Went in for an oil change at 4 PM note on the door says temporary hours are 8 AM to 5 PM one car in the shop four employees we were told the last car that was already in there on the lift was the last car for the day and they were going home when directed to the store manager there was no resolution and their excuse was that nobody wanted to work and there was no help….it was very poor service and I felt that they were very rude not impressed with my experience at all👎

We got our cake from Walmart Super Center Bakery! When I tell you it’s delicious. ITS DELICIOUS. Walmart Super Center Bakery is AMAZING. My daughter turned 16 soon. She is having a party tonight with all her friends. She’s gone through so much this month with school and cheer this was such a good opportunity to order a cake from Walmart Super Center Bakery! Thank you for making my daughters 16th birthday great! 😁

Mostly clean, keeping stock or ordering properly seems to be an issue lately. Some things are over stocked while other items I havent been able to find since about July 2021(it is the end of September 2021). Its convenient(I know where to find everything) & closer to go to this location but I think Ill be going to the Central Ave. location for my big shopping so I can get everything I need.

I’m so upset on how my daughter’s 13th birthday cake was just “thrown together” we ordered both of her cakes in a timely matter. I’m really disappointed and upset about the outcome.

For such a big and wealthy company you would expect plenty of employees to help checkout times run smoothly and efficiently. Even before the pandemic they relied on self check outs to get people through the store. I dont mind self checkouts Im general but when you have dozens of people waiting in the self check out line with full carts, its a bit rediculous.

I placed an order for pickup. They tried to substitute evaporated milk for sweetened condensed milk. They had at least 3 people working the pickup area, there were only 4 cars waiting and it took almost 30 minutes.

Had everything we needed! Prices still OK!!! 👍

Every time I go to the Walmart itll be early morning I get off at 6:00 in the morning theyre very polite ladies at the register they help you out they ask how youre doing and I just I just love it because you know it shows that their employees some of their employees I didnt meet a couple of them but its too in particular too that are very polite to me and I just love it and I hope they continue to work there because they encourage me to tell others to go to Walmart and shop sown

Literally never have proper stock. Never any registers open and absolutely no sign of getting better. Strongly suggest Krogers. They take care of their customers. Ill boycott Walmart till they fix this sad excuse of a store.

I dont go to W-Mart much.... but I wanted to try their lower priced frozen fruits for smoothies strawberries are amazing and ...Good stuff!, ...really inexpensive.

Other than needing to have the bathroom cleaned more often, I enjoyed the friendly service. Im thankful also for the help I received in finding the items I needed.

Only ever have 2 lanes open and they claim its due to under staffing and that they need shelves stocked. Well... The shelves are ALWAYS EMPTY (well not there great valve brand)and the store is just dirty you can definitely tell the management team there just gave up. Gotta give one star only because zero is not an option

One young lady was very helpful in helping me find stuff I would give her five stars I believe she was a trainer cause she had a couple of people that she was working with. The store look like they were closing out and ready to close shelves empty rack bear it was just not what I expect from Walmart

Packed as usual, lines were slow but they always have what I need. The best part I can get what I want when I need it. Best prices around! They selection of products is unmatched and vast.

It was not a great experience. The cashier was the slowest mover Ive ever seen and the person in front of me had a lot of items and then realized she didnt have her wallet. She did not tell the cashier she would be back and left. After a 15 minute battle of canceling the transaction she returned and the cashier had to scan everything again. Some loud mouth customer an isle over was rudely complaining about the wait time and being disrespectful so that cashier checked out the people in front of him, turned off her light, and said she was closed. That is the only reason this review has three stars! Kudos to that cashier!

Hubby and I visit this Walmart frequently since our move to Toledo, the store is clean and the greeters seem nice however seems they dont carry or have a lot of the same items that weve seen at other Walmarts.

Waited in sporting goods for 45 minutes along with 4 other people trying to get help the alert button was hit repeatedly along with someone picking up phone to request help at the intercom with no response waited another 20 minutes before we decided to go somewhere where we could actually get help I would advise to avoid this walmart

I went for school supplies & they had alot of stuff. Ive been back a few times different weeks and they are still out of things I need for my child for school supplies & there was alot of stuff thrown it different spot ( I assume its the customers) but I went back a few days later and it was all still there. Over all I do love this store, its just a little messy

Went in for few things ended up getting bunch of stuff.... when i was unloading my cart to car a nice gentlemen named James who was in parking lot doing carts rushed over to help put watermelon in car.... very great guy!

Found some great deals on shoes marked down to a $1!! They seem to be under stocked though.

The employees are not interested in helping people. Its all about the pay check. No pride in the store. The managers are there to make the place look better. There not doing their job. As people are watching the show go on. I have to watch out for everything and everyone else. I never get a good word from the employees. Its 😢

Worst Walmart Ive ever been in. Low stock and what was there was wadded up and thrown on shelves or in wrong places. Found half empty bottles and cups of soda stuffed on shelves in several departments. Very odd! Many items in health and beauty area opened and missing product. Rude staff in automotive at register. Only 1 check out open at one end and only 4 self checkout registers open at the other end. Line was a fourth of the way to the back of the store! Took over 20 minutes just to get a self checkout register. Ridiculous!! Will avoid this store and will only shop if nothing else is available. Terrible experience.

The Walmart in Oregon is always disorganized and you can never find anything. The way they throw their clothes around to where 5x would be with Smalls. Reminds you of Salvation Army!!

Its walmart. You know what youre getting and you know its not going on sale. Two giant self check outs and 1 person working a register. I dont like that part. Consider ordering online because shelves are picked over because of COVID aftershocks.

There are waits that shouldnt be happening at this location, also my family had to go through like 3 Amigos, Id suggest going to either a different location or Mijers.

The store was great. Checking out was the most infuriating thing 4 the 2nd time. Took me over 25minutes to check out and pay 4 5 items. Only 2 lanes were opened with cashiers 4 the entire store. If they dont have enough cashiers maybe they should get managers and bosses at the registers and get their shoppers out sooner. Everyone was getting very mad and upset. Just do what u have 2 do

Always has just 2 lines open. Slowest cashiers, managers don’t care how long you wait in line. There’s self checkouts that are never open. I mean why have them if they are never open. I wish I could give a negative score.

Had no distilled water, seems to be a growing trend in the walmarts all over, shop at walmart near our home in florida and napoleon and have the same results, lots of empty shelves because they restock during the day and cannot get stuff done fast enough because of all the traffic, how much longer are we going to have to deal with going to this store and not finding what we need on the shelves

Always a great experience with Walmart pickup never had a problem an for someone who has limited mobility this is a wonderful thing. Im from Florida an used pickup there but now living in Ohio so changed store up here an everything went real smooth. I recommend to everyone.

Always enjoy going here. I end up spending roughly 100-300 dollars each month on food alone for the month but everytime i go i rarely end up waiting in a long line. My only complaint is that they should have more cashiers with how many customers come in everyday.

Fruits and vegetables not looking very good. They need to change up whats in the deli case as well. Chicjen shortage when I went. Only had organic. Per the butcher its because they cant find employees to work at the processing centers.

Worse Walmart ever. They was suppose to deliver my groceries on 3 different occasions and somehow they keep going to the wrong address. I don’t understand how the people they have working for them not know how to read addresses. If I had a choice they would not even get a star

I paid $1.50 in the is the pop machine inside the store and the machine did not give me my bottled water that I paid for so I went to the service desk and they said its basically not their problem because they dont have anything to do with the vending machines anymore and for me to call the number on the machine which there was no number on the pot machine for me to call to get my $1.50 back

I enjoy going through there because I enjoy the Pharmacist there. They are kind smile all the time and a couple of them kn me personally for coming so much. Lol 😂 😂 😂 but naw I love the warmth they give their so different than the store part. Thanks wal mart see u guys tomorrow.

Needed to refill water jugs. Hadnt been there since over 14 months due to covid. Been isolating myself. Didnt know the refill station was removed. Did my shopping but I wont be back. Can shop elsewhere and refill my water jugs.

Unfortunately it has become the norm, but very disappointing.All of the many check outs, and only 2 were open (on a Sunday afternoon) and the lines were ridiculously LONG. The self checkout was full with a long line there as well. When you have only 5 small items and the person in front of you has a full cart, it made me want to set the items down and go else where. This is an on going issue and I am just about ready to take my business elsewhere.

Havent been here in a few years,I was very disappointed, the shelfs were messy& bare! Looked very disorganized, I will not be going there again anymore!

Walmart has alot and theres also quite a few workers but when I asked 3 different workers where a section was, instead of being kind & walking me or even walking out of the isle were in so I could actually SEE WHERE theyre trying to tell me they just stand there & Pont there finger in a certain direction 😒

Every time I go there there are only 2-3 cashier & the in line is horrible. All the help be walking around not caring how long lines are First of Month They know We come there & especially Us Seniors With Major Health Problems & Yet They Never Ever Have Enough Cashier. Me & Plenty Other Customers say We are goin go to Meijers or Kroger or Seaway. Somewhere they Have Plenty Cashiers get You Out in Reasonable Amount of Time.

Store is clean. Department staff was not friendly, particularly in Mens clothing. Options for larger sizes, greater than 38, are very limited.

Usually not enough items on the shelf. Depending on the day it might be clean. My opinion gets worse as we walked in the store. The greeters are more like military police and sentries. Demanding you wear your mask and clean your cart. If I cleaned the cart they dont need to be there. I would go to grab something in the deli/produce area and either the shelf is empty or the product looks poor. Shelves are mostly empty for groceries. Especially the items your looking for or they dont carry what you want. Meats are scarce in the case. Lots of freezer items, but its winter, who wants cold items in cold weather. If you can get items in dairy call yourself lucky. And this is just in the food section of the store. In the garden area dont waste your time. Go somewhere where you can get the plants you are looking for and better cared for. Garden area good only for potting soil. Pet area usually is a mess and items are all over in different places on the shelves. God forbid you need an associate for something. Its like a game of hide and seek. If your lucky to find one they are hesitant to help and seem annoyed. The toy department has wild, disrespectful, unsupervised and sometimes even supervised, children using the toys in the isles. Electronics area is a place that has to few associates to handle the number of people in the area. Then the checkouts are simply rude and nasty people. They talk about you right while youre standing there. No customer service in this store. Carts hard to find because they are all out in the parking lot. If you need to have a handicap cart forget it! The kids are usually on them. The customer service counter is another area that is always understaffed. My overall experience at this store seems to be very bad!

Clearance isle with things barely on sale. Dont expect anyone to help you. This Walmart has always been the worst in the area. Nothing has changed.

This place really needs a mezzanine built to watch all the entertaining of people entering the parking lot and the front door!! Sometimes I feel guilty not having to pay for this kind of entertainment!!!
