So here is my experience with Oregon city pharmacy.. I went to pick up my prescription here. Staff smiled and greet me nicely. Dr.Patel was the pharmacist and manager at the store. She was super nice and helpful. She found few coupons for me and applied to my bill which made my whole bill zero with insurance and her coupon codes. Service was super fast. Highly recommend this location!
I went into the OC store to buy a phone for my aunt who has parkinsons and wanted to try the jitterbug flip phone, I told cashier (Tara) that I know she wont want it and she said, you have 90 days to return it. I brought it back within 30 days, the cashier said they dont return cell phones at all. I spoke to manager who told me to go to manufacturer! I waited 28 min to talk to a human at the manuf she said No returns! It was never activated! Horrible staff! Very frustrated!
If I could give this store a Zero I would. Waited at the counter with a simple pack of tums and one girl who’s name I think is mikayla was running both drive through and the front counter while everyone else sat and watch. That girl deserves a promotion, she works harder than anyone else in that stupid pharmacy. And who ever the head pharmacist is should be apprehended. Stood there talking someone else instead of ringing out a simple pack of tums. Honestly it’s just sad. Never coming here again :)

The pharmacy does not ask customers to wear masks while they wait for vaccines (it’s a pharmacy, there could be immunocompromised people waiting also). The woman working at the front had her mask hanging under her nose. Why is this so difficult?
Ridiculous and unacceptable pharmacy customer service! They never answer the phone and it’s so frustrating when you’re waiting for medication that is past due! Find a different pharmacy!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The girls working were extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I asked the gal who was helping me why my prescription was taking so long as I had called in for a transfer in the early afternoon. She told me that she didnt know as there was no profile or prescription refill for me. I had told her I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and if he was there. She rolled her eyes and said he had left already. She proceeded to walk towards the back of the pharmacy and talk to another girl both rolled their eyes and were snickering. Not sure why I deserved this rudeness or horrible level of customer service. Needless to say, I will never be going back and will make sure that I let everyone know not to go to this rite aid.
I love this store. The staff is the best. Always courteous and friendly. The manager is incredible. I have never seen a store run so well. I can only point out as a negative two minor points. First, the point of sale system is 20 years old, and behaves like a spoiled toddler. It is slow, buggy, and prone to errors resulting in very long check out times. Wait times that are kind of unbelievable, even with 2 open registers. And it isnt the staffs lack of training, imho. Second, the price of food there is almost physically painful to read. Times are hard right now, and having to spend that extra $1.50 on something I need, has caused me to go other places, despite the inconvenience. Thank you for an excellent shopping experience, and hope this rambling mess is useful feedback. -Service-
Absolutely unethical and unacceptable manner in which this pharmacy operates. The lack of Evidence Based Practices being utilized, which are based on scientific and empirical data, in lieu of personal beliefs and biases which are offensive and subjectively detrimental, is beyond reprehensible. The manner in which I was treated today, after 9 years of faithful patronage was so disgustingly unjust that I have been left with little recourse other than to file ethics complaints, along with contacting Rite-Aid Corporate Offices to lodge an official complaint against Management. I am NOT the kind of Individual who believes in reporting on others yet, it is absolutely pertinent that this detrimental behavior cease in an effort to prevent future and further harm unto others. Avoid the same unjust behavior, do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. A 2.9 rating (current Google average review rating), is generous. These are not nice, kind or even remotely professional Individuals.
It’s rediculus how long it took for a flu shot!! After I did paperwork it took over an hour and a half to be seen

This pharmacy is always slow. The drive through without fail is consistently 3-4 cars behind taking 10 minutes per car. Going into the pharmacy doesn’t help because they only have one person working the cash register and the drive through. I absolutely HATE coming here and only do so if I have an extra 30-45 minutes out of my day to blow. I wish i didn’t have to fill my rx here. Please hire more staff.
Takes for ever to get ur prescription!!!! Always takes all day for them to fill or refill anything. It should take 15 to 30 mins and even when they say that its hours nothing is ever reddy when it should be like every other pharmacy! And the line is always ridiculous inside and the drive threw!!!! The worst rite aid Ive ever!!! I wish the Milwaukie location was still there. I hate the Oregon city location!
Rude and inefficient pharmacy drive-thru that I wont give another chance after today. I came here once before as an emergency and was helped by a young man who was patient and kind. I came back today specifically for the convenience and service I had last time, but was met with a grumpy old woman who honestly seemed reluctant to even help me in Lane 2. She was so unbelievably unprofessional that I learned my lesson going to Rite Aid. Get your meds from somewhere a little less corporate.
I have had no issues with this pharmacy to date. They have worked with me when RXs were not ordered properly and have been diligent. Yes, this includes a controlled RX. So, with all due respect, I have been treated courteously and appropriately. Keep in mind, if a review is premised on a controlled substance issue, often, there are significant mitigating factors on the consumers end that causes frustration.
They have great customer service, and are quick to respond to requests. I’ve been very happy that I chose this pharmacy and I love being able to use the drive thru too. I’ve been using this pharmacy for at least 4 years.
Super rude staff at this Pharmacy. Lady just kept yelling at my mom. My boyfriend also said they We’re super rude when he went through about 2 weeks ago. When we tried to ask a question all she would do is yell at her.
I think I get why some folks have given this pharmacy a less than positive review - I have been coming here for 5 years. In the past year though they have made HUGE strides in their customer service - even going out of their way for me more than once and always keeping me updated on my refills, etc. I now go out of my way to get my medications here.The store is also making more of an effort. Same manager but better employees who are friendly and fast.
The employees in the pharmacy have smart mouth & are very rude when you call to refill meds.

Went and got some shots here from there pharmacy. Everyone seemed nice and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Went back the next day for more and spent about a half hour waiting. It was a Saturday so I cant really blame any employee for that.
Theyve always really courteous and have worked really hard to help me get important and obscure medications. And when I was having issues with my insurance they were patient and helped me figure out who to call/ what to do.Id never get my medication anywhere else.
Store is fairly clean, but there is barley any customers and time I am there. We have Kaiser so dont use their pharmacy for prescriptions, but have gone in there for advice for over the counter remedies and they have been very helpful!
I have never had a decent experience when picking up or dropping off a prescription at this location. The people working have the most poor customer service and poor attitudes that Ive experienced at any store. I dread filling my prescription every month and I wish it would change but it never has. I believe Ill be switching locations ASAP.
Posted and advertised price were not honored at the store. THESE PEOPLE RIP YOU OFF!!! Never again, I will go without before having to go to Rite-Aid

First, the store employees are just fine. They do a good job and are always friendly. However, the Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy in the Oregon City/Gladstone/Milwaukie area. The pharmacy is consistently failing to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Today I waited three hours before going to the pharmacy to get my prescription and they told me I needed to wait another ten minutes. This is not only excessive but a clear display of incompetency. Three hours is a very generous amount of time for a single prescription to be filled when you do not need to contact the doctors office for information. My husband and I have experienced this on several occasions and can say it is an establish pattern. I am unsure if this is due to low staffing, poor training, poor time management (I strongly suspect), bad management practices or if corporate finds this to be an acceptable standard of service. After visiting this pharmacy since the 1990s, I have completely lost faith in their ability to complete their job in a timely or professional manner. Pharmacies should inherently be dependable.The employee working the counter tonight stopped working to make a big fuss over an infant. The clerk told everyone waiting in line how she just had to stop and how it was a woman thing. Admittedly, a cute baby. However, there were five people waiting in-store and three cars waiting outside. It hardly seems appropriate to stop working to make a fuss over a baby when you have people waiting for assistance and you are incapable of filling a prescription after three hours. I will be contacting corporate to ensure they are aware of this pharmacys issue. This is unacceptable. I have not experienced this at any other pharmacy in the area. Walgreens is wonderful and had my prescription ready in 15 minutes yesterday. With so many competitors in the area, there is no reason to tolerate their lackluster performance. It is pretty clear from other reviews that this pharmacy is just pathetic and incompetent. I dont trust incompetent individuals with my medical wellbeing.P.S. I am a woman, but I have the common sense and professionalism to recognize when it is appropriate to stop working to socialize with a patron.
Pharmacist refused to call my old pharmacy to obtain my insurance information while I waited in pain. She insisted it was my responsibility to communicate with them and then rolled her eyes when I said I needed to use their phone. My old pharmacist said they would never treat a customer, especially one in pain, that way.
Buyer Beware of Bait & Switch- I was looking for a Norelco One Blade razor and Googled it from home. I saw Rite Aid’s price was $31.99 so I drove down to my local Oregon City Store. In Store the price was $39.99 so I asked the sales rep to match their own online price or every other store in the country’s price of $34.99. He came back and said the manager said “No”. I was shocked and asked to speak to the manager. I was told manager was too busy to talk to me. How do they get away with advertising one price and selling for another? Why is the manager too scared to talk to a customer? I will be buying elsewhere for $8 less and returning. Then I will never do business with your shady operation again!!!
They gave me the wrong narcotic. I gave them a prescription for oxycodone and they filled a script for hydrocodone. I literally walked out with hydrocodone. I left and when I saw it was the wrong prescription I came back and gave it back. The lady refused to give me the paper back that showed their mistake. They refused to give me corporate number and told me that they were sorry they were busy. They billed the wrong prescription, filled the wrong prescription and tried to cover it up.
Horrible first time rite aid experience.Travis was rude and a perfect example of poor minimum wage customer service. There is a reason rite aid went out of business in colorado.
Waited in line for 15 minutes didnt have change in their drawer waited another ten minutes while manager sundered over to a different register discontinued mini products that Ive been buying there for years not looking forward to ever going back
Terrible service. I handed them my prescription and they say 15 min. I leave and get coffee come back 25 min later still not filled. She tells me that she was so busy with the window that she hasnt even billed my insurance. Not including getting it filled so llets wait another 30 plus minutes. Mind you the lady is on the phone talking to her friend and has been for the last 7 min. My prescription is being put on hold because she wants to be on the phone. Thanks Melissa

Awful! They told me a prescription would be ready in 25 minutes. An hour later for mouthwash for my daughter. And there was 3 people working and barely anyone there!!! And when it was finally ready, they werent going to give me a teaspoon to dispense or my insurance card back. Will never go here again.
Been getting my meds here for many yrs,only because its close,every time I go I say I hate the service and Im changing.but lazy and still there...they gave me a shingles shot...I got shingles afterwards..if they had viewed my records they would have known better...not a good review from me..
