The property is always well kept inside and out.There is one particular young lady named Bri that is always helpful whether its on the phone or in person. I appreciate her professionalism and friendliness!

HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT... The staff cut my lock and stole things out of my unit, while trashing it. Orange door denied my insurance claim because they said i didnt have proof that i had the items in theor to begin with.. So its one big Ponzi scheme that Publiv Storage and the insurance company are running!!

Being visually impaired and legally blind, she took the time explain as well as to be the liaison between me and her supervisor; thereby allowingme to gain better service and more bang for the buck. I rented a storage unit online. I had problems from the beginning. I kept getting calls telling me my rental wasn’t complete. I still needed to go back in and complete something. No one could tell me exactly what I needed to complete. The DM needed to be called so I didn’t loose my unit. It was a mess.By the time I was supposed to move I came down with covid and instead of giving me a full refund I was told they were going to refund me but take a $24.00 fee. For what? They did nothing but cause me aggravation however I was sick so I said whatever. I never got my refund and I called 3 times and left messages but no one will even return my call. They basically robbed me blind and I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as my back to see if I can do anything that way. Con artist they are for sure!!!! Let’s see if this review even gets a response from the DM. Because I don’t even know how to get ahold of them!!! Sham sham on you Public Storage!

The sales Rep Clifton was AWESOME! My aunt needed a storage unit in a hurry Clifton was so friendly, helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. He even added some humor to lighten up our stress levels. You guys need more Sales Associates like him customer service was above and beyond!

Prices are a bit outlandish but what makes it worse is the staff. The woman running the show had her husband there and it seemed a bit shady not to mention the place is falling apart and unkept.

Public Storage property manager Lynn was an awesome awesome help for me today! I came in with a crisis that she helped me solve . Lynn was more than eager to assist me and she gave so much information as well as that Southern Hospitality. Her smile and dedication to your corporation is like no other. She explicits great customer service and has an awesome personality. Lynn is a terrific person who does her job well. Lynn is the fine example of a dedicated employee for Public Storage.

These people dont even deserve a star. First of all they do not send statements out on time, they have the rudest customer service even at their corporate level, and they dont deserve any business. Please people take your business somewhere else. There are people out there that treat their customers alot better than this because if it wasnt for us, they would have NO PAYCHECK or business. Save yourself from aggravating time and from the worst experience ever, and go rent a space somewhere else. You will be very well pleased.

I had a great experience with getting a storage unit. It went very smoothly. The lady that helped me was very friendly. Her name was Lynn and she was also very knowledgeable about packing things in different size boxes and the size storage unit I would need for my things. I found the place very clean and the lighting is great.

I made a reservation weeks out, but when I showed up they had no units available. The employee Clifton was helpful, but he ultimately couldnt help because of the companys policy of renting out units and not honoring reservations. I received an email confirmation for the reservation, but I received no email letting me know units werent available. Garbage.
