Prices seem pretty high compared to Walmart. Very neat and orderly. Aisles are good for using scooters. Halloween decorations are already in the store! See my photos.

We went from redbank all the way to Orangeburg and still couldnt find what we wanted so no it wasnt very satisfying.

I love big lots! I have to buy water because of a bladder disease and my husband always gets it from here! Great prices, friendly staff and clean restrooms!! Keep up the great work

Got a chair 2 months ago and it broke. Called spoke to the manager mr. Cole he said bring in the broken 1 and replaced it on the spot. Very friendly. Mr. Cole was Awesome to deal with nice friendly staff member loaded it in van.

Good selection of holiday merchandise but they need to have more sales, the merchandise is a bit expensive. Cashier was helpful and nice, she greeted me when I entered the store.

They have good finds and great prices. Their staff are all friendly and helpful.

This place have some very good household furniture. If youre moving into a new home this is the place to shop.

The Orangeburg Big Lots store was surprisingly well organized and clean. There are reminders of COVID safety tips as you walk in and you got the sense that they were sticking to safety protocols. Big Lots always had a large variety items and reasonable prices so it was a pleasure shopping there.

Awful....spent an hour in furniture trying to get help. When I finally got help, the sales person had 0 knowledge of anything.

Accosted by homeless man that wanted something, but didnt speak clearly or loudly enough to understand what he wanted. I can see why many carry signs. Store was air conditioned and had a great furniture section. A little bit of everything. Milk was too expensive.

After 2months I am Still hopeful the air mattress that I have been checking for finally comes in. Bestway Brand Queen size with built-in air pump. I was promised a call back from management when it does finally come in. Optimistically prayerful.

Oh my! You have got to check out their new Halloween decorations. Particularly the big motion activated Dragon skeleton and a pack of life size hawling wolf/dog skeletons. If you are looking for something that steps away from the traditional Thanksgiving color scheme for your table decor then they offer creamy white and light blue accessories.

I called and asked about futon frame. Had to call twice and finally got furniture. Girl said she had 3. I said good. Asked her if they would help us get it on car. Said yes but couldnt tie it on. If that isnt ridiculous. We are senior citizens and only live a few blocks away. To me that is discriminatory. She was very rude and said it was store policy. I called main office and they put in complaint and said district manager would call me. He did today and agreed that they couldnt tie it on.. ok seniors this is bad. Dont shop at big lots if you need any help.

This Big Lots was a real disappointment compare to the other ones. Not much of a selection on anything. The store was kind of junky. But the employees were super nice. Something you dont find around here that much.

Gud place to shop, but prices are getting too high.. Big Lots use to be a place to buy discounted items now they want to sell top price retail items. I use to love this store now it ordinary to me.
