I had to drop off two packages and one needed a label printed. Patty was extremely helpful with the label and Erin was great while scanning in my packages and giving me my receipt. Great customer service!

Not much parking right in from of the store but there is plenty of room elsewhere. The workers are super nice and very helpful. If you are a frequent visitor they will have your shipping addresses in the system for supper fast help. Its a small place but its usually pretty busy.

Erin and Debbie are both excellent at customer care! They resolved an issue today that caused lots of frustration yesterday. I have been with them for 5 years and just renewed today. Thanks for all the help and understanding ladies ❤

This location is exceptional! Have a UPS store closer to home, but this one has such a wonderful and friendly staff [shout out to DEBBIE!]. They made our experience easy, pleasant and even fun! Will be using this store for all of our shipping needs from now on.

I came here to send a fax (they still do that?) and was greeted as soon as I came in. I was in and out in 60 seconds. Charge for fax was $3. Its tucked in between CVS and a Smoke Shop so its a little hard to see from the street.

They lost my package and the lady just gave me a automated phone number as help and told me to leave. When I came back for more help she did nothing. I also tried to call this ups 3 times about my package and they never answered

Update May 26, 2017I have been going to our local UPS Store for 18 years. As long as I can remember, Renee and Erin have been there. These ladies are amazing. They bring new meaning to customer service. The owner should consider themselves lucky to have these ladies in your employ. They go out of their way to be helpful and professional.I love going in there so much, that I wait to do my business there, even if another UPS Store is closer. I really look forward to seeing them. They are always willing and happy to help me. Thank you for hiring such great staff.

This place is great, the ladies there are always friendly and helpful. Ive been coming to the store over ten years and the short dark haired lady has been there since I can remember . She really knows her stuff as well as the rest of them. They all deserve a bonus for a job well done.

The staff is friendly, but I agree the $3 to use the computer is a bit much. I was in a rush and misread the sign, which was my fault. Had I known that I would get charged so much to print from the computer I would have taken my business to another location. The ladies were nice and understanding, but with most places offering self service stations at no additional cost I would gladly spend the extra time going to another location.

The customer service is always friendly and I like going to this specific UPS store. With each store being individually ran, I prefer this store over the other ones in my area. I always am satisfied with the service I receive.

Understand Holidays are busy but when your package is delivered to a UPS access point ( does no one try to make second attempts anymore) and when you go to pick up your package,and the answer is It cant be found. That is a huge disservice and a major problem. I placed a refund with the shipper so hopefully that goes through since it was a gift and I had to get something else last minute for not such a great deal. but I was hoping the package would of turned up by now so they can return it to the shipper. Of course I get a voice mail from UPS when I call them back they tell me a investigation has been placed but they didnt find the package and it is up to me and the store to resolve. Thanks for wasting more of my time UPS and no real answers or resolution. The merchant will end up having to resolve and I know not to order anything I NEED by a deadline. That is also a operational flaw, After one attempt. I should be offered options or be able to sign for them to leave it at the door. I always found it annoying when my packages would end up at the Mail House in Fair Oaks but they have never lost or couldnt find my package. 1st time my package goes to UPS access point and 1st time I ever been told we cant find it. I will be addressing my concerns not only to regional customer service for the BS answer of it is between me and the store to resolve. Lets be honest. It is between me and the Merchant to work out this burden. Also the office of the chairman of investors should know these concerns as their operations make no sense and seem to waste a lot of time.Update: This is not fully resolved until my refund has been processed and it has not been thus far . Also find it funny a day after I post this review to the BBB I get a phone call saying my package was found. It has a different name on it but has my name on it was the answer provided. When I state for them to return it to the shipper, they tell me I have to pay, You can do me a big favor. Maybe read a book or 2 on being a retail manager. It was a gift I had to replace that same day because of a error on your part but I guess I have not been inconvenienced enough. when I point out how ridiculous that answer is I get a oh just mark it refused by the receiver so still not confident this will be resolved. I will take further action with the BBB to ensure the shipper gets their package, I get my refund and who caused the error is the one who pays for the return shipping.

Came here for the Notary services, everything was great, professional staff and although busy a very short wait time. Plenty of free parking right outside the door. Just next to CVS conveniently located at greenback and hazel

While the staff here is nice. Im fed up with the high costs here. For instance... if u need to print off a USB, they charge about $3 for 10 minutes of computer time plus the cost of print. You would walk out paying $4 to print a shipping label! By contrast, their competitors charge 10- 14 cent per page. Thats it. Get new technology that allow us to print directly from USB or at least stop the rip off computer fees.
