I wouldnt even leave a star at all. I am currently sitting in line for food. We are at the window waiting for our food. So tell me why 3 cars behind us have received food and there are 4 employees just staring at us while weve been waiting for 20 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and we will never be back. Do better!!

Wouldnt even give them a 1. Totally disgusting. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. And basically got two butts of some bread microwaved with cheese in between. Also got some tater tots and some popcorn chicken. You could tell that they never changed her oil whatsoever!! Me and my wife were sick for 2 days.

I am disgusted I dont know what is in my drink but it looks like black mold clean your ice machine! I am so grossed out!

Food is always good but the service is not. I understand this is due to the fact of hiring practices you have to do now.I do hope this gets better for you .

This was the worst. Waited almost a half hour in the drive thru and after i paid for my food i still waited another half hour just to get my food. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked and the cheese was hard as a rock. The onion rings tasted like funnel cakes. Didnt get any sauce for the mozzarella sticks and no cheese for the pretzel. Even the fries were hard. I paid 60 bucks for food that wasnt even good. Never again will i ever go there again.

For the first time ever at a Sonic I had the worst hamburgers ever. They tasted like they were sitting for a very long. Of time. Sorry Sonic but this is the first hopefully the only time itll happen again.

Pathetic visit today as always. I like the i e tea and always order extra ice because well the tea is brewed and warm. The person on the mic always repeats that back and the extra ice request always shows up on the screen, just never makes it to the cup. Today was the worst yet. By the time i got my tea there wasn’t a single ice cube left in it. Is it really that hard? Today i also ordered a hot dog and they were so observant on what they were doing they handed me the bag with them upside down. Nice mess. Worst Sonic in Toledo

Been awhile since my daughter and I visited a Sonic. Didnt take long for us to get our order. Our order was 100% correct the first time. Other Sonics need to learn some things from this Oregon, Ohio crew.

It was pretty decent. Not the usual Sonic experience, probably due to the effects of the pandemic. No carhops on duty, but the food was good as usual. Glad we stopped there for lunch.

On Navarre I ordered a cheeseburger and a 🍟 french fry combo, it was almost 9 dollars with my Cherry limeade, and it took me almost 15 minutes to get it. I only went there because it was right across the street from Urgent Care where I was talking my ear infected son. Needles to say, I lost my place in line. That is the second time that Ive been there and both times were issues in the extreme!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR A 3RD TIME!!

I just wanted a pretzel and cheese, I ordered 2 and got 1 with no cheese, didn’t even eat it thanks for wasting the 15 minutes it took

Always very thorough with our complicated orders. Very polite with very little mistakes. Just one time really but they seem to care about doing a good job so we didnt mind. We enjoy coming here before railfanning in Northwood.

4 stars because its a drive in and only the drive thru is open. Also the hot dogs need a new vendor. Great milkshakes, love the need slushy. Chili cheese tadertots are awesome.

Took 20 minutes just to get shakes and we got chocolate and they gave us vanilla

30 minutes to receive our order placed ahead of time!! 3 drinks and 1 ice cream and 75% of the order was incorrect!! This has happened the last 3 trips. A new place opens across the street and your service drops dramatically, that’s a bold business move. I think I’ll spend my money across the street going forward.

Easy to order drive in/ curbside. Fast quality service. Good hot fresh food. Tasty cold drinks. Soda is on point. Friendly wait staff And order staff. Over an Hour away from home and satisfied with our 5 kids in the back of the van happy as well. Thank you!

Food was completely raw on the inside. They offered me a full refund then informed me after sitting there for over a half hour they were remaking the food. Well, for one that’s not what you said you were going to do and no thank you, I’m too busy to get salmonella, I’ll pass!

Stopped to get ice cream with my daughter tonight. They had a line so it was about a 15-20 min wait. Received our sonic blasts and started driving down the road. Look over and one looks like soup, literal soup, so I ask my daughter if they all look like that, she replied yes. So, I proceed to turn around and drive back. After getting an employee to come outside, I demanded a refund because they looked disgusting and werent even the consistency of shake. They did refund my money, but seriously, who hands out ice cream that looks like soup, just tell me the machine is down

Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! But the food was HORRIBLE!!! But I will give them a three star for great customer service!

We pulled up to a booth and sat there and figured out what we wanted when I pushed the red button they told me I had to come to their drive-thru which had a line wrapped two times around the building I called the Sonic on Navarre avenue they said they are operating normally so the one on secor dont waste your time

We love sonic, but we stopped at the location in Oregon Ohio and let me tell you it was the worst Ive ever had. They ignored us and others in the pull up parking for 30 mins...exactly... and when we got into the drive thru they said they didnt have mayo packets when we asked for some. Then they last minute gave me a few and the girl.made a rude comment. Once we got out food, it was cold and my burger didnt even have tomatoes and other basic condiments. Even heard one of the teens working laugh about it when he came outside. So disrespectful and the food reflects their attitudes.

Normally, this is my favorite fast food restaurant. I hate communicating in such a public forum. Id rather use e-mail.My burger order was completely wrong on November 12 at 18:14. My request was unclear on the order screen, so I specifically talked to the girl about the error. She assured me that she understood the error and that my order would be correct at the window. Foolishly, I didnt immediately check because Sonic is always correct.I wasnt able to eat the burger or return to correct the problem or call. Ill probably try Sonic again someday. Ill certainly never leave the drive through window without confirming my order.

I mostly only ever stop here for slushies and drinks, and theyre always good. Food is good when its fresh, though its not uncommon to get something that tastes like it may have sat under the warmer for a bit. Overall decent but expect to wait, even if theyre not that busy.

This was the worse experience ever i placed my order and had waited 15 minutes before pushing the button again to ask where my food was then waited another 5 minutes push button again and still no food and then got told sorry we are busy but look you are not a sit down place u r more of a fast food place and you should be able to handle the amount of business your doing. We then pulled out and left and will not ever go there again unless they are willing to give us free food and great service. Needless say save your time and money and go some where else. It would have been nice to see a manager or even have a manager answer the button. They had also screwed up the order next too us witch sounded as if they gave our food to them.

Went in to pick up an app order with just 2 drinks, and waited 20+ mins for just drinks! I wish the app wouldn’t show me available pick up times if they were absolutely slammed.

Good, fast service. Server was nice and polite. Milkshake was great, it was thick and had genuine strawberry flavor. Onion rings are not my favorite. They had a strange crumbly breading that did not have flavor. The actual onions were sweet, breading just not so great. Everyone else liked their food.

Mostly quick but someone should fix that speaker system before it gives someone a heart attack. When the employee comes on the speaker, its so loud and sudden that we always jump
