We were helped by Itzel today with a SIM card issue with our phones. After not being able to crack the frustrating Boost automated customer service system to speak to an actual person, we contacted Itzel at her store. She took our information and attempted to contact Boost customer service for us to get this resolved. She called back after about 15 minutes and was successful getting this issue resolved. She went way over and above what store personnel would usually do and got the issue handled quickly and beyond our expectations. Kudos to Itzel!
