I had just moved from Utah to California and had my 1 year old Brunswick pool table taken apart. I called ken to see if he was able to put my pool table back together. Durning the call he persuaded me that he knew what kind of table I had and that he could undoubtedly put it back together for me. When he arrived to my house he continued to pretend he knew what table I had but didnt have one clue about where the pieces went. At first he tried to put the bar between my pool table at the very bottom under the base. After assuring him that it indeed went above it he acted as if thats what he said all along. Throughout the whole process he would loose screws and just continue on with out them. He had no intention to actually put the table up correctly. After they put the top on we noticed that the felt on the sides were all pulled out. He said he had no part in that but when they were holding that part of the table their fingers were taking grip to the felt and pulled it out. Not to mention throughout this whole time he had the rudest mentality towards me. After they left I took a closer look and there was pieces of wood broken and worst of all they didnt attach the pockets correctly nor was the table even. This was the WORST experience ever!!!!! Ken was not only disrespectful to me but also to his own empNow I have to buy new felt, fix the pockets, and I have no idea what to do with the broken wood. I would never recommend someone to go to them unless you want a broken table and a rude experience.

Would not recommend these people. Had them come over this morning to put my Brunswick pool table together and they damaged it. Cracked the wood with the screws, messed up the felt, and put the pockets back on wrong. After my girlfriend called me and sent me pictures of the damages. I called and asked the owner So what are we gonna do about the damages?, and he said theres nothing i can do it was damaged already. I said the wood is freshly splintered by the screws and you can tell. He said dont call me anymore and hung up. The table is less than a year old. Its a $9000 table!Very rude with my girlfriend and very rude with me as well. Stay away from this company!!!I have pictures!!!

They did such a horrible job!!!!I would never recommend them to anybody!
