Justin Trumbo was very thorough and knowledgeable about the benefits of “Shiatsu Massage,” the operation, the warranty and why this massage chair is worth every penny spend on it. The craftsmanship and quality is unbeatable. I’ve sat in many massage chairs in my lifetime and have never invested in one until experiencing the luxury of the OHCO.I use this massage chair just about every evening after a hot shower to relax before I go to bed. The zero gravity setting coupled with the lower back heat and rollers moving slowly up and down my lower back, more often than not has put me to sleep so sound that on many occasion I’ve slept through until the morning…. like a baby in my massage chair.Thank you Justin! This is by far the best investment I’ve made … aside from my home in 2015. I love my OHCO massage chair.

I’ve ordered mattresses for every bed in my house and even custom ordered one for my new travel trailer a few years ago. Gary is the best salesperson I have ever come across. His kind attitude made me feel comfortable from the get go. He took as long as my wife and I needed with finding out what best fit for us and he really listened. He was very knowledgable concerning the right fit for us too! After deciding which bed, he had us financed and out the door in excellent time. I think this man may be CEO of this company some day, at the very least he deserves a promotion! When the bed arrived, the delivery team did a great job setting up and telling what we needed to know to take care of it. Selecting a mattress with Tim was a wonderful experience

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new mattress after many years of the old one. This was the 2nd store we had visited and last. The store is wonderful, clean and has lots of options. Marty was such a joy to work with and the owner of the store was also really great. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient. If I ever have mattress needs again, I will for sure return here. And our new mattress is fantastic

What a great experience Justin was Terrific We Returned a bed as we thought we had 30 days but he informed us we had 90 days. We got the bed we wanted and there was no extra cost but we are very happy about the process. I would trust Mattress World to stand behind their products as we were treated like first time buyers although we were returning a bed.We got a split as that is what we thought we wanted but realized after we got it that we wanted the non- split bed. Justin treated us so well. Cant say enough about him and the company. We got a better bed for the exchange to zero dollars and that was over the top. I would highly recommend Mattress World as they deliver what is promised.

Gary was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable, he worked so hard on helping me get what i needed and for a great price, I wasnt easy, i was indecisive, slow and had no clue what i needed he walked me through it and gave me plenty of reasonable choices.

I was hit by a car in Sept and a bus in Oct of last year. I just had a baby in Feb (our 3rd). I reached out to dozens of mattress firms and these guys were the only ones to see it in their hearts to find us a donation program that could help us. I ended up getting a Beautyrest BLACK with all the bells and whistles. For free... 15.5 inch high mattress. Feels like Im sleeping on a cloud. Our baby was fussing so I laid him down between my wife and i and BOOM the baby is asleep. Screaming to asleep in a split second. Weve been sleeping like that now. Thanks Mattress World Northwest! Walk in was greeted by Marti. We had just came in to check out some beds for pricing. I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted or if we were going to buy a bed that day. Marti was very helpful and answered all my wife and Is questions. We were able to find a bed that was comfortable and priced great so we agreed to purchase. Marti checked us out quickly and didnt upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didnt want or need. All in all it was a fantastic customer experience. 5 stars all the way! Thanks Marti!

Great prices but buyer beware!!!Bought a new bunk bed mattress for a GREAT price, but then after the promise date slipped by by 3 days, had to call and call (and show up to find them gone on a company picnic) and finally, after almost a week slips by, theyre there, open, unapologetic, and not even a hint of a comp. I will never shop here again. Maybe a different store, but never this one.
