Nice mower and tool selection and the sales people are somewhat knowledgeable. Certainly more so than a home store... However, they are not very helpful and at times seem a bit annoyed by customer questions. Im happy with what I bought, but not necessarily about the purchase experience.

I was visiting Ohio from out of town and came across the location. They have beautiful sheds which I would recommend to anyone. Brian in particular left a GREAT impression on my sister and I! Would come there again :)

Highly recommend, I have had a lawnmower serviced and now my latest a snow blower that of course went bad right before our first snow. Shawn and his team made sure to get the snow blower in and fixed as soon as possible. The mechanic even called and explained everything to me that was going on with it and went over all the pricing. They definitely were fair on the cost of everything and excellent service!!!!!! Thanks again

I wanted a snow blower repair done and was treated very rude. It was a simple repair. (a wheel) When I call or walk in a place of business I expect to be treated with respect. After all Im a paying customer. After the item was left for almost four hrs. I went to pick it up (15 minute job) and it was still laying on the counter. I saw three repairmen through a window standing around talking and not doing anything. I have no idea why so many people gave a high rating. I have friends and neighbors who had the same complaints about the rude behaviour and smart talk.

One day they could find the part my husband needed for his weed eater. Guy was nice and helping.he goes the next day to order it the lady couldnt find the part, it just disappeared. So he ordered the mower blade. We found out that my husband could still sharpen his riding mower blade and was on the way to the store, they wouldnt wait a few minutes after 6 so my husband could cancel his order, then the lady the next day has the balls to tell him we should charge you a fee for taking so much time to look it up. Tho we had the receipt at hand. When we called and said we were on our way to get a refund for the part. Got full refund.Sounds just money hungry and rude. We will not be returning for any parts of any sort from here.

I called up to get an estimate for my basic riding lawn mower for a new blade and belt installed, I was told 150 for labor and 25 for blade, 12.00 to 100.00 for belt. I asked if I give you a model number can we get clearer idea on the estimate was told no??? Im on a tight budget there is a big difference between 12.00 and 100.00 I was considering driving across town to do business with you, but do not like smoke and mirrors on a simple task that with my model number you could have given me a pretty close quote.

If youre black stay away prejudice I asked for a part for my lawnmower and they say oh were moving yea ok full of parts and no moving truck yea ok

I went there looking for information about zero turn mower . Bill the guy that assisted me was very helpful with all my questions and wasnt pushy salesman type. I didnt purchase one yet. Im gonna do a little more research on my own but i will probably buy my machine from them.

They took an extremely long time, and wouldnt even tell us what was wrong with the mower. It didnt work when we brought it back home so we just gave up. Waste of money.

Purchased a Dump Trailer from these people. Paid $6200 dollars cash. Got home and used the trailer and it wouldn’t dump. Called and requested to return it due to deficiencies in equipment. ‘No can do” I was told. Messaged owner on Facebook and he stated he was going to look into any known problems with these trailers. Till this day and two more messages his thumbs stopped working. No response at all regarding this matter. Will not warrant the 1 year warranty that trailer came with. Never got key to trailer that was suppose to be shipped for the battery compartment. Would not recommend these characters to anybody for anything. Sent owner last chance this morning before he sees me in court. Still no response. S&K Mow & Snow. Toledo’s Finist.

Bought a couple Husqvarna blowers here. Good place to go with friendly staff.

They suck. Took my riding lawnmower there and they didnt even fix it right and they charged me more than the estimate and now the mower isnt working and its the same problem i took in for and they didnt even give me a warranty on it. I would not recommend anyone go there well to answer the owners post yes it was the same problem and it was that you call and told me the price and when i got there it was almost $50 more and you said you would take off the bench fee off the bill you didnt and like i said you didnt even fix what was wrong i had a friend fix it and you didnt put everything back on the mower the back fire part wasnt put back on and it was there when i brought it in and you took my mower out of the shop and took it to cut some grass for your business and thats what your mechanic told me so no i would not recommend your place to anyone
