After a 30 minute car ride home, the cake looked like this. It cost $47. I’m super disappointed. Dairy Queen cakes don’t look like that after a 30 minute car ride. I was too happy with the taste of the cake either nor was my family. We could have spent less money and gotten a better looking and tasting cake.

I have yet to see the owner or her staff wearing masks when I walk in. They also never wash their hands before touching my sons ice cream cone. I thought maybe the first time it was just a fluke, I was wrong. Will not be visiting this nasty establishment again.

Pretty good ice cream, higher priced then froyo places. I liked the fact that they have dairy free and vegan options however if they want to sale more milkshakes they need to have the options of dairy free and vegan for that too. Not everyone can have whole milk and having options to accommodate their new line of ice cream would be be nice.

They have new dairy free and vegan ice cream! I tried both flavors: chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate extreme. They were both very good. Service was prompt. One of the employees definitely didnt want to be there but the other one was very friendly. Overall a pretty good experience.

Three out of three times I have gone they have been closed over 45 min early. Either change your hours or find help that stays open your posted hours. Dont waste the drive to this location.

44 flavors (a net increase of 13 from my childhood. Kids, gather round and let me tell you about when Baskin-Robbins only had 31 flavors... ) Brand name deliciousness, like Oreo, Reeses PB cup, Snickers.

Ordered 2 seperate cones with 2 scoops each and just a single scoop in a cup. Thats a total of 5 different flavors. Every single one of them taste old and freezer burnt. The kids didnt even want theres. A total waste of money considering how expensive this place is.

I took my daughter here for her birthday since she had received one of the birthday coupons. Since she had the coupon, and it was her birthday, I let her order 2 scoops, figuring I would pay for the 2nd scoop. The employee, Abeera, gave her the ice cream and then began to ring us up. I brought up the coupon and let her scan it and then she called to another employee, Rose, asking how they work. It turned out that she had given her larger scoops. They refused to honor the coupon based on her error, saying that I would have to order ANOTHER ice cream to redeem the coupon. No kid needs that much ice cream. They insisted that I had to pay for the two large scoops at full price and they would not be honoring her birthday coupon at all. I am shocked that an employee would charge for their own mistake and terribly disappointed that they would make such an uncomfortable situation for a child on their birthday.

Pulled in for a quick treat. The two workers went out of their way to help for a food allergy. If youre using Android Pay or Apple Pay, ask them to hit credit first and then it will work.

I brought my 5 yr old here 15 minutes before the sign says they close & the door is locked. A teen girl sees my son crying at the door, comes up and says they had an emergency & they had to close early. Funny thing it looked like her BF was standing around waiting for her to get off work... Annoying to say the least. Then after going to the Fred Meyers next door, 15 minutes later i see her and her boy friend walking out with no emergency. This place sucks, emplyee this night needs to be fired and look for a job in the emergency feild so she doesnt have to lie...

Stoped in today for a birthday cone with my son. He gave no indication he had an upset stomach, until he vomited on their floor. The staff were absolutely no help and demanded that I clean up the mess before leaving. When asked for a mop to take care of the mess, the woman behind the counter said no and handed me napkins and watched as I cleaned their floor. The worst part was when we were in the bathroom and my son could hear them talking about his accident, which made him feel horrible. It was an unfortunate experience for my family made much worse by the negative response and lack of compassion from the staff. Needless to say we won’t be back.

How can you go wrong with ice cream kids love it so many choices and fast friendly service.

What are the real hours?. Me and about 10 other people who tried to walk in. Denied. On a sunday night before 9pm. Window says closing time is 10pm.
