning and they didn’t even have a replica. They have only ONE colored printer.

Cant remember the gals name that helped me in the print center, but some of the best customer assistance Ive came across in the south. Truly a gem

Went in around 9:55 am to get a copy of an email.one of the workers said that the person who works over there wont be in there until 10:30am.went to Walmart and came back @ 10:50am .there was a line with only one person waiting on us.when I got up there the young lady said give me a second. I started talking to her about where is her help.she said its only me,so I said if theres a line of people some will be very upset because of the long line thats not moving.she said to me either they can wait or go somewhere else. I looked at her with a blank face.... this nothing you tell your costumers.....

The worst customer service. Drive to Columbia or Charleston. Its worth the drive not to deal with this BS!

Visit Cat in print and copy. She will get whats in your head for your company out on paper! She is great!

Office Max has history. For years it has the products and technology I needed to make presentations to keep my businesses ahead of the competition.

The clerk was able to help me out, but I was unaware a flash drive was needed in order to access my files. In the past a similar store had Wi-Fi so I could access my documents, but this store didnt. It wouldve helped if there was some notice about how the process occurred.

Had a bad experience with Mr. Garion at Office Max in Orangeburg SC about 8:30am.He came over and ask me How can I help You? I stated I need a salesperson. He ask the same question again. I once again told him I needed a salesperson. He ask the same question a 3rd time. I said I must be in the store to buy something. Then I told him I wanted to get a computer. Then I said why do you give black people such a hard time? He then told me with the gesture of his hand to leave the store and proceeded to tell the 2 female customer what had transpired. I took a picture of the items I wanted to purchase and will go to Columbia SC Office Max to get them. He was black also but how soon we forget. I was not rude or loud while in the store. There was salespeople in the rear of the store that could have assist me while he was at the front counter but he never call anybody to help me. I left as asked. Keep my $$$$$.$$ in my pocket. This is my first experience like this since Office Max has been in Orangeburg SC

Not good the employees were not helpful and very rude it took five or more minutes for someone to ask me do I need help the one girl working the front counter seemed to be in a personal conversation with the customer she was talking with and she clearly seen me needing help but didnt stop talking so I tried to find the item on my own never been there before so we know how that went so if you need help at this location early in the mourning beware.

Sometimes long waits but staff is very helpful!

Its good place but not enough employees sometime the wait is to long at fed x desk and the coping desk but employees are very helpful and polite very good prices

Difficult to get out of the parking lot because of traffic flow. Prices are kind of high. Manager was very friendly walking up talking to customers. Cashier was walking like she didnt have 3 customers waiting to check out.

The print center is a nightmare. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go in for printing machines are down, staff in the print center is rude, long lines... I have started going to the UPS store and it is a breeze.
