I called twice to make sure the item I was going to pick up was there before I drove the hour round trip to pick it up. Even after being assured it would be available and making clear I was in the car and driving over they sold before I got there. Very inconsiderate. I wouldn’t count on them to come through.

We had a great experience for our party rental needs. Prices and equipment was great. Delivery and pickup was perfect. We could not have asked for anything to go better. Thank you so much for making our anniversary party go so smoothly.

Cyrus and Party Factory were great!! We rented a small stage for a family BBQ and talent show. Cyrus delivered and set up the stage making sure it was stable and safe for our guests. It really made the talent show a success!! Ill call Cyrus for all our party needs in the future.

We have used Party Factory Events twice now for small gathering/parties at our home. So not a huge rental but always very pleased with the products and service. Cyrus makes ordering and communication very easy. They have special ordered the color of table linens we needed both times now. The delivery and pick up process is always easy and they are always on time. We will definitely continue to use them for any events we have in the future.

Cyrus did an awsome job at our events. I have used him for company events, fundraisers and then because he did such a great job on those I trusted him with my Wedding! He got all of my guests dancing even my 80 year old Grandpa! We all had so much fun wished the night didnt have to end. He always does a great job and is very professional. I had a last-minute social event to put together period Party Factory was able to provide me with everything I needed, including tables and chairs, a small stage, speakers, microphones, and even the complete set up for a buffet. They delivered my location and provided staff to set up. I couldnt be happier
