Again another place that could use an upgrade on customer service skills!!

Incredibly rude gentleman who work here. Was waiting for my husband to bring me our card to get gas since my light had came on.Told the man the situation, my 4 year old & pregnant self would be waiting. He absolutely refused. Told me I had to push my car if I was out of gas & then pay for the meter as well.I will not ever come here again for anything after this experience.

Quick service and fair gas prices.

If I could give 0. I would. Expired product I bought and after explaining i need to use restroom because I am pregnant said it was closed (same as last time) was very rude and offered no help. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. VERY RUDE THE OWNER IS.

Youre not going to believe what happened to me today. Went to a local store ATM and pulled $100. When I got to my destination, I only had $80. Went back to the store on a wild shot, the clerk had picked up the $20 and saved it. My drivers license expired April 15th this year, a month after Kate Browns stay at home order effectively shutting down the DMV. Per OLCC guidelines they are allowed to sell alcohol to those with expired drivers licenses on or after March 8th. They refused to allow me to purchase beer. I informed the attendant later when I called the store of the OLCC rules and his excuse was that his boss didnt tell him anything different. He hung up on me shortly after. My pleas were met with indifference both over the phone and in person. The Shell station down the way and every other establishment Ive visited has had no issues. Will not be visiting this location again.

Poor customer service. Drove up to Oregon City for a wedding and asked if they sold disposable e-cigs. Elderly man who didn’t speak much English just kept on telling me no! no! We don’t have then I look in their clear case and there’s a Juul, so I asked what is that, then? At the point I was irritated and left. Not sure if he’s the owner or just a register clerk; but he doesn’t seem to do much around the store other than stand around waiting to piss customers off.

Chevron always has service with a smile unless Rodrigo is working then you can expect a dirty look and an attitude.bob is the guy that always has a smile and a nice word for you on your way out the door.early mornings with a smile can do wonders for the soul.thanks Bob your awesome.

Very friendly, fast customer service, and they even wash my windows after they pump my gas. I dont lot of places actually do that.

Charged a 25 and 50 cent charge on my card 3 days in a row. Found out on day 3 and I was upset, cashier smugly shrugged and pointed to a sign not in plain sight at all. Very very upset.

This place fraudently charges you 0.50 cents extra on top of items you purchase. When asked about it he just shrugged and pointed to a little piece of paper that tells about the charge.

A gas station that doesn’t let you use the restroom unless you buy something? Never heard of that.

Talk about a jackass... Hung up on me when I told him he needs to check his pump. I just supposedly got gas but as I leave I am still on empty. Had to stop down the road for gas again.
