Great equipment at a very affordable price! I have purchased a bunch of items from Kiloflex - Plates, DBs, KBs, Bars and other gym accessories for my garage gym - and I love them! Whether you are starting your garage gym, or a commercial gym, look no further, they have all that your equipment needs.If you are in the Portland Metro and the surrounding area, having the ability for curbside pick up is great, saves you money from shipment, and time from waiting on your items to arrive!!Great customer service and they are really easy to work with!!!!

Great local source of weightlifting gear. I have a couple barbells, 370# of bumpers, soft plyo box, squat rack, bench and kettlebells from them. Ive used the bumpers in a commercial gym setting and they seemed to hold up just fine, so they are more than adequate for any home gym. A couple things Im a bit hesitant to buy, but their stuff is good quality and affordable.

Items Purchased:Squat rack & iron plates.Other product brand names Ive owned over the years that I also use to compare with others:Rogue, REP, Titan, X-Mark, CAP, Get RXd, York, Vulcan, Fringe Sport, PRx & RagePros:1. I live in the Tualatin area and I consider this place a local business. I like to support my local business so its a plus to me.2. Prices are one of the cheapest you will find around including online.3. Most of the products is what I expect at their price-level offerings.Cons:1. Not really commercial-grade equipment as far as their racks are concerned. The iron plates...are good old iron plates.2. Contactless pick-up is great, free shipping is way better. There are companies that offer free shipping (like for everything), Kiloflex doesnt even offer that (even though on some websites offering Kiloflex it says free shipping). Speaking of shipping, I can buy a pair of 45-pound cast iron plates from REP for $160 free shipping, while Kiloflexs typical cast iron plates will run me $193 to ship. Yeah. I can save $42 by picking up myself at Kiloflex for $118, but driving 30+ minutes to pick up plates to save the cost of a weeks worth of coffee is just not worth it to me when there are options. In fact, there are cheaper plates on Amazon with free shipping. So, thats a minus in my book.Thoughts:Iron plates are iron plates. Theres really not much to say about those; Kiloflex makes them the same as any Chinese-made iron plates you can find virtually anywhere, but perhaps slightly better quality than say yes4all brands or something; probably the same as decent CAP plates. Were finally starting to come out of the COVID-gouging season. So the options are better these days. Well, at least for now. The racks however should be a different story. I was looking for a cheapest among the mid-range squat rack to replace my worn out Rage Fitness rack. Mind you its not to actually do squats on, but essentially to hold a few of of my bars on one side and on the other side as a rack for deadlifts. I find Kiloflexs SR1500 uprights wobble too much due to the footings not being welded and instead is bolted together (bolt on the triangular side pieces to the upright; then the upright to the base); thats a lot of moving pieces. The base is also not level either. At least the one I got has a seam that acts as a crown running along the center lengthwise that doesnt allow the upright to seat flush on the base. I compensated for that feature by placing some thin aluminum plates in between the base and the upright sides where it was essentially see-sawing at the seam. The rubber feet dont do anything to maintain grip on my rubber flooring either. So, I removed the rubber footings, fabricated similar cups at the ends that are secured to a large board lined with rubber mats up top that this rack sits on top of; if this rack moves so does the whole board with me on it. It doesnt move now. This rack is comparable to Rage Fitness version. The difference is Rage welded the triangular plates to the uprights and used only two bolts to secure to the base (which made it way more stable than Kiloflexs version where I had to tighten the bolts/fasteners on occasion). Also, one of the J-cups I got from Kiloflex had a black painted countersunk hex head screw that was not long enough to secure the threads on the screw to the threads on the metal plate in order to hold the plastic piece to the J-Cup metal plate (because of the paint!). Luckily I had a stainless steel version of the same size, but was long enough. Frankly, it actually looks more professional with the stainless steel against the black pad...so, I swapped them all out. Rage Fitness J-Cup was a little cheap, but I thought was slightly better quality than Kiloflexs version. Besides, the black plastic pads on bright green J-Cup looked cooler to me. Finally, Rage Fitness came in at $149 (plus I think $50 shipping) the last time I checked; whereas Kiloflex looks like they upped the price from $250+ to $300 w/o shipping.

This is a great place. Quality products and a good price. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and care about their customers. Good customer service as well.

Helpful staff and expedient delivery by Shirtless Nicholas. The barbell is of high quality with smooth bearing action and solid grip beyond the knurl. The colored plates are akin to what we see at The Games. Having equipment at home has been a great way to stay fit whenever my schedule gets full. I highly recommend Kiloflex.
