Amazing farm, some of the best fruit and vegetables around. The u pick farm is almost one mile down the road to the left. They have a large selection of vegetables and fruits. They are picked daily and look like they’re the best ones from the farm. Employees are really friendly and knowledgeable

I had a delightful experience at series farms. It was exactly what I expected. All the workers there were friendly and helpful. Im pretty sure its family owned and operated. They had a diverse selection of healthy flowers and shins, and a sweet hummingbird put on a little show for me. He was only about 2-3 ft away. I left there singing mommys happy as I look in my rearview mirror at my conquest!

I love this place. We have bought all of our rose bushes there. They have all been hardy and we havent lost one yet. I know its only been 10 years ago when we bought our first ones but they are still beautiful. We added 5 more to our yard this year and they are doing great and the buds are budding!

I would do the full five stars but I was turned away due to conflict yesterday (5/11/21). The place looked very well up kept and so organized! I truly wish I couldve explored but I had to go to a different garden store with my service puppy in training; the farm dogs there, I was told were more on the territorial side (understandable, Ive had male dogs like that in the past) and so my fluff ball girl and I had to go to a different store. I hope we can check the place out in the future for our garden needs!! But yes, yall MUST go check out Serres!! Everyone seemed so kind and nice :)

Nice nursery but main access road has a section which is not suitable for semitrucktrailer.

I always enjoy my visits to Serres Farms. This is a family farm which has been in the area for many years, so they know well what grows well in this area. They work hard to serve and meet the needs of their loyal customers but always have time to help new gardeners get started.

This is the most wonderful peaceful nursery around. Always beautiful plants and herbs. Fresh eggs and the amazing salsa is a super bonus!!! The family & crew are top knotch with recommendations and plant care info.

Love this spot! Great prices on plants. The best things to get here are annuals and some produce. Biggest selection of geraniums Ive ever seen. The stock is always healthy and seasonally appropriat, because they are wholesalers to local plant shops.

This place is honestly magical. I absolutely love browsing the different plants they have, theyll often bring out new ones every week that are ready to be planted. Very friendly and helpful staff; they also sell local eggs, soups and salsa (all fresh).

Ive been purchasing items at Serres for years and I feel that they have good products at good prices. This reviews in regards to a recent unfortunate event. I recently went into see them, and they told me of their Mothers Day brunch event. In light of the environment surrounding covid-19 still celebrate the day, but honor social distancing. I was told there would be tables and chairs, cocktails, and opportunity to stay safe but have a good time. I called the day before to see if I needed reservations, I was told you to come by there was plenty of room they would have drinks and food ready, places for us to relax. When I got there, they were selling beverages, but told us they couldnt be consumed on property. There were a couple chairs sitting on a dirt road, no tables, there was a food cart that didnt have any ice. The truth is we were massively misled, I know this seems silly, but I plan the day around this with my mom who is elderly, when I express my displeasure, staff was aloof, didnt seem to care, so we left. Just very disappointing that they felt the need to mislead us about this event. I would have been a loyal customer whether they would have had this event or not, the dishonesty was not necessary. Im more sad than anything.

Lovely place, however hanging baskets are to expensive we go to white owl farms farther to go but they are twice as big for 24.50 bought 6 last weekend!

Ive been buying plants from Serres for almost 30 years. Quality is the best, and they have a wealth of info about planting. From Roses to blueberries, veggies to fuchsia baskets, and everything in between, you will not be disappointed.

We went there our first time today to try to support a local nursery.good plants at fair prices. MOST of the staff was very friendly and helpful.but the older gentleman near the checkout (owner?) was so rude and unprofessional it left us in disbelief...guess well have to drive further to find the nursery that actually wants you there...

UPDATE: Im updating my review from a few days ago based on information from multiple other customers who visited this nursery during the weeks before my visit, which was on Mothers Day. They reported that Serres was observing safe practices such as keeping customers 6 feet apart and employees were wearing masks. The owner even contacted me to let me know they were overwhelmed by the crowd that day and apologized to me for the conditions on my visit. Based on the customers comments and the owners concern, I will return to Serres Greenhouse and give them another chance. Ive always loved their selection and quality.If you care about your safety and adhering to social distancing practices during this pandemic, then avoid Serres Garden Center. My family went there this morning and what we saw made us turn right around and leave. It was very crowded; there was no social distancing going on and most people and employees were NOT wearing masks. There was a coffee and food cart and people were sitting around tables acting like nothing has changed since before Covid-19. My family will purchase plants and vegetable starts from a responsible business from now on. I appreciate what Safeway and Fred Meyer stores, along with many others, are doing to help stop the spread of this pandemic. Businesses can open and remain open while doing so responsibly.We have been loyal customers for years, but cant support a business that isnt supporting our safety.

Good annual selection.

Every plant we bought from them died from a weird mold/fungus about a month after purchase. The tomato plants had a weird root rot and basically rotted completely away from the roots at the soil line. Doubt Ill ever go back. Have told several friends about our experience and they went elsewhere.

We get tomato starts from here every year. They have a ton of different flower varieties, plus pepper, blueberry, and strawberry plants. Everything always looks really healthy. Family run. Chemical free.

So I started shopping here awhile ago and always had a good experience until today, when I witnessed an employee being loud and rude to a couple older women who didnt understand that the tomatoes they were picking through were packaged to sell as a flat and not individually. The hostile employee obviously didnt speak clear English and was not explaining himself well to the surprised and confused women. They begin to argue and the owner walked up and angrily told the women to leave. They were shocked and in disbelief as was I. He followed them out to their car and repeatedly told them to leave in a loud, angry tone. It was super awkward and I felt bad for them. I dont think well be back.

We go to this farm every year, When i went there this year the U-pick tomatoes were fantastic, Sweet, and just the way my family likes it. Also they have the best pickling cucumbers in Portland area, and much more.

U picked tomatoes were good. Nectarines not good. Service was cold and impersonal. I tried to be friendly. Stating that I had grown up in the neighborhood. The young girl at the counter could not be bothered with even a smile. I will not return, and have already told several people about the unfriendly atmosphere.
