Good selection but their prices are on the higher end. If you need specialty equipment they probably have it, but Id suggest finding somewhere cheaper for your every day run of the mill smoke shop needs.

So the regular side entrance that I have always used is cordoned of with yellow caution tape so I have to walk around to the front which since I always used the side was unaware there was a door there. lolStuff is overpriced and the selection on certain things like torch lighters is not abundant. If your going to buy very expensive glass pieces to smoke out off. A bic lighter is not the right kind of fire needed. A torch is and such a place should have many different brands in different price ranges. There is some glass pieces priced over $1000 there. You are going need a torch to fit you and the glass.The A-1 Mart on McLoughlin down by the Max across from Your Host Motel has the best selection of nice reasonably priced glass pieces and accessories including torch lighters. Highly recommend that place. This place well if you cant get to A-1 or the Stash, then this place would the place. Its too expensive too narrow in selection to be my number one pick.

I like everyone that works there but I purchase a lot of kratom there and the house brand is growing increasingly shoddy. Every time I make a purchase I notice that the capsules have very little product in them. I just made a purchase and we’ll over half the capsules are filled to about 1/5 the capsule volume whereas the other brand is filled to 1/2 . Since I have a capsule machine I know it is difficult to attain to fill capsules much greater than 60% but come on people. Take some pride in what you are doing

My wife and I always come here. I surprised my wife with a new water pipe and red hair Jordan helped me find the perfect one for her. He was patient and showed me the best ones in my price range. My wife being a regular customer, he gave me some recommendations on what things she usually looks at when she comes in. I was very impressed on how well he knows his customers and my wife loved it!

Honestly I usually never write reviews for any business unless I had bad experience but for once I write a good review because I was absolutely trilled with the service I got at the Oregon City House Of Pipes. I went in looking for a water pipe and the first thing that happens as I walk in the doors I am cheerfully welcomed in by a very enthusiastic young man with long kick ass red hair. I really didnt know any terminology about any water pipe and he was super patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Im a firm believer that I will only tip if they did a really good job and I tipped him a $20, I was absolutely thrill with my purchase. First time ever in this store and I purchased a double percolator water pipe (bong) for $50. I should have known it wasnt going to be a good experience when the young guy behind the counter seemed less than thrilled to assist me. It was beautiful... For about a week; then the paint/coloring had started rubbing off and wed have speckles of paint/color chips on our mouths. The hole in the bowl was so tiny, any flower that we tried to smoke would plug the hole instantly and repeatedly. I will NEVER return. Do not waste your money or time.

I go into House of Vape in Oregon City a couple times a month and am always pleased when Adam is working. He is friendly, knowledgeable and totally low pressure sales. He knows the flavors of juice I like and will make recommendations when new juice hits the shelf. He is the go to guy when I have problems with my mod or tank. Keep up the good work!

Good prices on cigarettes. Seems to have mixed employee base. One man extremely rude. Also stole from us by insisting the price was different than was on the box. 6 foot 2, 280 lbs. Freaking idiot and I would avoid the store just because he works there. There also seems to be a little bit of age bias. Customers under 40 are treated differently than those over 40. Customers in their teens and twenties are golden. Me thinks it wont be long.

Great selection of glass, but not the best employees on shift. The one I dealt with put his mouth on one of the silicone water pipes, and he didnt know what acrylic was. He was adamant that they didnt sell acrylic pieces, then a few moments later he comes up to ask whats acrylic? I understand that its not a demanding job, but cmon. I dont see myself going back, but I hope he isnt scheduled if I ever do.

They have horrible customer service I wasnt even acknowledged when I entered the store then after looking around an waiting for someone to help me after 10 to 15 mins I noticed 3 other people had been helped that came in after I did.. Especially when they couldve easily sent it back to the mfg to recoup their costs.Oh well, guess Im out $10 and lesson learned!Wont be shopping there again!

In this day and age everything is going electronic even smoking! At first i wasnt sure about using electronics for smoking. After several less than stellar experiences at cosmic vaper Lounge in Clackamas, I decided to upgrade my current Vape to an actual mod and I opted to go to House of pipes in Oregon city. They were getting ready to have a huge 40% off sale, but it isn’t until Wednesday, and it’s not convenient for me to get there on that day so one of the employees, Eli called his boss to ask if I could be given the 40% discount today? The boss said yes, and Eli and Adam helped me pick out the perfect mod, they made sure that I got all the needed accessories, and they were super helpful and super friendly in doing this. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Eli even went above and beyond by helping me figure out the new charger for the batteries that go to my mod. He gave me his personal cell phone number so I could send a video of what was happening. I am just so completely happy with this whole experience!
