In April I got a motorized chair and it’s June 17th and there is a horrible bed bug infestation

Well I hate to say it but if Jody is not there your not getting any respect. He should be running a region. Time is money. I called at 10 am to say I was home ok well see what we can do didnt ask my name where I lived or anything hung up on me my delivery window was four to six. Called again at 3:00 to see what a realistic time frame was said 5:00 call at 6:55 before they closed is like I was the bad guy told them to come pick up everythingI dont feel like I should be the one calling them when theyre late they should be the one calling me I guess thats customer service for you nowadays. So disappointed especially since Ive been dealing with them for years

Rude customer service! And a rip off have been calling for weeks for them to turn off auto pay and they said they could not do it that we have to call acceptance and we have called a lot and no answer and my bf called them again back to rent a center and guess what now they can take it off them self! They are all about money and can’t do nothing to try to help a person that out of town!

Awesome. Jody makes sure we get anything we need. And the staff is is great. Never had an issue they didnt work hard to fix. Their delivery guys are awesome too. They go out of their way to make sure to do things right and make sure nothing gets damaged. They had to remove my door for delivery and saw that a screw was stripped and made sure to find a screw that worked sounds simple but its little things like that that show real customer service

My fiance and I needed quite a bit of furniture and needed it fast. Were only in town for 4 months and needed a next day delivery for our town house. We had been to several furniture stores that day and were exhausted from moving. (Were up here from Florida on business). Steph was very helpful and polite and had us taken care of within a matter of minutes. We told her what we needed and she got straight to work setting everything up for us. All of the paperwork was done in such a short time, we were so relieved. The delivery guys called right before they came out, the next day, to make sure we were home. Everything was in excellent shape and they even set it all up for us. Very professional. Its hard to find a business who takes such good care of their customers now a days. We will be back for ALL of our future purchases of furniture and we will definitely be recommending this particular rent-a-center to all of our friends at the refinery. THANK YOU STEPH!!

Good credit, bad credit, or no credit...they dont care as long as u make ur payments on time. Great place if ypur looking to furnish you home or just want a new appliance. Bad part is since theres no credit check you dont build your credit up.
