My 15 year old daughter and I came here for some piercings. Second lobe and our first helix/cartilage. We had a great experience with Jessica, she was awesome! She explained the process and some options and was very patient answering our questions. All equipment was in sterile packages and she sprayed down all the surfaces, seats and tables that were used. I would definitely come back here again.

I love my new tattoo! I went in thinking I was only going to be able to get an estimate but Darby was able to get me in right away. Not only did he give me a great price, the work was amazing! My favorite tattoo by far. I’ll be going here for my pieces from now on! Thank you for the awesome tattoo :)

Got my nose pierced here and was very happy with the experience. It was my first piercing and Jessica talked me through what she was doing as she was doing it, and made me super comfortable! Also it was super clean inside, and my piercing came out perfect. 100% recommend

I got a nostril piercing here a little over a year ago and it got infected immediately after and had a terrible keloid. I kept trying to contact the piercer for MONTHS to help me out and he was NEVER there. I ended up going to another place in Roseville to help with the keloid and he changed the stud and gave me an ointment and ever since then I had no problems. I dont have any metal allergies and Ive had several piercings on my nose before so this was completely new. I wouldnt recommend getting a piercing here.

Hands down The Best Tattoo Parlor in Sacramento area, I have been coming here for last 8 years, have had 6 Tattoos done by both Mike & Shane and every one is perfect, amazing attention to detail, shading and line work 2nd to none, I just did something I never thought I could do, a 37 year old American Traditional tattoo I had done while in the Navy, it had become a bit faded but felt fine to me as it aged with me, my wife said I should get it redone and hesitantly I did, so far I have just done line work and shading but what a difference, so pictures are of before, now waiting 2 weeks for healing then will post final work, Mike is a gifted artist and have to give props to Jessica she has been there for last 3 visits so for piercings, brow work she is the one,Thanks to all at Black Rose a loyal customer for life

This place is the best. Got my nose pierced and the whole experience was easy and quick. They are super nice. My nose ring fell out after 3 days from a weird fluke and they helped me get it back in and communicated with me super quickly. Highly recommended!

Mike & Shane are amazing. The shop is super clean and a great atmosphere. I have had several tattoos done here and love their work. They are the best in the area. If you want quality work, great company and an awesome tattoo experience call these guys.

I went in to get a scripture on my arm. Once discussing it with Mike we realized it was too big for me. He just did a portion of it on my wrist and he did a great job. He was professional, kind and respectful. I appreciated him encouraging me to get the smaller one even though he would make less money. He was obviously concerned with how happy I would be with it. Very kind man and I will be back. Thanks Mike!!!

They helped me fix a piercing I had done at a different shop. I felt bad asking since it was someone elses mistake. But they made me feel very welcome and took great care of me. I feel so much better now!! Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Black Rose for piercing and will, myself, return for any future piercings.

Mike is amazing! I had been wanting an industrial piercing for at least 6 months, but I was too chicken to follow through with it. Needless to say, when I finally worked up the courage to do it, I was super scared. Mike was so kind and he talked me through the whole thing. I would highly recommend this shop. Mike, the owner and awesome tattooer does amazing work and is very professional and personable. I have routinely gone to get an amazing tattoo after amazing tattoo, at times going twice in a week. I have gotten all of my work done at Black Rose Tattoo. The shop is very clean and the crew, Shane is great also.I have referred many friends that have time and time again gone to get work done at Black Rose and as well are very happy with the work. I went in today to get just a small simple anchor on the back of my ear and its looks terrible. On the bottom of the anchor, one side is thick and short and the other side is thin and long. Plus my fiance said when he was doing my lines that his hand was shaking. Terrible experience. Definitely never coming here again.

The owner of the shop mike is an amazing artist have bin going to him for 13 years every time he makes sure the work is the best it can be always making sure you are comfortable feeling ok and happy with your purchase. He follows all of Sacramento and Californias blood born pathogens laws all equipment is clean and all guards are in place.

Dirty place bad hygiene . I mean who puts an autoclave in the bathroom? I would highly recommend not getting anything done here. If you dont believe me go there and ask to use the bathroom and see for yourself.
