I love this place. Its so spooky but I love it. The animated characters never fail to make me jump lol. The employees are kind and helpful.

I felt so awful for everyone present in this store yesterday when the previous reviewer, Alicia and her family came in. I truly felt humiliated for her children as she berated the store manager, David with explicit profanities and he calmly tried to explain the stores return policy (which was also printed on her receipt). What was worse, was that her husband joined in on the crude behavior, acting with extreme aggression. Kudos to David and the entire Spirit Halloween staff for continuing to kindly assist these awful customers. I will certainly continue to shop at Spirit, as I now know that they provide the best customer service!

Love the huge selection this year from both spirits.

Normally i love this place but the employees are rude and not helpful the inventory was ransacked and the place is dirty. No thank you

Worst experience ever!! Customer service by alleged owner David was unbelievably unprofessional. We made a purchase at the store and found something we preferred at another store an hour later. We returned to David’s Spirit store and asked if we could return the product we purchased less than one hour prior; the answer was no which would have been an acceptable answer had David provided a professional response, explanation or alternative option. David not only said no, he proceeded to argue and yell in “his” store in front of other customers and staff. David is clearly in the business of putting money in his pocket and NOT in the business of customer service or making Halloween a fun experience for families. Not only will we never shop at David’s store again, we will never shop at another Spirit Halloween store and we will share our horrific experience with others to save them from a similar experience. Additionally, we attempted to contact the 866 number for Spirit to which we either got no answer or put on hold times beyond 30 minutes. If I could rate a 0 Star I would have!
