This is one of the biggest GNCs I have ever been to in my life! The owner was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff this one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had at GNC in my life even though the mall did not have a lot to offer this gnc is my go to whenever I need new protein powder or natures oxide to fuel my work out. I have search for many different supplement shops but I had to go with the standard and Im really glad I did because the owner here is very nice and even gave me a few free products to try because he knew I was a professional athlete.

The associates are not aware of their corporate price matching policy that is clearly stated on the company website. In addition, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever endured . It is not a good look. The older white gentleman clearly lied.

The older black man that works in here was not very unhelpful. He doesnt know company return policy and wasnt trying to figure it out. It was clearing online and he didnt look for it. He was on him phone. I will not be returning!!!

I visit the gnc at 6:20 and a man with gray curl hair and beard walks up to my six year old son who was waiting patiently by his brothers and ask did my son who has really bad seizures needed a spanking. He held his hands over my son head and clap them together. My son yelled ouch that hurts. It was loud enough for me to hear it.I ask the man why he did that he stated oh I didnt mean any harm. Someone needs to fire him for his actions towards my son. Please view cameras if you do not believe me this happen 6/21/2018 at around 6:20-6:25. I pray this goes to the district manager. I will never visit this store again due to his actions. I usually spend around $100 here.This man name starts with a G and he is a manager at the GNC store. This store has lost my business. It does even deserve the one star!!!!!!
