The employee are all so very nice. And very helpful.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and well organized and the displays are always eye catching and makes me want to buy more more more 😍

The one here in Oregon Ohio has very poor customer service as the lady working asked me over 20 times in 5 minutes if I needed help then proceeded to tell me that its a store only for licensed professionals and you can not even buy anything from them without a license smh!! Mind you she had no clue rather I was a licensed professional or not as she didnt ask and just assumed!!!

Need to have licence to buy here, they do have small lettering on entrance door but I didnt pay attention. Was told is a very polite and stuck up manner that I couldnt shop there. Then she stood in the aisle almost like blocking me, basically made me turn around in the spot I stood. Whatever

The ladies at this store are awesome in every way, they take there time to check back stock, answer questions, order, compare products...carry all the nail brands i use and more!

Didnt really know you needed a license to show there, so when I went in the lady that was working was very rude! She asked if I had a license, I told her no, I dont. I didnt realize I needed one! My apologies! She told me I had to leave because I didnt have a one & I shouldnt be in there! She was very rude about it & followed around the store until I left!

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time. I guess you need to be licensed to shop here. The lady rudely told us that its stated on the front door, and that she was going to take our product and put it back on the shelf. They really need to make the sign bigger so that people know, it was really small lettering. Wouldnt recommend...

Vbarely has anything available. Not a good selection or varity for nail products
