Pump not offering receipt for gas. Go inside and clerk said he isn’t signed into register. I asked if someone who is signed in can give me a receipt for gas. Told nobody can help me. Lousy service and can’t even get a receipt for gas for a business truck. Won’t buy gas here anymore for my business truck if I can’t even get a receipt for it.

The young people at this Circle K are lazier now that they put in the self checkouts......they can be standing there doing absolutely nothing and tell you to use the self serve......if I wanted to use the self serve I would have walked right up and checked out......whatever happened to customer service???? Please hire people who understand how to wait on a customer

I used to have a driving job on night shift and would stop here a lot during that time. Over the past few years, I’ve noticed a decline in the store’s cleanliness, especially with the bathrooms. The last 2 times I’ve used the bathroom here, it was rather unpleasant. I stopped going here as often quite some time ago for this reason. I decided to give them another chance tonight, and found that the men’s room STILL doesn’t have a soap dispenser. I pointed this issue out to the staff member on duty on JANUARY 28th! I don’t know if there was a soap dispenser in between January 28th and now, but there’s not one there now. There’s a hand sanitizer bottle in there, but, what am I supposed to do with that? According to the CDC, after using the restroom, you’re supposed to wash your hands with SOAP AND WATER! I personally don’t feel clean just using hand sanitizer, but that’s just me. To make matters worse, now the blow dryer isn’t working either. Wonder how long that’s been down.I sure hope there’s another sink their staff are using before handling the food, because if not, that’s an issue.Not sure I’ll be back.

Its not East Toledo, but you wouldnt know it by how filthy this store is.

Store is nice. But it’s so dirty and some of the most unprofessional people you will see working at a place, mines well just demolish the whole place just like the rest of the city.

Half of their pumps (literally half) wont read cards. I tried 3 of them in one night. Finally found one that actually read the card and the pump malfunctioned, pouring diesel fuel EVERYWHERE. The auto stop thing (when your tank is full) failed to click off and started leaking everywhere. I went in and told the cashier who rudely said I have other customers to deal with. Youre the least of my problems. I waited outside for him for 15 minutes. He finally came out and blamed me for the fuel being everywhere. He stated it wasnt the pump malfunctioning and I didnt release the trigger however I was sitting in my truck while it pumped the gas 🙄. Pumps also run extremely slow. In addition to the 15 minutes I waited for the cashier to come out, i also waited 20 minutes for the pump to actually fuel my vehicle (yes, I kept track of time and this is the whole reason I was inside of my vehicle was their pump failed to shut off). All around a terrible experience here. Ill just drive down the road to Kroger with less hassle.

I dont see how the charge you credit price for gas when you pay with cash all because they have their new easy pay bull**** to force you to get a circle k credit card. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. HOW CAN THEY CHARGE A FEE FOR USING CASH???????

Unfriendly rude staff. Nothing was in order or set up. One of the workers was supposed to be setting up the hot dog station and instead was eating them. They left their duty cleaning supplies in front of the bathroom so it appeared closed then rudely answered it wasnt. The toilets dont work well and they want you to do it. Truly awful and ridiculous gas station

This place is terrible, always out of stock of something and if it wasnt for tue diesel islands I wouldnt come here. Hopefully this town gets a speedway soon

None of the workers wearing masks. 1 didn’t have a mask at all the other two had masks on their chin. We are still in a pandemic invade they forgot. Also was not enforcing masks for customers and a lot of them came in without wearing one

No window washer fluid in stations at pumps

The cashier that I dealt with was completely rude and unprofessional, while throwing out curses in front of customers. I not only told my girls at work to not go there, I followed up with corporate because of how awful the situation was. Absolutely terrible.

Always friendly and plenty of good deals to choose from, and clean even in bad weather.

Large open lot makes it much easier to get into and out of the lot.

Sitting here waiting about 25 mins for them to finish putting gas in the tanks so the pumps can come back on. Its such a waist of time. If you know your gas supply is running low you should have them filled BEFORE they run out. 😡
