The experience getting the car was good..Chris Kitchens was nice..its the few months after that I am very upset with...they told there are warranties on all of their cars..so when my car started having problems, I called them and they told me to take it to Bennetts Auto...I did that thinking everything was going to be okay...well its been exactly one month and Im still carless..my car has been from Bennetts Auto..they sent it to Earls brothers..from there it was sent to Taylor Hyundai because apparently there was another warranty on the car..but later found out that one expired..and now Taylor is telling me I have to spend 100 dollars just for them to look at it and they dont even know if they are going to be able to fix it....

Originally I posted a 5 star review like they asked of me to do while in office. But now here I am editing it to make a 0 star review! I got a car from there and upon test driving the radio nor did the key fob work. They promised me they would look at both and fix it for me, for free since they should have been fixed long before the car was on the lot. Instead they tried sending me to a 2 car garage ran by 1 guy who is extremely rude and keeps your car for a few days, which cant happen. People need their vehicles. So they agreed to have me purchase an after market stereo system since the stock one was 2 grand and agreed to reimburse the money for the radio. Here we are almost a month later and they have not sent me my money back, nor will they return my emails or phone calls. Do not do business here. They do not hold up to the 5 start review they ask of you in office to leave.

DONT GO THERE. They lied to me over the internet, over texting and over the phone. was in there with 2 other customers, both of which walked out, 1 after being threatened. I eventually walked out as well unhappy.

Excellent customer service! I cant say enough about Nash and the other folks at this location!I had initially stopped in just to get information a few weeks prior and Nash left such an impression on me that when it came time for me to actually purchase it was no question! I perused the website to see what they had to offer (*so much to choose) I kind of leaned toward the Chevy Traverse within 30 minutes someone was calling me to set up my appointment and I let them know a definitely wanted to see Nash! So I went in Friday actually took Uber and I left with my own vehicle Chevy Traverse 🤩so just in time for church group. so again and when I was there Nash had several people waiting on him and I joked about him just being such a good customer service provider that he shouldnt be so good but he had several people waiting on him and he was able to get us taken care of.

Rightway (of Oregon) is great! Nick shades of Gray is awesome and was great to work with. Out of all the cars on the lot I had my focus on one and only one and he did everything in his power to make sure I left with that car at a great price. I have went back to the dealership a couple times and it feels good when your greeted by name. Nick felt more like a friend through the process then a car salesman. Mike was my salesman, My purchase was smooth but I expected that as I could of shopped anywhere being my credit score is extremely good. I had a previous vehicle that right way offered me more for trade in then anywhere else I went. I shop a lot for vehicles and dont pick the first thing I find. The vehicle I found here was low mileage and good priced compared to other dealerships. I asked for a front end alignment before I bought it and it was completed by the next day. In the 2 visits I was in this place they had 8 or 9 different folks in here buying vehicles so the turnover is huge here. Its been over 2 weeks since my purchase and I have had 0 surprises. You can beat 8 free oil changes form tireman either, Good credit or bad credit I would recommend here for a vehicle purchase. They have lots of 5 star feedback and as a business owner I personally no how hard that task is. No one asked me to post this review I feel they deserve it. Thanks again right way

Very horrible they tell you that they can helpYou get into a car and then try to make you take out loans that was very obvious that if they couldnt get a loan approved why make someone go and try to get a loan elsewhere to get a down deposit so that instead of one loan now two loans really unprofessional they way they handle peoples loans felt embarrassed and left wout a car. But Im thankful they didnt help me out I was in three cars which all them broke down or was ready to have car issues do yourself a favor dont go here
