It was fantastic someone is always willing to help find even the smallest item.

The place looks creepy because its dimly lit and there was no one to assist me I had to walk all over the store to find what I was looking for. Staff did not wear masks.

Awful customer service! No one said hello, asked us if we needed assistance or said have a good day upon leaving. The items on the shelves are old and dirty.

DO NOT LET THEM MAKE KEYS FOR YOU!!!!! Went in to have a key made for my vehicle that doesnt have any special features. As I was walking through the store I compared the 2 keys. I turned around and went back and told the guy it wasnt cut the same and he says O no honey it will work. So 30 mins later when I arrived at my car. Guess what.... DOES NOT WORK.....

Love love love Ace!! Do I love it because its got a lot of stuff, lots of bells and whistles? Absolutely not! Actually going to Ace is a step back in time....back to the basics! Top shelf customer service! Go and you will see for yourself!

Had a quick visit in Ace Hardware. Found everything pretty easily as it all had clearly marked sections. Had a question about one item and the worker was able to take us right to it which was great.

Because Im disabled, I called the store to have an item left up front for my nephew to pickup. I asked what time they were closing, they said 6pm. My nephew & I arrived at 5:48. There was a man closing one of the gates into the parking lot. I was near enough to him that he couldve told me that they were closed. I discovered that when I drove around the other sides just to found the other gates had been closed also. Then I realized that is why the man closing the gate did not wave to tell me that they were closed. They had obviously shut down inside at least 10 minutes before I arrived. Meaning the store was closed between 5:30 & 5:45, not 6 as I was told, posted on the internet and posted on the store door. I will not be returning to Ace Hardware ever again in the future. I will not make online purchases neither. I gave them 1 star because I have encounter a few friendly employees over the years.

There is a scented display by the register. When you have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Disorder (MCSD) you can avoid certain areas or certain stores that promote cancer causing products.However... You have to pay for everything and they insist on having this display at the checkout line even though we have complained on several occasions.We now will shop at Lowes instead of here since we cant avoid the chemicals
