I have NEVER seen a pharmacy like this one… It doesn’t matter what you go up there to get it’s NEVER ready!!! And it’s always an issue with something which by the way will not be their fault… it takes ALL day and I do mean ALL day to get your prescription filled!!! Your doctor can call in your prescription and they will always say that they didn’t get it and to top it off you have to run back and forth to check on your prescription because they WILL NOT answer the phone!!! I switched to Walgreens… Good luck with this place

I’ve called this pharmacy MULTIPLE times and i wait for someone to answer for at least 15-20 minutes. No one answers the phone. I have yet to get through. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Every time I call you can expect a 15-20 min wait and I’ve even been in line and watch them avoid answering their phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went in today and they told me they were out of a medication and no CVS in SC had the medication. I called the CVS on magnolia and they had it. When I confronted them about this two male staff stated “I don’t know what the other CVS’s have in stock”. He should have called over there to find out. That is not my job. I ended up taking my business to Walgreens. I have been with CVS pharmacy all my life but I will not be returning after the mediocre service I received today.

Picked up my prescriptions.. it took awhile but it is what it is. The Asian accents behind the counter by techs were unnecessary, especially by one who appeared to be a lead. I believe her name was Sarah. Did that make the employees feel good? Why do I have to be met with mockery when I am trying to pick up medicine? Leads and management should focus on fixing the mold growing on the ceiling.. or maybe the leak catching water dripping into a plastic bag. Please place your energy there... Weirdos, truly. Prejudiced location, will go elsewhere next time.

Horrible pharmacy. No one answers the phone there so if you need to speak with anyone, dont bother.

They are very slow and have no sense of urgency. I waited on the phone for almost an hour to speak to someone about a prescriptions. No one came to the phone at all just that aggravating music and robotic voice repeatedly. I tried to handle my business online but the website and the app wouldnt let me fill my prescription. They really need some customer service training immediately.

Sat on hold with the pharmacy to see if they had a medication in stock for over 30 minutes while I sat in the drive through line for over 45 minutes just to drop off a prescription. Wanted to be sure they even had the medication so I was calling them first since the last time I dropped off this prescription they didn’t have in but didn’t bother telling me until I got a phone call a few hours later saying it was being ordered. By the time the medication came in and I went to pick it up, I couldn’t because it had expired. They are always very slow but today was it for me, I will be switching pharmacies!

This CVS only offers their own store brand of motion sickness pills. They did work just fine for me. As far as selections of other items, most everything here looked to be really well stocked. Health and beauty, cosmetics, magazines, snacks and drinks, they have a lot here. They also have a small selection of home care items like dish soap and toilet paper. The service that we received here was mostly very nice.

Always so slow! They have no sense of urgency at the drive thru window. This past Saturday I sat at least 8 minutes before anyone attempted to come to the window! I am so glad that I started getting most of my prescriptions pre-packaged from Virginia to avoid coming to this CVS on JC Calhoun Dr.

Super friendly staff!! Redbox kiosk outside. Always a pleasure coming to this location.

I am extremely disappointed, with employment being as scarce as it is, its very disheartening when one encounters a disgruntled employee who says Im in charge refuses to treat customers with dignity and respect, and honor their colleagues decisions!!!!! CVS, 1 bad apple can most certainly ruin a bunch, this very good company do not and should not be represented by this mean-sprited person whom claims to be in leadership authority and says its fine to be rude to paying customers who keep employees and CVS thriving prosperously.

Staff was very unprofessional. Instead of coming to serve us. They eating and talking. had us waiting at window for 10 mins.
