I had never been to a Coastal locations before going to this one. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection and prices. I was at Wilco a few weeks prior and so I was able to compare their prices and amount of selection of chicken related items. Here they have better prices and so we bought 2 bags of chicken food. We will also be buying our chicks from here in the future,as they have better selection. We also really liked that they have their pick up windows in the back and that employees place the larger items in your car. This was a great surprise as we bought 2 50lbs bags. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience. Would highly recommend Coastal and specifically this store!

I love this place. I only come to buy Schleich toy animals(inventory was very low but I still found what I needed). Great selection of dog toys too! I always feel so wholesome and American when I shop here!:)

Tired of coming in here and dealing with snobby kids at the registers. I just asked if I could get a smaller size for something I brought up and to apply a work discount. Had to ask for a manager and this blonde girl with glasses at the register was giving me attitude for no reason.

My recent visit reminded me why I am just purchasing more and more off line, mainly Amazon. So tired of poor or non-existent customer service!! Floor staff acted as though I was an inconvenience when I asked about a pair of pants, the cashier was a very unfriendly little snit! The store was a bit disheveled. I have worked in customer service and I know the public is very difficult to work with but this is your job and you are being paid good money.

Its just OK. Good selection but the staff is not extremely knowledgeable. Isles are very cramped and since they removed the escalator going between the floors is a pain.

I came to get a couple bags of mulch but the cashier couldnt find it in her book so I had to go outside twice to find out what it was called and if there was a price next to it. There was no price and I didnt get any help or service at all, I left with nothing. I will not be going back here. They need more staff to help costumers.

I went here to get wire screen for a chicken coop for my daughter. They had exactly what I needed and better. Staff was very helpful with everything I needed.

I dont live on a farm, nor a ranch. I wish I did. But, alas, housing prices and land developers grabbing up land at a premium have kept us from our dreams. I digress. I visit coastal from time to time to pick up garden supplies, or the occasional bag of horse food for my kiddos gaming coach. I usually walk down every Isle, dreaming of a life that hasnt yet come to fruition. But again, I digress.The store is cleaning, I mean for a farm & ranch store I wouldnt really expect spotless. Then I may feel weird walking in there in my boots covered in manure & my disheveled clothing. So I appreciate it. The isles are all well organized, and I usually dont have an issue finding what Im looking for. If I cant find it however, all I need to do is ask a cashier. They always point me in the right direction with a smile on their faces.Overall, I enjoy this store. They have a larger selection than their nearest competitors - who shall not be named but rhymes with Hilco. The store is also much larger. However, I do frequent the competitor more since it is a shorter drive for me. Ill definitely continue using Coastal to secure my garden needs, and daydream as I walk the isles.

I love Coastal Farm Supply. This one in Oregon City is my favorite of all!. Great people working there and the best assortment of DeWalt tools Ive ever seen .

Always come here to get my work boots and hi-viz/rain gear, they have great choices. The Keens are my favorite boots, actually comfortable.

If its country, and you need it, minus livestock, your preaty sure to find it at Coastal Farm and Ranch. Hell, just the other day I guess I needed some bib overalls. Went into Coastal, walked out with a whole new wardrobe.

Great place. I had no idea it had so much stuff. and was amazed at how big it was never even made it downstairs. Awesome selection of tools never seen so many different dewalt tools in one place. Trust me when I say whatever you need its there.

The firearm salesmen are very friendly at this Coastal location. I am new to hand guns and I recently stopped by to check some out and get a feel for them. I told the salesmen that I would not be purchasing a gun while I was in and he was still very happy to show me what models they have in stock and get a feel for them. If I do end up buying a pistol, it will probibly be from this Coastal location.

The staff are genuine people who work hard and work well. They treat customers well and they go above and beyond in challenging circumstances. During the recent ice storm and power outage they used their generators to keep their baby chickens alive and walked people through the store with flashlights; I like their compassionate response.They are an asset to the community and for some reason they are a secret gem. They have many things that Home Depot carries, but in better quality range. Fair prices, quality products and good people... that’s where I want to spend my dollars.

I’m always so torn with this store and Wilco just the same they are a good mix of people and animal yet they treat me like a thief if I take my time and enjoy myself. I’ve spoke to numerous managers At coastal always promised to make it stop. Never does. Wasting their time but whatever so far I keep coming back we will see may quit being so Loyal soon! My live animals I’ve bought here are all still around so says something for quality lol 😂

Oh my goodness, when the chips are down this store rocks! Even during the worst of the ice storm, employees were here. They allowed customers in one at a time and were escorted around with the lantern to get what we needed. Old fashioned service is definitely on the top of their list! One of the Best arrays of DeWalt tools around!!

They have a very large selection I whatever you may be shopping for along the lines of pet/pet care/pet food-tools/equipment-western/outdoor wear/quality shoes&boots/authentic silver jewelry. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with a smile, and they are never under staffed!

It was a nice place lotta stuff right now they have baby chicks. The only problem I saw was no one greeted me I didnt even know if they had anybody other than the cashiers Working and I have a few questions.

I was actually kinda surprised by how much different stuff that they had inside this place and it was organized. I just came up from the Inland Empire of So-Cal to do some work for just a couple weeks and went there with my buddies who wanted to get a couple things. With the store being clean and organized is what caught my Attention.

Not only do they have what I am looking for when I stop in, the staff is very personable and helpful with information.

Good store. They tend to have things that I wouldnt think of them for... Hand truck wheels for example.

Ive always loved Coastal. One of the things that I like are the jeans. They always have nice styled ones, and ARE LONG ENOUGH! Im 510, so its nice that they have longs. Im usually there for supplies, but the jeans are a huge bonus.

I dont usually shop this store. I dont know why, I think just location and not the normal place I go to. I had an online return and so I needed to go to the Coastal store. That was a smooth process....I sure appreciated that! I started walking around with my daughter and we were both impressed. Tons of clothes and unique products. We will be back to go shopping for sure and they offer a military discount so that is great!

Went in to do something me random shopping during the last ice storm and left with a generator! Great customer service during a very stressful time! I congratulate the sales staff for being so awesome here!

May be a good clothing store but not a great farm store. Every time we go there for livestock supplies they never have what we need.

Great store! It always has what I need no matter how obscure. A must if you have any sort of live stock or chickens. Prices are great on my chicken feed of choice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offer some good advice if you need it.

Shop here if you want to feel like you’re shopping in a cluttered warehouse.Came up this way from Pendleton and figured to try and grab a new belt for my buckle. Took us forever just to find women’s belts. Aisles don’t exist here, it’s a mess of random assorted clothes, half opened stock boxes, and can’t hardly find your nose on your face. I’m a size 0 and trying to squeeze between racks of clothes was a challenge. Along with the chorus of other frustrated shoppers trying to navigate that hellscape.Whoever manages this place needs a hoarding intervention because it looks like they wouldn’t know organization if it bucked them on their spurs.

Excellent service at this busy location. We called many locations to obtain a specific firearm yesterday. Some other businesses will not talk to you over the phone right now because of how busy they all are. So first off, thank you for answering the phone and giving us the information we needed. Upon arrival the gun area was extremely busy. There was an obvious line and everyone was patient. Once it was our turn Tynan gave us his full attention. He let my daughter handle several guns and helped answer her questions about each. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will recommend others to come here in the future. Keep up the good work!

Best place to buy nice jeans. They have all the good brands like Silver, Miss Me, Rock Revival and more. I love that you can park close and its never busy like the mall so you wont have to wait for a dressing room and checkout is quick and painless. Who wouldve thought a farm and ranch store is the best place for high quality jeans =))

Complete bs trying to buy a firearm with this place. I have no kind of background issues and was approved through the state of Oregon but both the store manager & Brent in firearms told me even though I am approved, they are reserving the right now to sell to me. I have no kind of background issues and have purchased many firearms from other places, but for some reason I am being denied the first time I try to purchase from them. They absolutely refused to even tell me why too. I was very nice in asking why too, just asking the reason so that I don’t end up wasting money trying to buy one elsewhere but both Brent and the store manager refused to give me any reason at all. I spend a lot of money in this store but they will never see another penny of mine again
