I lost my hearing on 9/11/2021 due to a rare form of Long Covid. I came to the Orangeburg Miracle-Ear and was met with kind and professional service. AJ and Shellie are definitely helping me and making me feel better during this hard time in my life.

The miracle ear in Orangeburg SC is the best hearing place I have ever been to. These people are not just doing a job, they truely care about their clients. I would recommend this place to everyone who has a hearing problem. This place is excellent. I would give them a A++++ rating. I went to miracle ear when I was in NC. Although they were professional, they didnt care about the clients, they seemed to be more interested in making money. They need to take lessons from the people at the Orangeburg Miracle ear. I would never go anywhere else. They are excellent.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Shellie about some hearing concerns i had. Lets just say, she took the time to listen and provided a game plan. Even though i dont need hearing devices at this moment, i do plan to return to when needing so.

Shellie is the best!!! She is always so courteous and goes above & beyond for my mother. She’s friendly and knowledgeable.9/14/21. Shellie is still number one in our books! Very professional & courteous!

The technology of the hearing aids are amazing, I never realized how much i was missing until Shellie and AJ helped me thru my hearing journey. I wish I did this long time ago ..

I love my new hearing aids!Miracle Ear in Orangeburg SC is wonderful. A.J. & Shellie are great. Theyre polite, caring, and very patient. They answered all my questions, and I had several.Miracle Ear has the best hearing aids by far. Im a previous owner of 2 other aids, I cant believe the difference. These are awesome. The bluetooth technology is amazing. My husband was surprised when I actually told him to turn down the TV. I even laughed when I said it, Ive never had to say that before. Being able to control the sound on an app is so amazing. Watching movies and understanding everything is so cool.I highly recommend Miracle Ear for anyone wanting to hear and understand everything people are saying..

What a wonderful staff! I have been in and out of the Orangeburg office with my mother. The Customer Service has been wonderful and Shelly, who is the office manager, goes above and beyond to assist the patients. My Mom has been well pleased with her new hearing aids and was excited about the Bluetooth technology she will now have access to with her new hearing devices. Learning how to setup and work with the the Bluetooth feature has been a bit of a challenge but Shelly has been so very patient and helpful in working with her to get this feature setup.My Mom feels so comfortable reaching out to Shelly and I feel so reassured knowing that she is available whenever we have questions or need a little help. Its been a great experience working with the folks at this location.
