🗣Very knowledgeable sales and service department. Weve been doing business with Blanchard Equipment for over ten years and theyre constantly improving their inventory and quantity of service. They are kinda pricey but as the old adage goes You get what you pay for. The quality is definitely worth the price. If you have a bad experience, remember nobody is perfect and Im sure that they would be willing to rectify any bad experience reasonably. Everybody deserves a second chance. God bless 🙏🏾

VERY BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCEI bought a zero turn mower in June from this dealer and was having problems with it leaving patches of grass. Changed blades and everything but problem still existed. Took the mower in for service and was accused of putting the wrong blades on the mower. BUT, the shocker was when I was to told to take the mower back to where I bought it from. I guess the sticker on the mower wasn’t big enough to see that I bought it from them.

Staffing had improved there. Altogether it is a good store u get what u pay for.

They have all the parts you need for your John Deer. Dont forget to change the air filter every year (at least).

Great people got a lot of advice from them about my yard tractor and what route to go

Had appointment on Saturday finance and was done paperwork supposed to be ready .drove an hour and a half salesman never shows up the person working the service Department there’s a smart Alec to my wife the worst customer service experience trying to purchase a mower& trailer. I’ll take my business elsewhere couldn’t imagine with the service would be if I needed something down the road!!!

The two gentleman who were at the parts desk were super helpful, gave us the price of the deck part number we asked for from our tractors schematic, but also recommended the related part number for the deck that came with the belt and mechanisms already installed, ready to attach and go on our 10+ year old JD lawn tractor. Made our project super easy. They helped with loading the part crate in our vehicle. Very glad we have such a friendly, helpful dealer in town. Never had a bad experience here.
