Didnt know about this place till my car broke down and my cousin refereed me there.Eric is outstanding! Work done in a very timely manner and when I left I felt I could totally trust them. Had to have some more work done and again everything was excellent! Going to make appointment to have my brakes replaced, because I trust them, prices are very reasonable.

They people left in charge when owner or lead tech is gone can not make a good decision. Bottom line would only use if I had not other choice. Maybe review would change if I would have went when owner was there.Bottom line payed for service call and could not give me a direct answer. .

Ive had 2 major jobs completed on 2 different vehicles. Not only did they do a fantastic job but were also priced very well. My truck is back on the road and running great.

Hands down one of the best shops Ive done business at. Was referred by a friend to bring my car in and said Go see Eric, hes a great guy, he knows his stuff and wont steer you wrong Definitely going to do business here. As well as recommended them to anyone who needs it.

Yes they are a little pricey when it comes to certain things, like diagnostic tests, but you get more for your money then any where else! As far as other things go, like Transmission fluid flush, motor mounts, struts, they are the best priced!!!! There is no one I will go to for my car to be diagnosed right, other than here. I never once felt cheated, ignored, scammed, nor unheard. The upmost respect for this Man and his company!!!

Weve relied on Kenelys to keep our cars running safe for 18 years now. This is the only shop well use for smog checks, routine checkups & repairs. Theyve always done a great job no matter how easy or difficult. Eric will always quote a job beforehand and his crew of mechanics do a superb job thats timely & reliable.

Service performed 2/6/17I had been here several times with a friend who has almost all of her automotive repairs done here, and they always treated her fairly, and Eric had previously given me a quote for a tune up that was $50 less than the place around the corner from me, so when my car broke down this is where I had it towed. It turned out to just be the water pump and lower radiator hose, but they also told me about several components of the suspension that were badly in need of repair. I was already aware of this and had been putting it off for a while, and their quote seemed fair, so I told them to go ahead and do those repairs as well. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I provided a lower radiator hose, and even after I mentioned this 3 times before leaving the car there they still used their own hose and charged me triple what I had already paid to purchase one ahead of time.

I have worked on my own cars for years and gone to many repair shops. These guys are crooks. They make up parts so much it makes me sick, I could drive to any parts store in town and buy the parts for less than these guys charge. On top of that, they are not open weekends which complicates things. There are plenty of good shops around, dont waste your hard earned cash with these guys

We love Auto Care by Kenely. We have been taking our cars there for years. Eric and the guys have always helped us maintain our vehicles to get the most out of them. They are friendly and the work is fast and thorough. We know we can trust the guys to shoot us straight.

Very nice people,,, But they have to be,,, So you will believe their lies while they get you pay for stuff that does not need repair and never even fix the problem you originally brought it to them for in the first place! Avoid this place! it is run by Liars and Crooks! They smile in your face, The Backstabbers! But I chalked it up as a learning experience and fixed my own vehicle. Hey kenely, I sincerely hope all your Bad Karma comes back to haunt you and everything you love and hold dear!, and thats from the heart there scooter!

This guy is more certified than anyone around. If a mechanic has a question he can answer it.

*ATTENTION DIESEL TRUCK OWNERS* this shop does not have a no pass no pay policy. I have a diesel truck which passed smog at 92K miles. Same truck (equipped same) will less than 4K additional miles, not only failed but is now recorded at DMV. ( I have both test to prove it) And this is done by the same shop. They could of gave me a heads up? The smoke test is only a visual without a recording of particulates or ppm. They could have easily mashed the throttle and told me beforehand to do something about what I and others have said are questionable smoke. But insisted on charging me and sent me on my way. If you want your diesel to fail the smog test this is your place. I can assure you that longevity in business has nothing to do with quality or personability. Im sure if I was an aunt, uncle, brother, or any other family member, I would have been treated differently, but apparently Randi puts his pocket book above whats doing Right!! I have lived in this area for over 40 years and do not recommend this shop!! No bad deed goes unpunished... I have smog test from your shop at 88K mi. And 92K mi. And my latest fail at just under 96K... Same truck, same programmer removed, nothing has changed on my end. Would be nice to have a straight shooter in a business that has had a multitude of changes regarding diesel trucks. You passed it before, so why would I think a fail was not only coming but also recorded at DMV. Im sure the folks giving you a STAR status are proud. Like I said... If I were your Dad or brother, this would not have happened. Ethics and decency do play a part in business transactions.

Over the last couple of yrs, Kenely mechanics have repaired two different vehicles for us. Fair priced, quickley repaired, very pleasant experience..Eric is our Hero...You will be happy dealing here...

Wrong diagnosis, I guess no one is perfect but I found them a bit on the high side $$ wise. At least they were honest about the costs.
